It started with a picture on the bulletin board. It was a classic old school meme with the whole top and bottom text thing. It read 'TFW HES IN STUDENT COUNCIL' and the center picture was a large still of a porn star mid orgasm. It was taken down before the day was out and an assembly to find the culprit was held the next day.
"Students. I am very angry and disappointed in you. Recently, there was a photo posted on the news board in the cafeteria. We will be interrogating every single one of you until the culprit is found. They will be suspended for a week and all further news notices will have to go through the student council. None of you will leave this auditorium until you have been talked to. Understand?" A chorus of 'yes sir' was heard from the students. They started calling out names alphabetically.

"11th grader, Jung Jaehyun" Jaehyun stood and his friends saluted him as he walked backstage. There was a desk facing a lone chair and a laptop. The interrogator motioned towards the seat and Jaehyun sat.
"I did it. I was trying to be funny and I guess they didn't like the joke." Jaehyun tried to look as unapologetic as possible, sitting with his legs wide open and one of his arms draped over the back of the chair.
"What did the picture say?"
Shit. Jaehyun scoffed.
"Why are you asking?"
"To know if you really did it. We've had eight mock confessions."
"Oh. It said 'TFW...h-he's in...he's in student council?" He struggled a bit but he stuck the landing.
"Yeah okay. It wasn't you. You kids need to stop wasting my time. Who's next?" The interrogator sighed and put her hands on her temples. Jaehyun immediately took to the group chat.

"9th Grader, Na Jaemin?" Jaemin stood up and all eyes went to him. He was like a beacon with bright pink hair. It wasn't so pink anymore after it had faded away after a few washes but he was still the brightest thing in the room. He walked backstage and sat with good posture and crossed his legs. He greeted the interrogator with a warm smile and a handshake.
"Na Jaemin. My kowledge at your disposal."
"Weird kid. Did you do it?" The other interrogator, a large male loomed over the desk, had an aura that was the polar opposite to Jaemin's.
"I did. "
"What exactly did the picture say and why did you do it?"
"It says 'Tfw he's in student council' and it's a picture of a pornstar like, mid orgasm and there's a lil watermark in the corner."
"Detailed. Why?"
"I know my own masterpiece."
"I'm asking why you did it, smartass."
"Oh! Because I was joking around with my friend and she was talking about her crush on the student council president and I made this to kinda tease her." Jaemin beamed at him and received a scowl in response.
"Did the whole school really need to see it?"
"I thought it was funny."

"Of suspects. Bring the next kid in."
"You don't have to I'm owning up to my mistake. It'll never happen again." The principal approached and looked at Jaemin.
"Is this true Jaemin?"
"Yeah. Hundred percent."
"I'm calling your mother." A wave of shame rushed over his body. The last thing he wanted to do was bring his mom into this. She'd been so disappointed the last few time he couldn't face that again.
"Call my dad. My mom is busy and she won't pick up." The principal motioned for Jaemin to follow him and they walked down the hall.
"Fine."
