Tim's POV
I heard her slowly unlock the door and she walked out to me.
I gasped immediately, stunned and speechless and amazed.
She was so beautiful, but she didn't know it.
"What is it?" She said, her cheeks pink.
I could see her bruises and her burns, showing out from around the smooth fabric that hugged her soft curves.
The only ugly thing were her eyes, empty and sad and distraught.
I hated her eyes, sometimes.
They showed so many ugly things in them that took away from her beauty; anyone who truly looked at her would be captured by the eyes and the sad memories that floated inside their emptiness.
They wouldn't look at the straight brown hair or the soft curves or the full lips or the small nose.
They only saw the sad eyes that portrayed character so well that that was what people thought she was.
A sad and lonely little girl that hasn't realised what she can do.
I couldn't answer her.
