"3... 2... 1..." Ryan counted down, ready to play a game.
"Go!!!" Everyone shouted.
"Wahhh!" Goldy shouted. She felt something was wrong. She looked down and saw she was in a filthy dress and apron. She felt her hair and it was up in a bun. She looked around and saw she was in a kitchen.
"GOLDYRELLA!!!" Goldy heard someone scream. She ran up the stairs to see what the commotion was.
"There you are!" Huffed a girl who looked a lot like Cookie.
"Yeah!" Said a girl who looked like Lizzie.
"Lizzie? Cookie? Where are we?" Goldy asked. The girls gasped.
"Excuse me. I'M Drizcollins!" Drizcollins huffed.
"And I'M Lizziestasia!" Lizziestasia informed her.
"Oh? Sorry. You look like someone else." Goldy said.
"What do you mean?" Drizcollins asked.
"We're your evil half sisters!" Lizziestasia told her.
"Where is our lunch?!" Drizcollins questioned.
"L-lunch?" Goldy asked.
"MOTHER!" The girls screamed.
"Coming sweeties!" A voice yelled. A girl ran down the stairs to show a girl who looked just like Tina.
"Mother! Goldyrella hasn't made us lunch!" Drizcollins complained.
"I can make lunch now if you want, Tina!" Goldy said enthusiastically.
"Excuse me but that is Lady Tinaine to YOU! Go! Now!" Lady Tinaine ordered, pointing down the stairs that lead to the kitchen.
What is going on? Goldy wondered.
Suddenly there was a knock at the door. Lady Tinaine got the door.
"Letter for the ladies of the house." The royal letter carrier said, holding out a letter. "I'm going to go now before I-zzzz-ok bye."
"Thank you Mr. Sal!" Lizziestasia waved.
"A letter from the castle! What does it say, mother?" Drizcollins asked.
"To whom it may concern-bla blah blah- yoda yada yada-oh! All single women are hereby invited to the Prince's ball this very night. The Prince is looking for a woman to make his wife. Signed, The King."
"Mother! Do you know what this means?" Drizcollins asked.
"One of my girls will marry the prince!" Lady Tinaine squealed.
The girls jumped around happily as Goldy brought up a tray of cookies and sandwiches.
"Wait? A party? Can I come?" Goldy asked. The three other girls started laughing.
"Yeah right, Goldyrella at a ball?" Drizcollins laughed.
"No way!" Lizziestasia teased.
"Hang on girls. If you can pick do all your chores in time, make a dress, AND make Drizcollins her favorite sugar free cookies, THEN you can come to the ball with us. Come along ladies!" Lady Tinaine.
"Good luck." Drizcollins said before both girls burst into laughter again.
Goldy got to work. She was use to cleaning, as Ryan always made her clean up her messes in the front area of the Daycare. Soon all of her chores were completed and the cookies were baked. She looked at the time.
"Oh no! I don't have any time to make a dress! How do you even make a dress?" She wondered.
"Arf! Arf!" She looked over to see Pup, though his tag read "Puppy," holding a dress out to her.
"Pup! Did you make this?"
"Arf! Arf!" Cassie and the pig came in behind Pup.
"Aww thanks guys! You are the best!" Goldy ran upstairs, washed up, and put on her dress. It wasn't anything amazing, but it was still the prettiest thing Goldy had ever worn.
She ran down stairs to join her family. The three ladies were dressed beautifully in their gowns.
"What are you wearing?" Drizcollins mocked.
"Gross." Lizziestasia added.
"Uhhh Puppy gave it to me." Goldy said.
"No wonder it is garbage." Drizcollins huffed before ripping part of it off. "It can't even stay together.
By the time the girls were done, Goldy's dress was ruined.
"Why would you do that?!" Goldy asked.
"Duh!" Drizcollins laughed.
"Evil Half Sisters!" The two girls said, giving one another a fist bump. Goldy ran outside of the house and into the backyard, where she found a magical wishing well. Unfortunately she has no coins, so she just cried.
"What's going on here?" A voice said from behind her. Goldy turned around to see Ryan dressed up like a fairy. She almost laughed. Almost. "Look, I know ripped jeans are "in" but this is taking the look WAY too far." Ryan said, shaking his head.
"The girls-" Goldy started.
"Ohhhhh, girl drama." Ryan said, nodding his head in understanding.
"Uhhh are you Ryan or someone else?" Goldy asked.
"I'm your Fairy Godfather. Basically like a Fairy Godmother but with later bedtimes, more snacks, and PG13 movies." Goldy's Fairy Godfather explained. "So yeah. You want to go to a party?" He asked.
"Uhhh... Yeah." Goldy stuttered.
"Coolio. Look, I know there is this whole thing with magic words. But I just say one. I don't need to burst out into song..."
"What is the word?" Goldy asked.
"Please?" And boom. Goldy was in a beautiful white dress with golden accents covering the dress. She had gold slippers with white accents. She had a pearl necklace and golden earrings. Her hair fell softly over her shoulders in lose curls.
"Woah!" Goldy gasped, looking at her beautiful new clothes.
"So. Can I just poof you to the ball? It's a lot less time consuming." The Fairy Godfather asked.
"Sure!" Goldy cheered.
"Alright cool." And they were in front of the castle. "So like, you will transform back at 1:00 AM, cause I give later bedtimes than Fairy Godmother. Yeesh that woman is strict. Cool! Have fun and be safe!" He waved goodbye before proofing off out of existence.
Goldy walked up the steps to the palace when someone grabbed her arm.
"I'm late to." He laughed.
"Do you think the prince will be upset?" Goldy asked.
"Goldy?" The man asked, surprised. Goldy turned her head and was greeted with a man in fancy gala clothes, but with one major difference, his eyes were covered with a purple mask. He saw her look of confusion and immediately apologized. "Sorry, I forgot, everyone here isn't the same as there."
"Unicorn?" Goldy asked, also surprised. He remembered? The two completely stopped walking.
"You remember? Oh my gosh when did you get here?" He asked.
"I arrived earlier today in a house with Tina, who is Lady Tinaine, Cookie, who is Drizcollins, and Lizzie, who is Lizziestasia. They are my evil Step Mom and Half Sisters." Goldy told him. "How did you get here?"
"I woke up in bed and found out I was the prince and my dad wanted me to get married so he was throwing a ball. My dad is Tony. It is weird..."
"Wait... You are the prince?" Goldy asked.
"Yeah."
"Woah."
"Yeah."
"We should..." she pointed up the rest of the stairs.
"Probably. If my theory is correct, we are in Cinderella." Unicorn explained as they began walking up the stairs together.
"How do we get out of here? Where is the portal?" Goldy asked.
"I think we need to complete the story. Which means..." they had reached the entrance way and were inside the ball room. "May I have this dance, my lady?" He asked her.
Goldy giggled. "Of course, my prince."
He lead her down into the dance area. He held her hand in his own, and moved her other hand to his shoulder. Then he placed his other hand on her waist. Everyone stopped dancing to watch the prince and his partner. They moved in harmony, the type of thing that can only take place in a movie, story book, or fan fiction. They danced all night, only pausing a few times for breaks or to talk. Suddenly, the clock struck 1.
"Oh my gosh I have to go! My Fairy Godfather-Ryan-He said I'll change back."
"Go! I'll find you." Unicorn told her. Goldy nodded and ran off, leaving a shoe behind her.
Goldy got out of there just in time, left with her old clothes and one shoe. Suddenly her Fairy Godfather appeared.
"We gotta go girl." He said, proofing her back home. "Look. Goldy. You and Unicorn both know you know, which means finding one another is gonna get harder. You have to find each other though to get back."
"Wait... YOU know this is a story."
"Goldy. Are you kidding? Of course I know. I'm a Fairy Godfather for goodness sakes! Look, I'll take care of Tina-well-Lady Tinaine, but you need to deal with the sisters. Ok? We need to get out of here."
"Ok. We will. Don't worry." Goldy walked inside and found her bed. She fell to sleep.

"Ryan?!"
"Tina?"
"Wait... How?"
"Tina. I have an idea of what is going on."
"What is it, Cutie?"
"The speaking kids all know... Which means..." realization struck. "Oh no. We need to get Goldy and Unicorn and get out of here before..."
"TO LATE! REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED FAIRY TALE STYLE!"

"GOLDYRELLA!" Someone called.
"Not today, sisters!" Goldy screamed, pushing her evil half sisters into a closet and locking it. "I'm getting us out of here!"
"Goldy... I know you are here!" Someone called out as she locked the closet door.
"Who is it?" She called out.
"Oh Goldy, always the obvious one." A familiar face stepped in front of her, smiling evilly.

The plan was to go searching through the houses for Goldy, using the shoe as an excuse. He knew the area Lady Tinaine and her family lived, so he went there first. However, after many weird encounters, he was once again waiting as his servant knocked on the door. The door opened to reveal a man.
"Ahhh, my prince, we've been waiting for you. The girls are inside." The man greeted. Unicorn nodded to his guards so they would follow him. The guards... Well Dave and Danny, though they went by Sir David and Sir Daniel here. His servant, Kat, who went by Katherine here, also followed them in, carrying the slipper. The door shut behind the prince and his servants and guards. Suddenly the man grabbed his hand.
"Unicorn Mann. Long time no see." Unicorn looked to his guards and they just stood there. He looked back at the man.
"Wait... Di-" And the world went dark.

Light started to come in Goldy's eyes. She felt a rush, as if all of her senses were turning on at once. She opened her eyes, blinking a few times as she adjusted to the light level. Soon she saw Unicorn asleep in the corner, Ryan sitting up, looking around, and Tina leaned up against Ryan's shoulder.
"Goldy? Are you awake?" Ryan whispered.
"Yes. Where are we? Are we still in the portal?" Goldy whispered back.
"This is was a trap. I'm so stupid. I should have seen this coming." Ryan said, shaking his head. Tina whimpered at his movements and he used his free arm to gently pat her head in order to make her settle down.
"You are being very cute, Ryan." Goldy mocked.
"Shh. When he came he knocked us out. He got her first and hit her to the ground pretty hard. Goldy. I need to be honest with you." Ryan sighed.
"What's wrong?" Goldy asked.
"Did you see who captured us?" Ryan asked.
"Yeah... I think so... but why did he do this?" Goldy asked.
"Revenge." Ryan said simply. "Look, after he left he care back a couple of times to check in on things and well..." he paused. "Well... Basically I maybe got mad at him for leaving and then destroyed him a few times..."
"Wait... So he is angry because of how you treated him. And how we treated him that made him leave?" Goldy asked.
"That is correct." Ryan nodded.
"Director?!" Unicorn yelled, sitting up.
"Shhhh!" Goldy and Ryan hushed. Tina whined a bit and moved around. Ryan again used his hand to smooth her hair. She relaxed and snuggled closer to him. Slowly, she opened her eyes.
"R-Ryan?" She said quietly, not moving too much. Ryan whispered something Goldy couldn't hear it. Tina continued to keep her her head on his shoulder and also gave him a side hug.
Goldy crawled over to Unicorn.
"You OK, Bud?" She asked, touching his shoulder.
"The Director did this. Didn't he." Unicorn said.
Goldy nodded. "We need to get out of wherever we are." They seemed to be in some sort of jail cell.
"I heard what you and Ryan were saying. Don't worry. We have never let the Director win before. We will defeat him now."
"And here we thought we were just in Cinderella." Goldy laughter.
"True." Unicorn sighed. "How does that story even end?" He asked, leaning against the wall. Goldy sat next to him.
"Well. The prince finds the mysterious princess and asks her to marry him and they all live happily ever after." Goldy recalls.
"Of course!" Tina says, sitting up slowly. "Unicorn you have to ask Goldy to marry you!" Tina exclaims. She immediately regretted it though, as it made her head hurt.
They heard the door open and they all shut up.
"Hello there." The Director said with a sort of kindness in his voice. Tina shrunk away, remembering the last encounter she had had with him.
"What do you want from us?" Ryan demanded.
"Don't worry children. I'm just here to teach you how to behave like good kids. Everything was fine before Ryan showed up." He said.
"Unicorn! Do it!" Tina shouted.
"Do what?" The Director asked.
"Goldy, you are the princess of my dreams. Will you run away with me and marry me?" Unicorn asked.
"Wait!" The Director cried, realizing his mistake of putting Goldy and Unicorn in the same room.
"Yes!" Goldy explained.
Suddenly the portal sucked the children in. "Wahhhh!" They all yelled.
"Nooo!" The Director cried out. "I WILL GET MY REVENGE SOME DAY! YOU WILL LEARN TO ACT LIKE GOOD CHILDREN!"

"So that's what we did today. What did you do?" Goldy said, explaining their trip to the Daycare kids. After they had gone through the portal, it was like any injuries were gone.
"Hang on... so are you and Unicorn going to get married, or what?" Kat asked.
"Uhhh I'm like 5 (somewhere between 4 and 6). I'm not ready for marriage." Unicorn said.
"Me neither!" Goldy agreed. "Well anyways. I'm going to my house. Wanna come Unicorn? We can have Pizza!"
"Sure!" Unicorn exclaimed. Normally the knight in shining armor was rewarded with a kiss from the fair maiden, but pizza was good enough. Pizza was the way Goldy showed her emotions, after all.
"And that was another day at Daycare!" Goldy called out, looking at the sky.

I got really focused on writing this story for some reason, even though it isn't even the one I've spent multiple days on... So yeah... I'm not sure where I was going with this story to be honest.
