Lilly's P.O.V
Me and pony walked to the park and laid in the grass watching the sky hand in hand together it was so Romantic. So the sun started to set so we stayed and watch when the beautiful colors of pink and gold and many others showed pony said this was a Lovely poem called,
'Nothing gold can stay- Robert Frost
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
but only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.

"Pony that was beautiful, but what does it mean?" I really don't know what it means but it was still a beautiful poem, "I'm not sure I was hoping you had a idea" he said was his eyes closed. "No but I'm sure you'll think of something because your smart" I said smiling at the night sky, wait night sky "pony what time is it?" I asked the guys I hope they are not looking for us "I don't know but we better go, it could be lat" he said helping me up, "I hope no socs come by" I said looking around making sure "me too let's go" and with that we started walking to the Curtis house.
We walked without saying a word and I liked it it's nice to have someone that not even talking and your happy having next to you, me and pony walked hand in hand only half a block away from the house when we see head lights "p-pony is that a-a soc c-car?" I asked out of fear I forgot my blade.
"I don't know, just act like we don't see them maybe there go away" he said in a fearless voice but I know he just hiding to make me feel safer, he put an arm around and kept our heads down hoping they will just drive past us. We did not get that luck about a good 15 house's way they got out the car.
"Hey greaser" one said "oh look this grease ball got girl" the other said there was about 4 them, "oh looks like he got cute one, how about you forgot get this greaser and come with us?" a brown hair one said. "n-no, j-just l-leave us a-alone" I said scared "I don't think so" Brown hair said. "leave her" pony said pulling me closer to him "and what if I don't" he said with a evil smirk "than you'll be sorry" pony said getting annoyed with this guy.
"Oh I'm so scared" he said in a fake scared voice the others laughed oh ponyboy, that's when pony pulled out a blade "back off or else" pony said opening the blade, "fine but we'll be back" he said they all walked back to the car getting in and speeding away.
"Wow pony I never knew that your so brave!" I said giving him a hug "wait you didn't think I could be brave?" he said acting hurt "no I know you have your moments brave but what I didn't know is that you carry a blade when did that start?" I said as we stared walking again "around the time we started dating I carry it keep you safe" he said putting an arm around pulling me closer to him.
"Thanks pony" I give I'm a kiss on the cheek "anytime" he give me a smile and we walked home together.
We came in to see Mini Rose Jade's big sister talking to darry, "hey Lil" she said waving to me then talking to darry again and he was smiling and laughing. "Hey mini" I said back "bye guys" soda said leaving with Bella "and were are you two going?" I asked with a smirk "a place" she answered "what place?" I asked.
"A place place"
"why?"
"because"
"because what?"
"because me and soda are going on a date"
"I knew it!"
"Okay now go on your date" I added "okay bye" and there out the door, pony was sitting on the couch so I sat on his lap. "And what do you think you are doing" Johnny asked "sitting same as you" I said smiling "no I'm sitting on a chair your on a ponyboy" "so your point is that your sad I'm dating and your not" I'm doing my best to annoy him, "no, now just get of pony and on a chair" he had annoy full in his voice.
"no I like here and pony likes me here right pony" I give pony a kiss on his neck and did invisible circles on his chest "ya" he said smiling at me, "ouch" I said Johnny was pulling my ear like I was little kid "up" he said still pinching my ear. "Awe, johnnycake" I sound like a kid I got up and he pulled me to the other "what the he'll?! What's wrong with you johnnycake?!" I yell at hitting his arm.
"What's wrong with me what's wrong with you!" he shout back "your the one sitting on my friends like there chairs and what's with that kissing thing?!", "Pony didn't mind that's what couples do!" I shout back at him, "no that's what sluts do!" he shout "what?" I asked hurt what did he just call me?
"You heard me your acting like a little slut!" then he hit me, I fell to the floor I looked at him anger filled his eyes. I got up and ran out crying I stop at the living everyone looked at me "what happen? are you okay?" pony asked me getting up "J-johnnycake h-hit m-me and-and c-called me a-a slut!" I cried running out. I can't believe Johnny Cade hit me.
Ponyboy's P.O.V
I was in the living room and Lil was talking to Bella her and soda are going on a date, Lil came and sat on my lap now I'm happy. "And what do you think your doing" Johnny asked "sitting same as you" she said smiling "no I'm sitting on a chair your sitting on ponyboy" "so your point is that your sad I'm dating and your not" I think she trying to get him annoyed, "no, now just get off pony and on a chair" he had annoy full in his voice.

"Awe, johnnycake" she sounds like a little kid cute she got up and they both went to the other room.
I just watch T.V the only people was two-bit, Steve, darry, johnnycake, and Lil pus me. Dally was at a party again, Steve and two-bit playing cards, soda and Bella on a date, the girls at home, and everyone that is here is doing something. Lil and Johnny are talking, Steve and two-bit playing cards, darry is talking laughing smiling a lot with some girl doing the something Lil said hi to her she called her mini cute name.
Soon Lilly came out crying? "What happen? are you okay?" I asked getting up "J-johnnycake h-hit m-me and-and c-called me a-a slut!" she ran out crying. Johnny walked out the room smirking?! What the hell?! I thought, "what's wrong with you?!" I yelled at him "nothing, hey got any more beer?" wait did he just say beer?!
"Did you just ask for beer?" two-bit asked "ya" he answered "johnnycake you don't drink" Steve said "well now I do" he said getting annoyed with all the questions, "well I think I'm just go, to let you boys deal with this your selfs" mini said leaving "bye" darry said "bye Dar-bear" she said Dar-bear? oh what ever, she got in her car and was gone back to the jackass Johnny.
"Okay, Johnny when did you start drinking?" darry said the same time dally walked in "darry what did you just say?" dally asked "johnnycake started drinking, he yelled at Lil called her a slut then hit her she ran out crying, and now I'm going to beat the hell out Johnny" I said walking to Johnny about to hit him when Steve and two-bit was holding me so I can't hit him, I tried to get out of here hold I can't.
"Let go of me, I won't kill him just beat his face in!" I yelled doing my best to get free "pony that won't help" dally said "johnnycake why you acting like this kid" dally asked jackass I'm mean Johnny, darry was out looking for Lilly. "Because I did I was tried of Lil never doing what I tell her to do, half the tell if I don't stop her she could get hurt it's like she wants a death wish the other half she could get jailed and I'm sick and tried of if!!!" he yelled at dally.
Ring! Ring! Ring!
It was my phone "let go it could be Lilly" I said they let go and I answered it.
"Hello?" p.b
"Hi, pony?" Lil
"Hey, are you okay? do need us to come get you?" p.b
"no look I ran to the park then had Milk come and get me I'm going to be staying at his house for a little" Lil
"w-why?" p.b
"because I need to just stay away from Johnny for awhile I'm sorry ponyboy, I might not come for awhile" Lil
"p-please d-don't I-I n-need y-you here d-don't do this p-please come b-back" p.b
"I'm sorry ponyboy goodbye" Lil
End of call
"Well pony" two-bit asked "it was Lil she ran to the park called Milk that soc from while go and she staying at his house she might not come back for while or maybe not at all, and its all because of Johnny!" I pushed him on to the wall "hey pony clam down, it's not like she's dead" Johnny said "no but you might be!" I yelled at him.
"Ponyboy clam down" dally said I just pushed Johnny to the floor "hey pony take it easy" Steve said "two-bit call darry to come home" dally said and two-bit did so, then dally help johnnycake up. "Johnnycake why?" dally asked with hurt in his voice "why would you drink?" he added "because I don't know, you think she'll be okay?" Johnnycake is back but I'm still mad at him, Steve is keeping me from beating Johnny and two-bit is talking to darry on the phone.
"Pony you okay?" Steve asked "fine" I said in a pissed off voice "are you sure beca-" I cut him off "I said I'm fine, I'm going to the lot" I got up and give Johnny a death glare.
