"How the hell did she know!?" Nancy rubbed her temples,
"I really don't know but, the walls have ears i guess" I shrugged
"You seem too chill for someone who could get killed for this" Nancy raised her eyebrow,
"Nancy, what will happen if this plan doesn't work?" I asked,
"We die" she answered, i was confused trying to understand wether she was being sarcastic or not,
"Nancy are you genuinely planning to kill us both?" I sighed,
"There is no time Hana, We are starting tonight," she stood up waiting for my response,
"But-" I couldn't finish what I wanted to say before she cut me off,
"No buts, we are starting TONIGHT, I'm about to be forced into a toxic marriage and you are about to get killed,if it's not by Ivan its by his father,"
"Okay Okay!" I agreed to start today,
"But why don't you just turn down the marriage Nancy?"
"I can't i tried everything but i will still be forced into it,they keep security guards around me so that I don't escape,I'm FORCED to marry him,the two sides are desperate to have a relation" she answered
"So this is why you are so passionate to leave,you are just like me, you are trapped" i guessed,
"Its is,but still I'm taking you with me,and i have something to tell you but I cannot tell you now Make him stay in the room as long as possible,do anything you need to do. Just keep him in it is going to be loud" she changed the subject again and left the room,
It was about time when night was already taking over, the thunderstorm outside was at its loudest,the thunder outside and rain was never stopping as if it was a rain town,
I've never seen such rain,it was odd to me because of the fact that i never noticed such rain in the city.
I made my way downstairs looking for Ivan,
I saw Maria come my way and i was skeptical of what to say,eventually I gathered enough courage to walk up to her and try to talk to her
I cleared my throat making my presence noticed, "Maria?"
"What do you need Hana" she answered me with her usual tone looking emotionless,
"About What happened..." i started,
"Nothing happened Hana,I'm afraid i was wrong and i pray that you forgive me. I know how much you are hurting here being kept against your will" she sighed
"If you were a mother you would understand, you only want happiness for your child.
I'm not even his biological mother,but i still love him like he's my own"
"I will not interfere with your plan,but I wouldn't help you ether. Whatever you choose to do i will act like it doesn't exist, but remember Hana,if i was you I wouldn't trust Nancy," she rubbed my shoulder before walking away not giving me a chance to talk,
I was wondering if Nancy went back to the room and if she was already working on the window bars and hearing how silent the house was other than the continuous tapping of rain drops on the windows and blasting thunder,or it could be over shadowed by these noises,but other than that the important thing is how well Nancy is handling this situation,
Another thunder blasting loudly startled me,i felt the power of it in the floor and shaking windows,being so high up on a mountain,or a hill to be exact had its perks and cons
And being so close to the thunder was obviously its cons,the power of the thunder made the lights flicker slowly but eventually taking all the power in the house
Standing alone in the dark the only time i could see around me is for five seconds when the thunder blasts,i raise my hand in the air trying to find my way in the dark with the raging thunderstorm outside,
"M-Maria??" I yelled calling for Maria before i ran into the table next to the couch knocking down whatever was on it,
"Hana?" I heard Ivan's same cold tone but couldn't figure out where it was coming from,
"Ivan? Where...where are you?" I called again,
"Don't panic hana the light will be back on soon" he assured me,the thunder lit my way again letting me see a quick peek of where Ivan was,he was close by the staircase coming my direction,
"Ivan?" I called again but he didn't answer,
I felt a presence around,almost like if someone was hovering right over me,and i was right
"Im here" he grabbed my arm
"Its a power outage,must be the thunderstorm.
Don't worry hana it's quite common here" Maria walked in with a candle,more maids walked in with candles lighting the room,
"Master the maids placed some candles in your room," Maria put the candle down informing Ivan that his room is lit,
"Ladies go put some candles in Hana's room as well" Maria ordered them,
"No-No need!" I yelled,Maria stopped turning around
"Why?" Ivan asked,
"I Want to stay in your room tonight!" I replied,he looked surprised and confused at the same time,
"My room is cold and dark i hate the dark,let me stay with you tonight" I grabbed his arm waiting for his response
"O....Okay" he answered me finally
"Don't waste the wax then girls,good night" Maria finally turned around to continue her way back into whatever it was she was doing
"I think we should go to sleep too,there is no power and its 10Pm" I suggested as i got ready to head upstairs,
Ivan grabbed my wrist stopping me from continuing and holding me close to him,
"What's with you today?" He caressed my cheeks talking with his raspy deep tone
"What-Whats with me?" I asked brushing it off
"You are surprisingly obedient and I don't like that" the tip of his nose brushed my jawline as i felt his hit breath on my neck,
"I-I thought you wanted me to be?" I asked confused
"I love hard to get girls,the thrill and excitement in never predicting what they are going to do,it turns me on" he whispered in my ear
"I'm confused what do you want me to do? If i was stubborn you would punish me but if i was obedient you would ask me to be stubborn" I snapped,
"I guess I'm needy and you need to get used to it" he giggled in an evil way,
"Come on lets get upstairs" he held my hand and guided me upstairs
"Hold on,i need to shower first..." i paused walking
"You can shower later after we are done" he replied,
"Done? Done with what?" I exclaimed
"Done with me" he smirked pulling me to walk again,
"Ivan i should really shower I cannot just-" I whined,i needed to be there for Nancy when she comes,
"Please?" I asked again
"Fine" he sighed, "make it quick" he winked letting go of my wrist,I picked up the candle holder from the hallway table lighting my way to the bathroom,
Ivan leaned against the wall patiently watching me get inside the bathroom.

I walked back to the bedroom after taking a shower,it felt so refreshing and relaxing to be able to refresh after a long day,
I walked into the room putting the candle on the desk,trying to find something warm but comfortable to wear
I shuffled through the options i had, finally finding something comfortable and warm,
I put on long sleeved black button up pjs,
Suitable for the weather.
just as i was about to button my shirt up i heard a knock on the door, i slowly creeped to the door to see who it was,
"It's me Hana" Nancy whispered,
I opened the door letting her in,
"So?" I closed the door after she came in,
"So,you should be gone by now" Nancy folded her arms,
"Aren't you even telling me what you're going to be doing?" I asked,
"Just stop worrying Hana I have my ways" she bent down getting a strange box from under the bed,
"Nancy are you sure about this? Is going to be silent?" I rubbed my hands together nervously
"Don't worry Hana" she sighed "i know how nervous you are,but even if i got caught i know what to do" she walked to me patting my shoulder,
"Okay.." i relaxed my shoulders and took a deep breath,
"Now go keep him busy,whatever happens NEVER let him leave the room" she walked me to the door,
"Good luck"
I didn't take the candle with me because the hallway to Ivan's room was already lit, i gulped as I walked to his door,I knocked on the door entering the room of my nightmares
I tried to not think of that night and enjoy the warmth of the room,candles were everywhere and the fire place was warming the place and equally lighting it,
Suddenly i felt his arms wrap around me,
"Should we go to sleep? It's so warm and comfortable I'm sure it's-" i talked so fast showing clear nervousness,
"Candles are lit,room is warm,it's raining and we are alone,do you think I'm going to let this opportunity slip?" He kissed my neck,
"Ivan don't you think that we are rushing things?" I asked with a sad serious tone,
He turned me around and gave me a peck on the cheek ignoring me,
"I know that you're a Virgin" he sighed said that out of nowhere
"Wait what?" I pulled away confused,
"I know i know" he laughed,
"You are so scared about it all the time"
"Hey! I'm not scared" I protested
"Prove it" he loosened his tie getting closer,
"You are a big pervert!" i walked back
"Tell me about it" he smirked
I soon reached the wall,he walked closer,
He pushed me against the wall,
"There is no escape tonight"
