This is the exact same hotel the boys stayed in during their New York stop and i'm honestly just extremely comforted with the fact that they they've walked these halls and probably have slept in this suite, with these pillows and covers. i know they might not be the exact ones but i don't care! Plus, the hotel itself has an amazing location! Close to the broadway theatres and to Madison Avenue & Fifth Avenue for shopping <3
oh and to my readers in London, heard the sun's been out in London? is this true? because if it is, then what bad timing :(

CHAPTER 30
EMILY POV
“LOS ANGELEEEEESSSSSS!!!!” I squealed. My excitement was over and beyond! My heart was pumped! Just the LA breeze made me feel like a child frolicking in the sand
I skipped past the hallway when Louis picked me up from behind and kissed me on the cheek.
“It’s good to be back huh?” He whispered
“yeah!” I squeezed his arms
We pushed our luggage filled carts past the hallways. LA paparazzi were already crowding by the exit gates of the airport and you could already see a huge crowd of teenage girls waiting outside with cameras and posters. In fact, you could already hear their faded screams from inside the airport
“Wow! What a huge crowd” Harry exclaimed
“You said it!” Niall agreed
“Paul, can we greet some of them?” Liam asked sweetly
“Yeah! Drop your bags by the car and then you can come back to greet some of them for a short while”
“Great! Thanks Paully”
We walked out the airport and the whole crowd of girls just erupted.
“OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD….” One girl kept going on and on
“HAZZA!”
“HIIIII ZAYN!”
“LOUIS AND EMILY HIIIIII!!!” a girl reached out her waving hand
“Hello!” I waved back and so did Louis
“Niall! Catch!” a girl threw a pack of Oreos to Niall. Of course, he caught it
“Oh, thank you!” Niall said very cheerily
“Liam Payne you are amazing!!”
“Louis and Emily! Can you smile to my camera?!”
Louis and I stopped and quickly smiled to her camera
“Thank you!” she cheered “By the way, welcome back Emily!”
“Aww, thanks babe!”
“Okay, here boys!” Paul opened the trunk doors of a Ford SUV
We pushed our carts and loaded our luggages with the help of Preston
“alright… around 15 minutes and then get in this van” Paul gestured to the black Ford van parked behind the SUV
I let go of Louis hand and smiled to him as he looked back with a look of concern
“Go on” I smiled as I gestured for him to go to the fans
I walked back and hopped in the van as Preston opened the doors
“Don’t you want to go with Lou?” he asked
“I’m not part of One Direction Pres. I’m just a normal girl who happens to date one of them” I giggled
“But I’m sure they’d love to see you! And you are a model, that doesn’t make you so normal, especially not around here! This is your turf, Ems!” he laughed
I just laughed and leaned back to my chair. I pulled out my phone and typed in on twitter
“@ItsEmilyWalcott: Hellooooo Los Angeles! I’m back! :) Xxx”
I looked out the window at the lads who were taking photos with their fans. A shot of pride just went through me and I got goose bumps out of it. They have definitely come a long way since their X Factor days. Never did they really think that crowds would be waiting for them in airports.
Preston slid the doors open and the lads filed in one by one
“Bye!!!” they all said together as they waved. All the girls screamed out and pulled out several more shots before the van move.
“Bye Emily!!!” a girl’s really high pitched voice stood out from all the other girls’ ‘byes’. It definitely caught my attention since it was the only girl name that was shouted. I shot up and looked out the door and spotted the girl who waved frantically at me
“Bye!!” I said cheerily before the doors got closed. Preston got to the front seat and the van drove off
“That was amazing!” Liam said
“Yeah! I’m loving LA already!” Niall cheered
“are you glad to be back, Ems?” Liam asked
“Definitely!”

“Okay okay! Schedules!!!” Paul called out as he handed the boys their schedules
“So as you all know, LA’s our longest stay since we’ve got a lot due here. So today, we got a quick sound check at 1:30. You’ll be free by 4pm then so tell me where you’ll be planning to go. Tomorrow: rehearsals in Staples at 3pm. Dinner with Simon too. Friday, we’ve got a show at 6. Saturday, matinee show at 6. Sunday and Monday are free day! Tuesday, you guest at E! News. Wednesday to Friday are studio days. Saturday, you guest at Kiss FM in the morning and a photoshoot after. Sunday is free and in the next week that follows the only thing you have are studio recordings and a few meetings but I reckon it’s going to be loose. Ems, you’ll be departing from LAX on Saturday morning, and then we leave for Texas on Sunday” Paul breathed heavily after announcing the boys’ agenda.
“thank god for a loose one!” Zayn spoke off
“yup!” Paul agreed. “it’s about time you lads need some air”
“Ems, will you be staying with us the whole time?” Liam asked
“Of course she is!” Josh exclaimed “Where else would she go?”
“She does have a home here Josh. Her entire family is here!” Liam cleared out
“Oh right! I forgot!” Josh said
“So are you, Ems?” Liam asked again
Everyone in the room turned to me with eager faces
“Well, as much I’d love to stay in your amazing suite, I won’t be. I’ll be with my parents from Monday night ‘til Tuesday the following week”
“a week? That’s long!” Josh protested
“yup! Cut me some slack! God knows when I’ll see my parents again once I leave!”
“but you’ll be visiting us right?” Josh asked again
“Of course! AND I will be watching you front row in Staples” I winked
This I was excited about. I’ve been to the boys show but always just stayed back stage. However, this Friday I’ll be watching them among the audience.
“Yeah? That’s amazing!!” josh clapped
“alriiiiight then!” Paul called us out “Let’s go up to the buffet area since our breakfast is there”
We were all sat in our table with our plates when my phone had rang
“Hello?”
“Hi honey!”
“Mum!”
“I heard you’ve landed”
“yup! I have! Ohhh, when can I see you?”
“Well, definitely not today. Your dad and I won’t be arriving until Saturday”
“wait. What? You’re not in LA?”
I was too dumbfounded.
“Yes dear. I thought you already knew. Dad and I are in Chicago for a business trip, we’ll be arriving by Saturday morning”
“Yeah? I should pick you up!”
“That’s great! We arrive 10. Just use any of the cars at home, you did bring the house keys right?”
“of course I did!” I laughed
“good. Will you be staying with us?”
“Yeah, I’ll be at home by Monday until Tuesday the following week”
“Aww! That’s good to know! Will you still be with the boys on their next city?”
“No mum. I leave for London before they do”
“Oh, I see. Well then, we’ll make sure you use your LA time wisely! Oh and we’d love to meet Louis”
“Yeah definitely! We’ll set some time off” I agreed
“Great!”
“So I’ll see you on Saturday?”
“Yup! I can’t wait to see you darling! Take care! Bye”
“you too mum. Bye!”
Call ends.
“Are you seeing her today?” Louis asked
“nope. She’s not in town”
Louis carried the same look of confusion as I did awhile ago
“Huh?”
“apparently, her and dad are in Chicago. They’ll be back by Saturday so I’ll pick them up by then. You know they are really excited to meet you” I said shyly
“Yeah? We should have dinner then! Do you think Sunday is fine or will they be too jet lagged?”
I burst out in laughter
“Whaaaat?” he said in defense
“You… are….funny! Lou, it’s Chicago! The time difference isn’t that bad! They shouldn’t be suffering from jet lag!”
“Oh. Well I’m sorry not knowing America like you do!” he said sarcastically
“you shouldn’t be left alone here or you will get lost” I joked
“True! That’s why you have got to show me around today!”
“Oh my gosh yeah!” I agreed without hesitance
“Great!” Louis grinned “Paul!”
“Yeah?”
“Ems and I will get around town after sound check”
“And where exactly are you going?”
“I don’t know. Ask her”
“The Grove! I miss it there!”
“Alright. We’ll have a driver/bodyguard for you two. Are you going to sound check with us, Ems?”
“Ermmm.. no”
“where are you going?” Louis asked
“Liv wants to have lunch with me but don’t worry. I’ll be back in the studio before you guys end”

“Liv’s near! Gotta go!” I ran to Louis “I’ll see you later!”
He kissed me lightly on the lips as he squeezed my hand
“Bye babe!”
When I exited the lift, I stood by the hotel doors waiting for Liv’s car to come. Camera flashes quickly took off and girls outside started screaming when they saw me peek through the windows. They must have thought the boys were in the lobby too. They were obviously waiting for the lads who would be leaving in a while.
After a few minutes, a silver Mercedes Benz parked in front of the hotel. The front window rolled down only to reveal Liv in a huge grin.
The doorman swung the doors open as I exited. The fans erupted and so did the paparazzi’s flashes
“Emily!!!”
“Emily! Where’s Louis?”
“hi Emily!” a group of girls shouted together, all waving their hands at me
I waved back and smiled
“Emily Walcott! Leaving the hotel alone. Where are the boys?” One of the paps asked
I didn’t even bother. If there was one thing I swore to myself in this trip, it was to not speak to any of these constantly chasing paps.
One of the doormen followed me and opened the car door for me
“Thank you” I smiled quickly before it closed
“LIVYYYYYYY!!!” I turned to the driver’s seat where Liv was seated
“EMS!!” she hugged me tightly
“Oh I’ve missed you so much!”
“Me too Ems! and my god! You have gotten extra pretty!”
I rolled my eyes off
“Yeah right. Whatever let’s just please drive away!” I complained as the paps still continued to flash their cameras to the car
“You have got a huge following yourself” Liv gestured to the screaming teenage girls
“That’s not for me , you know that. They probably just thought the boys were in the lobby too”
“Still! A lot of them do love you Ems” she started to drive off
“yeah but that basically because of Louis”
“Ems, you do know you’re a model right?”
“I know Liv. And it’s exactly that, I’m just a model, I’m no super star! I just happen to date one and that’s that. You don’t see models with fan that much! Not even the VS Angels have those. And Livy, you already know how I feel about this whole dating someone famous situation. The last thing I’d want is for others to think I’m feeding off of them again”
Liv looked at me with concern
“okay. I’m sorry” she said shyly
“It’s okay! Anyways! Let’s just forget about that and just please tell me all your stories!!
She laughed at my sudden change of reactions
“well first of all, I reserved us a table at Blair’s. I’m sure you’re fine with that right?”
“you know me too well!” I gushed

“Do you have any more orders?” the waiter asked us
“No. That’s all, thank you” I smiled
He smiled back and walked away
“Soooooo Liv” I started “How’s LA been?”
“Same old, same old! You know how it is, everything just seems to revolve around Hollywood’s latest” she rolled her eyes
“Yeah? And what’s the latest?” I inquired
“Well, I don’t think you’d really want to know”
“no. I do! Tell me, come on!!”
“well, Tyler’s back on the market” she said awkwardly
I choked and was caught speechless
“See, I knew you wouldn’t want to even hear his name” She retorted
“Wait, did he cheat on her again?”
“All I know is that she broke up with him, why? I don’t know”
“Oh god. Can we just switch subjects?”
I really just didn’t want to talk about him, even if the rest of LA was. I just don’t want to have anything to do with him
“Okay, okay. What about you, Ems? What’s new?” she paused and then continued sarcastically “Oh I know, Louis Tomlinson’s new”
I blushed at her tease.
“So go on! Tell me!”
“Liv you already know a lot!”
“I know but is he really the one?”
“I’d like to think so. And I feel it, Liv. It’s not just those spur-of-the-moment things. I mean I’ve never even felt like this with Tyler when we were still fine. This is different Liv. A good different” I declared
“Awww” she smiled genuinely “I am very happy to hear that. Seems like London has been amazing?”
I didn’t answer
“Right?” she asked again
“I guess so? I’ve been horribly homesick. I miss mum, dad, you, Lucy, just everyone!”
“That’s normal Ems. Not feeling homesick would be not normal. Darling, don’t worry! That always happens but what you should remember is that London is offering you the best things and besides, we will always be here”
“true” I nodded “I’m just happy I’m here to be with you guys”
“So am i! Are you going to stay with your mum and dad while you’re in town?”
“Yup! As soon as they arrive from Chicago, I’ll stay with them for a week. And then I’ll be back with the lads since I also have to spend some time with them before I go back to London”
Just then our food arrived and a bright smile just popped up on my face. I absolutely loved the food at Blair’s!
“Oh, that looks dee-lish!” I said
Liv laughed at my reaction
“Oh god Liv, I am so gaining weight here in LA” I shrugged and started eating nevertheless.
