A/N Long chapter.
I know I have already done a Doctor who oneshot, but this one is based off series 11 and the 13th Doctor. This is starts off from the final episode of capeldi (12th Doctor)

J'onn——> Graham o'Brien (Grace is his wife)
The white haired Scott's man walked up the stairs of the Tardis
"You wait a moment Doctor, let's get it right" he pulled up his ragged shirt and unbuttoned his torn blazer, sighing he continued "I've got a few things to say to you"
Limping across the Tardis he took a breath "Basic stuff first, Never be cruel, never be cowardly"
Suddenly he pointed to the centre consol "and never, ever eat Apples ....Remember hate is always foolish and love is always wise"
The dying Doctor walked down the stairs, gulping down is fear he continued "Always try to be nice but never fail to be kind...Oh and you mustn't tell anyone your name, no one would understand it anyway, except-" with a groan he fell to the ground, he clutched his stomach as he pulled himself back up
"Except children, if their hearts are in the right place...but nobody else, ever"
His hands started to glow gold "Laugh hard, run fast, be kind, Doctor I let you go"
Beams of gold shot from his hands and face, his body died and a new came in its place
All went quiet as a ring fell from the Doctor's finger, the Doctor pulled up a screen and looked at their reflection
"Oh brilliant"
She pressed a button, the Tardis erupted in Smoke and sparks. The blonde's body was flung across the time machine, desperately she clutched onto the controls. But the controls gave way her body was flung out of the Tardis into the night sky with a scream.
In a train in Sheffield.
An electrical ball of wires came closer to J'onn J'onzz and his wife Grace and the poor chap beside them, they all squeezed away from the creature
Suddenly a human like figure crashed through the roof causing even more sparks to fly
A blonde stood up and looked at the trio "What?"
Grace pointed at the creature that was attacking them, Turning around the blonde saw it, she pulled down some hanging wires and put them into the creature it fell down into a bundle of wires.
After a few moments Lena Luthor came into the train wearing her police vest with James Olsen behind her, before anyone could say anything the creature came back to life
Grace yelled at her grandson "James stay away"
The ball of wires zapped everything and left through the hole the blonde made, she turned to the young boy, J'onn and Grace "You three stay put, I'll check the rest of the train"
She turned to James and Lena "Fat lot of use you two were" She walked off further into the train
"Hey" Lena called after the blonde woman in the oversized and tattered suit, The police woman followed her "Madam, please do what I say this could be a potential crime scene"
The blonde turned around with a look of confusion on her face "Why are you calling me madam"
It was Lena's turn to be confused "..because your a woman"
A happy smile formed on the blonde's face "Am I..Does it suit me"
The Luthor was proper confused now "What?"
The blonde let out a gasp "Oh Yeah I remember..sorry half an hour ago I was a white haired Scott's man, when's the next train due" She continued to walk down the train
James decided to use his voice "This is the last one back"
The blonde continued to walk "The doors are locked how did you two get in"
Lena used her torch to light the path "The drivers window was smashed in"
"What's your name" the blonde asked
"PC Luthor Hallemshire Police"
The blonde continued to look around "Name, not title"
"Lena Luthor, Lee to my friends"
It was Lena's turn to ask "Can I have your name please?"
"When I can remember it" The blonde answered
Lena let out a slight scoff "You don't know your own name?"
The blonde raised her hands "Of course I know I just can't remember it, it's right there, on the tip of my-" She Put her finger in her tongue and muttered some like 'What's that?'
James hesitated "Tongue"
The blonde pointed happily at him "Tongue! Smart Boy! Biology! What did she call you- James?"
"Yeah, James Olsen"
"Good name, You a Doctor, James"
"No-"
"Shame. I'm looking for a Doctor"
The trio walk into the Driver cab, a woman lay on the controls, Lena checked her pulse, the blonde pressed a few buttons
"Power, Lights, door" She turned her gaze to the victim "Poor woman"
James cringed slightly "That things must've killed her as it came through"
The blonde shook her head "Must it? It didn't kill anyone else. Looks more like she died of shock when it smashed through the window" She shut down James theory
Lena cut the awkward silence "Either way, a woman has died here."
The Time Lord Turned her attention back to the door "But no more creatures, and no other passengers left on board. Let's get back to the others" She started to walk back to the direction of the others
Lena grabbed her arm "Wait. Can you stop, please? This could be a major incident. I'm the one in charge here"
Gently the blonde pulled away "What are you doing to do?" She started to question Lena and the Luthor wasn't enjoying it
"Call it in to my station"
"And what are you going to tell them?"
"The facts"
"Which are?"
Lena racked her brain "The facts"
The blonde was having none of it "By what?"
A thought came to The police officer "I need to take a look at CCTV footage"
But the Blonde outsmarted her "And why do you need to check the CCTV when we all saw it with our own eyes?"
James decided to join the conversation "Was it an alien? Because it looked like an alien to me."
Lena scoffed "Oh, Come on"
The time Lord turned back to her "What you think he's wrong"
Lena turned her gaze away "No, I dunno, but...." her voice trailed off
The blonde finished her sentence "Bur your worried about how you'll explain this to a superior officer who won't believe you"
"I can't not report it"
A smirk formed on the Blonde's face "you could hold off until we get the answers to the bigger questions"
Lena hated being outsmarted, she folded her arms "Which are?"
The blonde looked like she was in her element "What was it? Why is here? Where's it going next? And most importantly, how do we stop it? 'Cos whatever it is, i don't think it's done. Come on, James. Come on, Lee. I'm calling you Lee, cos we're friends now."
Time skip, everyone is gathered in one compartment and Lena is taking witness details.
"It's er Mike Daxam. Middle name's Brian. 52 northover street" The other boy offered
Lena took down the details "telephone number?"
Before Mike could answer, the Blonde cut them off "Right then, troops. Not troops. Team, gang, Fam?" She shook her head "I'm distracting myself"
Grace was still a little shocked from the whole situation "You came crashing through that roof"
The blonde shrugged "I was thrown out of my Tardis" She gasped and looked up the the sky "Oh, I've lost my Tardis. Don't panic. Not the end of the world. Well it could be the end of the world, but one thing at a time"
J'onn tried to understand "Are we supposed to understand anything you're saying?"
James tried to explain "She thinks that thing is an Alien"
J'onn scoffed "Don't be daft. There's no such things as alien" this caught the Time lord's attention "Anyway even if there was, they ain't going to on a Train in Sheffield
The blonde walked right up to his face, she looked annoyed at the comment "Why not, I'm an alien and I'm here"
J'onn grabbed his Wife's hand "Grace were going"
But his wife had other ideas "No, were not. She just saved our lives"
"Don't be scared. All of this is new to you, and new can be scary. Now we all want answers. Stick with my, you might even get some"
Mike pipped in "Actually, I don't want answers. I just want to get to work and forget all about this. If that's all right with everyone. Even if it isn't. Thank you" He picked up his bag
"Would you like me too-" Lena started to offer
"No! Thank you. I er, just want to be on my own. I'll walk. I need the air. And I'm with him. We don't get aliens in Sheffield" Mike left the train
Grace sighed "I think he's still in shock, bless him"
The blonde took over the conversation once again "Obvious question, But has anyone noticed anything else out of the ordinary tonight?"
James raised her hand slowly
