"What's the matter? Is there something wrong?" Grandpa Leonde asked when they entered at our conference room.
"None. But we have something to discuss." I said and umupo na rin namam sila same with my friends. "We just wanted to discuss what will be our plan." Sandali naman sila natigilan sa sinabi ko.
"I thought that you and your group is not someone we can shared our opinion with." Napangiwi naman ako sa sinabi ni grandpa Robert.
"Well, it was just a mechanism of us." I commented. Pangit naman kung ganun kami. "There is a lot of things happened before we met your group. We've been deceived and betrayed twice and I think it's reasonable."
They nod and grandpa Roberto said. "It is. Don't worry we wont betray your group. In fact, we want to be with your group so that we can also learn."
Hindi ko alam pero siguro dahil na rin sa nangyari kaya naman binuksan ko ang ability ko at naramdaman ko naman na totoo nga ang sinasabi nila. Mapagkakatiwalaan talaga sila. They have their own trust issue yet they trust us, may be it's a win-win situation.
"So?" Grandpa Jeo asked.
"We still need to travel to the northeast part of this island. There is an abandoned facility there and our friends is already there or mabe on their way there." I said and they nod. "We have to plan on how are we going to find the cure about this situation. Do you have any idea?" I asked.
Nagkatinginan sila at saka bumuntong hininga at nagsalita naman si Grandpa Leonde. "I'm sorry Akesia but we don't have any idea on how are we going to do the cure. We've been shut there for almost a year so we really don't know."
I sigh and smiled at them. "We understand." Tumingin ako kay Yana and she nod.
Nagkaroon naman ng hologram sa harap namin kasabay noon ang pagkagulat ng matatanda dahil sa advance technology namin. Hindi nila alam na nasa amin din naman ang dahilan kung bakit meron noon.
"As you all know this is the map of this island. We still not know what's behind this ocean surrounding us but we have our own theory but before we go to that theory let us discuss about something that might help us." Yana said and nagkaroon naman ng image sa hologram namin. Iyon ang ibat ibang klase ng undead. "These undead is really a headache specially for the night dead. We already know their strength and their capabilities but not heir weakness not until we discovered something."
Nagtaas naman ng kamay si Grandpa Robert at tiningnan lang namin sya. "You already know their weakness?"
Nagkibit balikat si Yana bago magsalita. "We still don't know if it really is their weakness but we hope so. One time we are in the river and there the undead surrounded us but they never go near us. We tried to splash them and they froze a for a minute."
"So water is their weakness?" Grandpa Roberto asked.
"We still not sure about that." Min commented and they look at her. "It's a proven theory but not literally their weakness. They may be froze for a while but they came back the way they walk after some minutes."
Hindi naman nagsalita ang mga matatanda at tumatango tango na para bang naiintindihan, though naiintindihan naman talaga nila. Tahimik lang naman si Grandpa Leonde at Grandpa Roberto na wari mo'y nag iisip ng magandang paraan.
I know that I already has trust issue towards new people but this group of new people can help us, so, I better get to used to them and better to trust them. Isa pa wala naman din mawawala sakin if ever na pagkatiwalaan ko sila.
They trust and and we must trust them also.
"So what will be our plan?" Gradpa Robert asked.
"We will study the water and know it's additional compound that makes its their temporary weakness." I answered saka naman ako tumayo. "I wanted to asked your assistance and experience towards this research. We may have this high IQ but we still a bunch of teenagers, we can't do it without an experienced scientists. Are you willing to collaborate with us?"
Nagkatinginan ang mga matatanda at alam ko na sa tinginan na iyon ay nag uusap usap na sila. Ganyan din naman kaming magkakaibigan kaya alam ko rin na sa tinginan pa lang na iyan ay nagkakaintindihan na sila.
"Yes, of course." Agad na sabi ni Grandpa Jeo. "I want to do something for your group as a thank you gift for giving me a chance to be with my grand child so I will be with you."
"Same here. Being with our one and only grand child in this situation is one of the best gift you gave to me and to my brother." Grandpa Robert said and he look at Grandpa Roberto.
"Of course, I will be be with you. I know that Leonde and George will also be with us." Grandpa Roberto said.
"I will." Said Grandpa Leonde.
Napatingin naman kami kay Grandpa George na kanina pa hindi nagsasalita. Siguro nag iisip sya at pinag iisipan talaga nya ang magiging desisyon nya.
"I'm sorry." Napayuko naman si Grandpa George sa sinabi nya.
"George." Di makapaniwalang bigkas ni Grandpa Leonde sa pangalan ni Grandpa George.
"It's okay Grandpa Leonde." Napatingin naman sila sa akin. "I know what's you've been through. I know your pain and I know you nearly lost your sanity and your hope." Dahan dahan namang tumingin sa akin si Grandpa George na para bang nagtataka.
"That is our leader's specialty." Nakangiting sabi ni Kass at this time sa kanya naman nalipat ang tingin ng lahat. "Kesia may look like an innocent but she's not." Tiningnan ko naman ng masama si Kass at natawa naman ng mahina ang iba pa naming kaibigan.
"I agree with that. Sister in law, when someone looked at you at the first time they might think that you are far from the dark side but the fact is she's a devil, a little demon." Natatawa namang sabi ni Jullia.
"Little demon suits her." Kumento pa ni Yana.
"Right. But Grandpas did you know why we're calling her by that crazy bitch name?" Tanong naman ni Min at agad naman na umiling sila Grandpas.
"It's because she knew what you think and what you feel." Kumento naman ni Aira.
"Did she study psychology?" Grandpa George asked.
"No she didn't but we're thankful of that." Aira said and she look at me like I am her hero. "Let me tell you a real story happened not long ago."
"Oh right. Let them change their point of view towards me." I sarcastically said and they laugh. "Really girls are you going to betray me?"
"It's not betrayal our dear leader." Natatawa namang sabi ni Min. "Sige na magpahinga ka na kanina ko pa kasi napapansin ang pamumungay ng mata mo."
"Oo nga, sige na kami na ang bahala dito." Dagdag naman ni Yana.
"You can count on us, sis in law." Umirap naman ako.
Hindi na ako nagsalita pa at hinayaan na lang sila saka ako lumabas ng conference room. Nakita ko naman sa sala sila Eve na kumakain.
"Big sister Kesia!" Bulalas ni Sunshine kaya naman napunta sa akin ang atensyon nila.
Agad na niyakap ako ni Sunshine na akala mo ay napakatagal kong nawala. Sanay na ako sa ganitong sweet na ugali ni Sunshine kaya naman niyakap ko na rin sya at saka kami naupo sa sala. Si Shine bumalik sa upuan nya at kumain samantalang ako sa harap ni Eve at Leo.
"Is there something wrong?" I asked and Eve sigh.
"Leo said that something is in his eyes but when I looked at it nothing was there. At first I thought that it's just a sand but then I know I am wrong with that." She look so worried.
I sigh. "Did you already talk this matter with Kass and Aira? They are responsible for your situation, Leo."
"No I haven't told them yet." He confess and I nod kahit hindi nya nakikita.
"How long it has been?"
"Three days, I think."
"The reason?"
"Reason?"
"Yes, what is your reason why you haven't tell them yet. Are you going to make them feel like they're useless when it's already out of their hands?"
"Im..."
"Leo, I know it is hard for you to lost your sight but you must also think that the people around you right now is doing there best to put it back. Frankly, you may not be our priority but those people thay responsible for you is doing their best to make you their priority."
"I'm sorry..."
I sigh and tumingin naman ako kay Eve. "Don't make that face, Eve." Napatingin naman sya sakin. "I know that you're blaming your self for this, if Leo didn't help you he might still have his sight but I want you to know that you have to face the reality."
"Reality?"
I nod. "Yes, it may be your fault but it is also his choice. And that is the reality you have." Tumayo ako at tumingin sa mga bata. "For this kids you must fight. Specially you Eve, you have Ordle."
"Yes."
"I'm just in the bed room. Call me if you need me."
"Yes." Leo and Eve said.

Napabuntong hininga na lang ako dahil sa nangyayari sakin. Gusto ko talaga magpahinga pero yung katawan at mata ko ayaw. Gusto ko talaga matulog kaso di ko talaga magawa.
Lumilipad ang utak ko sa mga posibleng mangyari sa amin dito sa isla na ito at kung ano ang mangyayari sa amin once na nakaalis na kami dito. Masyadong marami pero hindi naman doon maalis ang isip ko at isa pa nag iisip din ako ng possible combination of chemicals para lang magawa namin ang cure.

"Bakit?" Umirap naman sya sa tanong ko.
"Anong bakit bakit? Kanina ka pa kaya namin tinatawag mula sa sala pero di ka sumasagot kaya pumunta ako dito para i-check kung napaano ka na."
I smirk. "Nagpapahinga lang."
"Ay wow grabe naman yang pahinga mo leader kulang na lang mapunta sa universe yang utak mo." Tumayo sya ng maayos at umupo naman ako.
"Oh ano ba kasing meron? May problema ba?"
"Wala naman pero pumayag na rin si Grandpa George na makipag collablrate sa atin. Nadala ata sa kwento ko sa kanila." At natawa pa ang gaga.
"Pagkatapos mo siraan ang leader mo tatawanan mo na lang?"
"Oh come on Kesh alam naman natin na hindi paninira ang sinabi ko."
"Whatever." At saka sya naglakad palayo sakin pero bago pa man sya makaalis sa bed room ay humarap muna sya.
"And one more thing."
"What is it?"
"Malapit na tayo."
Parang ang katawang lupa ko ay bigla na lang na excite sa sinabi ni Aira. Lumabas sya sa kwarto at hinawi ko ang kurtina at tumingin sa labas. Malapit na kami? So ibig sabihin makikita ko na si Marvin? Magagamot na namin si Ruzzel?
Sa sobrang overwhelm ng nararamdaman ko hindi ko namalayan na nagsisibagsakan na pala ang luha ko.
Malapit na.
Kapag nagawa na namin ang cure sila Eve na ang bahala magreproduce nito at kapag nangyari yun sila na rin ang bahala mag inject nito sa mga undead. Habang kami mag iisip ng paraan para maka-
