I... just need to get this out, before I start on more chapters. I am an adopted child, and have not a single memory of my parents. No one knows who my dad is, or where my mom is. It's hard being adopted. There's a small part that just feels abandoned, no matter what other people try to do. I don't know who I am because of this. I don't have a single shred of history, or memory of my parents, and it leaves a gaping hole in my heart.
Other kids have it lucky, because they knew their parents before they were taken away, but I didn't. That leaves me with this gaping, black hole, and I don't know where I came from. It's a scary feeling. There's no way I can be a part of the family I'm in, because in no way, shape, or form, am I related to them.
So instead of an identity, I'm left with a gaping hole in my memory, and a fake ID. I'm forced to be a person, that I'm not.
