For the special 7 long one shot scenario called
Fornication Quirk scenarios
Which is a one shot that you got involved in an accident with Izuku during an internship against a villain with an unknown quirk and that villain implants a heart mark with seven wings which triggers you to become like a succubus that charms a victim through kiss and someone who can't control it's sexual needs, in order to remove the mark it can only be removed through sexual intercourse. (To know more about it, please read the scenario starting with Izuku)
