Jennie thought about the day Chae had planned and wondered where she found the time. All because she wanted to see them smile?
It didn't make sense and as they headed towards their room, she found herself okay with that. She didn't need things to make sense, as long as she was with Chae. The red head held her hand and led them in to the kitchenette.
"Would you like something?" she asked.
How can you be so calm Chae? Jennie allowed the question to fester. She shook her head and was content to just watch the other woman make herself a cup of tea. She moved without sound and it was a quality Jennie was beginning to adore. Quiet and reserved. Just two of the many words I've attached to you, Chae.
The younger girl began bobbing her head as she whistled while stirring. Jennie liked the sound and wondered what song it could be. She took in the woman before her and everything she'd learnt of her so far and came to a startling conclusion.
Everyone had underestimated her. Chae was so highly underrated that one could take for granted exactly what she was achieving here. She was a year younger than Jennie and yet she's been able to get some of the most legendary agents in the game on her side. Moreover it appeared they were working for her and not the other way around.
The brunette was still unaware of what Chae's end goal actually was but YG wanted her dead. That counted for something in its own way. Chae came to sit next to her and blew gently.
"I wonder, what things would have been like if you were originally a part of the team," Jennie looked at Chae in thought. Giggling slightly she replied.
"A whole lot different," they both laughed at the truth of that statement. She drank the liquid quickly as she thought of when to meet Hyuna. Jennie saw the thought lines on the younger girls face and enjoyed the view immensely. Her heart raced as she took in the red heads side profile and found herself possessed.
She got up and closed all the curtains and windows. Then she switched on each side lamp and the bedroom lights. She needed to see all of her. Chae watched as Jennie switched off the kitchenette light and led her to the bed.
She fell back and landed on the soft surface. She was surprised by the forcefulness of Jennie's push but didn't mind when she felt the other girl on top of her. She looked up and saw dark eyes in return. A few strands of hair fell forward and Jennie's nose scrunched. Chae reached out a hand to move them but instead, the older girl grabbed on to it.
Jennie grabbed the other hand and placed them above Chae's head as she moved down towards her lips. The red heads mouth felt warm and moving her tongue delicately around it, she could taste the mint flavoured tea with a hint of honey. When she removed her lips, Chae tried to pull them back. Jennie didn't allow her.
Spreading Chae's legs open, she moved to lay between them. She inched forward as she lifted her head to look at the girl beneath her. Chae bit her lip at the sudden friction and Jennie enjoyed how vulnerable it made her look. She tilted Chae's head so that she faced her and saw her pupils dilate. It made Jennie lose herself even further.
"What are you doing to me?" she whispered as she began to kiss the border of Chae's face. She moved painstakingly slow as she kissed all around. Purposefully missing the red heads lips. The younger girl didn't mind at all as her eyes closed in the shower of caresses. She basked in the older woman's attention. Jennie teased her further as she moved down to her neck.
It forced Chae to spread her legs wider and she released a slight whimper as Jennie almost kissed her lips. The brunette struggled to contain herself and moved towards the other woman's right ear.
"Can I make love to you, Park Chaeyoung?" she whispered and Chae's eyes shot open. An overwhelming sense of déjà vu swept over her. She was unable to answer any of the brunette's questions but the woman didn't need her to. Chae moaned as Jennie kissed her deeply.
They feverishly removed each other's clothes and Chae had never wanted anything as much as this. She pulled Jennie down on top of her and gasped as the woman moved to place a nipple in her mouth.
Jennie was delirious on whatever Chae was emanating and wanted to sap up as much of it as possible. She stopped for a moment and allowed the light to illuminate the younger woman's full form. Chae's hair was sprawled across the bed as her chest rose rapidly. Her waist seemed even slimmer bare and Jennie admired the curve of her hips. She etched the image in to her heart as she moved to give the woman beneath her all the pleasure she deserved.
Hyuna and E'dawn sat patiently on the kitchenette stools. They knew that what they were doing was extremely risky. However, it had become abundantly clear that rules no longer applied. They needed to speak to Chaeyoung and it needed to happen today. Hyuna tapped her fingers on the counter and they both felt the breeze enter the room. It was damp and it increased rather than tamed the sweat on the back of E'dawn's neck. He checked the time. He wondered out loud when they would be arriving and Hyuna told him it really didn't matter. He nodded briskly and sat waiting. It was the most patient she had ever seen him.
The two men couldn't believe their luck as they peered in to the room. The couple sat quietly and appeared to only say a few words here and there. They'd decided to come back to the spot much earlier than expected. They had felt it was unnecessary to tail the girls today and thought it'd be best to just continue their surveillance. The man moved to the kitchen and through the telescope they saw that he was making tea for them. One of the men's eyes moved to the street and saw the familiar car. The girls came out and made their way inside. He told his partner and to their complete surprise they realised they could kill two birds with one stone today.
They were unable to force their way in to Mr Tanabe's hospital room and had to give up any chances of speaking to him before he was released home. After that they made their way back to Blast Studios to see if they could find out anything from anyone else. It turned up fruitless since the staff refused to cooperate. They didn't like the fact that people were "snooping around" a "dying man's" business. It'd taken them the majority of the morning and they were all ready for lunch.
Jennie had been giving Chae doe eyes all day. Whenever she caught the brunette blatantly undressing her with her gaze she smiled at her shyly. She wanted her as well. They all convened in Jisoo and Lisa's room and worked together to pack out the food they'd gotten. They made themselves comfortable as they dug in. They were going to eat while they worked on how to move forward. Realising she was the only one who had not brought her laptop in earlier, Chae quickly rushed next door to go fetch it.
Once inside she was shocked to find Hyuna sipping on some tea in the kitchenette. E'dawn came out of the bathroom and seeing her rushed to the door to go lock it.
"What are you doing here?" she asked
"We don't have time. You need to come with us now. There are men who've been following you. People are out to kill you Chae," Hyuna urged her to the door.
"Kill me?"
"Yes ," said E'dawn, "Also we found Siyeon Li and she's with the man you're looking for," he'd fetched Chae's backpack and hearing his words stopped her dead in her tracks. They found him. Lisa and Jisoo banged on the door as Jennie hurried to put her key in. The red head had taken far too long and now the door was locked. They ran inside only to find, Chae in the middle of the room with two other people.
"Get away from her," said Jennie and Lisa immediately drew out a gun. Chae was about to explain everything when the glass shattered. She felt something enter her lower torso and upon seeing the blood Hyuna forced her down.
"Get down! Get down!" E'dawn yelled as Jennie stood horrified at the emerging blood stain. Jisoo forced her and Lisa down as a hail storm of bullets descended upon the room. The purple haired girl urged them towards the couch and they made their way there. Hyuna pushed Chae ahead of her, as the red head plunged her fingers in to the entry hole. As she crawled, she dug out the bullet and threw it aside. Feeling lighter she moved forward as Hyuna and E'dawn pushed behind her.
They made it to the open door and once out of the line of fire, stood up. E'dawn immediately placed Chae on his back as they hurried to exit the building. The storm of bullets seemed unending but after ten minutes it stopped. Not caring if the assailants saw, Jennie rushed out of the door. Jisoo and Lisa followed suit and when they reached the bottom they saw Jennie moving hopelessly towards a car in the distance. She ran a little bit more forward and was about to run all the way but Jisoo grabbed a hold of her. She struggled against her friend. Lisa hugged her from behind and could feel the tears furiously escape the brunette. With weak eyes she rested her chin on Jisoo's shoulder, Jennie wept as she watched the car disappeared.
Hyuna sat at the back of the car as E'dawn drove off in a rush. She was digging furiously in their cooler bag and couldn't seem to find what she was looking for. Finally underneath all the ice blocks she grabbed the bottle of Tequila. She ripped a piece of her shirt for Chae to clamp down on and stressfully moved to give it to her. However, the red head just gazed in concentration out the back window shield. Her head lay calmly on the spot between the head rests as she tried not to blink.
Hyuna gestured for her to put the cloth in her mouth but the girl didn't move. She looked at her with concern and tenderly asked for Chae to place the cloth in her mouth.
"It's fine, you can pour the alcohol over it, I won't scream, I promise" she smiled weakly without removing her eyes from the back window. Hyuna was stunned at the soft reply and did as she was told. She was even further surprise to see that Chae kept her word. She didn't even flinch. Placing a kiss on her temple Hyuna placed the bottle back. Chae didn't remove her eyes and forced herself to focus. She'd seen her try to run after them, she'd seen. Placing all her strength in to her mind she willed herself to stay awake. She made a promise to herself. She would be the first person to lay eyes on her when she'd finally caught up with them.
The shooters moved rapidly to clear the room. They had fucked up big time. They only had one job and had failed to do it. The blonde boy and his girl were still alive and all of the other girls were currently outside trying to calm themselves. They both cursed under their breaths as the only person they were not meant to kill actually got shot.
