사랑 - love
애정 - emotion of love, feeling of love

사랑 is a verb and noun at the same time, 애정 is a noun.

EXAMPLE:

그는 강아지를 사랑해. - He loves puppies.

그는 강아지에 애정을 가지고 있어. - He have a feeling of love about puppies.

넌 날 사랑하지 않아. - You don't love me.

그는 나에게 애정이 없는 것 같아. - I think he don' t have any feeling of love about me.
