Reasons you could be breaking out...

Solutions (in order)

1. Pamper yourself or step away from the problems for a bit

2. There's not too much to this. But continue with your skincare and chill. Acne will not kill you

3. Using a filter can clean the air. Some allow you to use essential oils which are very relaxing

4. Try to only use face wash, toner and moisturizer. If you want to add to your regimen. Then introduce the products slowly. One by one

5. Your hands touch alot. The wall, your phone, a chair. Use hand sanitizer and wash your hands frequently. It's hard to get over the habit but it's still doable

6. Don't wear makeup too often. It clogs your pores. If you decide to, always remove it before bed. You can use natural alternatives like

-lip gloss/ vaseline
-coconut oil
-eyebrow gel
-castor oil (grow eyebrows and eyelashes)
-aloe vera gel

7. Sleeping on your face can cause acne to become worse because it's being compressed against the pillow. Which sometimes causes the rising process to become slow. Try sleeping on your back and washing your pillow cases often

8. Avoid resting your face on their fur or letting your dog lick your face often

9. Clipping back bangs and remembering to pay close attention to the forehead when washing your face

10. Clean your phone screen once a week

11. Also clean your glasses before you leave with a cleaning cloth, solution or some disposable dry cloths.

I'm crazy over clear skin. I like the look of it. But that's not to say that people with more acne prone skin are ugly. That's absolutely false. Half of the time we can't even control it. So there's no need to shame people about it. I've seen plenty of kids in my school with bad acne who are still cute asf. So don't throw them under the bus.
Many of us try our best to achieve clear skin. But let's not forget to love ourselves with acne as well. Because acne is really not that big of a deal. The main reason i promote it is because acne can sometimes hurt like hell. Especially if you're like me and sometimes get acne where your glasses are. That shit sucks ass.
