"Don't cry..." he whispered as tears streamed endlessly down his face. "No more tears.Pinkie promise?" He held out his pinkie and joined it with hers.
She looked away from the river and met his eyes with her own, pained ones. "One day, Jeon Jungkook," she said, not letting go of his finger, "I will break you just like you've broken me."
And with that she walked off, leaving him forever.
The tears may have disappeared.
But the promises hadn't.
