"Yes I know boss Mia" Principle Lindsey said with that cheekily, yet mysteriously smile of hers.
"Does that mean that you know about Da--"
"Yes, I know about you, Damon and Jane."
"Are you going to send us to jail now as we were part of the most dangerous gangs in LA?" I worriedly asked, going through our escaping options already.
"what? of course not!" She said it as like I offended her.
I am hella confused now!
"I am confused," I confessed.
"Well, you should be." She chuckled.
"Well can you please explain..?" I said sarcastically.
"Fiesty as Boss described you." She nodded approvingly. "You see, I am not a normal principle.." she pauses dramatically, "..I am a gang leader as well"
"What?" Are my ears working properly?, I am hella shocked.
"Boss and I used to date but then we separated ways and each one of us build his own gang in the different city." She explained. " we lost touch for years but eventually we reconnected again and when he found you he kept rambling about you a lot." She then chuckled, pausing for a moment as she was replaying a memory then continued, "He always felt like you are his own child. He loved you a lot."
somehow her words made me smile a sad smile remembering Boss. I honestly miss him.
"When he found Damon and Jane as well he felt like he made up his own family with you three, his children. he felt blessed to have you all and.." she paused taking a deep breath. "when he was caught. He managed to make a phone call to me..." She said with a painful look and tears forming in her eyes.
"you are in jail? and what do you mean but it's not like the previous times.." Lindsey asked frightened for what will happen to him. ".. I mean how did that happen you are always careful"
"Lindsey.. I don't have enough time just hear me out!" Boss ordered softly and tired.
There was silence for a moment and Boss took it as a sign to say whatever he prepared to say.
"I sent my three kids to NY away from this shit and the police. please, you have to protect them for me and don't make them fall in any trouble because they tend to attract trouble and please make them stay as far as possible from gang stuff" He paused sighting. "I want them to finish their senior year and have good grades to be something big in the future a..and for Mia you know how much she hates it there and have a bad past so please try and make sure she is ok and tell her to protect Damon and Jane and never get weak again or let anyone bring her down she is a strong confident woman and she has to always remember it."
"Don't worry Boss I will protect them as my own kids. you know I never loved anyone except you and we didn't get the chance to get married so they will be our kids that we never got the chance to have ." By now tears were flooding out of her eyes. It seemed like a goodbye, a sad last one.
"You now I never loved anyone except you, too, my love and will always do after my death. thank you for making me the happiest man throughout my whole life since I met you. I love you and will always do. goodbye my love." Boss said between sobs quietly.
Lindsey related the scene to me.
"You know he never cried since he got involved in gang stuff and this was the only time that he cried since then. Because it was his end of life and he felt very vulnerable." Lindsey said while wiping her tears.
"He was a great guy." I smiled sadly at the memory of him. That all he was now. A memory.
"yeah, he was".
"And so are you principle Lindsey and thank you," I mumbled honestly.
"please just call me Lindsey and you are like my own kids as well Mia no need to thank me." She said smiling warmly at me, welcoming me to her life.

"She is what?" Damon asked with his shocked, yet idiotic face.
"Oh my god even when Boss was in his last moments he was thinking about us," Jane said while crying.
We were now at lunchtime sitting at our usual spot. I was telling them about what Lindsey told me. Jass was eating out of school with Adrian, they have been inseparable since Jass' incidence. I still hate him but I am glad Jass is happy.
"So what's up with you two? you have been avoiding each other since we went clubbing" I asked taking a bite from my sandwich, damn! This tastes hella good. "You even went to school early alone with Jass, Jane and left me and Damon come alone."
They both froze. Damon cleared his throat and Jane started playing with her hair looking up the other side anywhere but me and Damon.
"Well..?" I looked between the both waiting for an answer. What happened to build that thick tension between them?
"oh look at the time! I have to be somewhere else like right now.." She stood up packing her things. "See you later!"
"Well, that proves my point more," I stated. "Damon! what the hell happened?"
He cleared his throat."We kinda had a steamy kiss together when we were both drunk that weekend.."
Damn! I saw that coming.
Finally, the ship is sailing.
"so what's the big deal?" I said while stuffing my mouth with food. "you like her and she likes you, what stops you?"
"what!? Does she like me? did she tell you that?" Damon asked excitedly.

"but won't that ruin our friendship? you know we have been friends since we were born" He said worried that he will mess up anything. Seriously, his face show it all.
"I don't know but I really don't think that anything will change about you. I mean you both already act like a couple." I sshrugge." just talk with her about the kiss and all that stuff and see how it will go I guess. you know I am horrible at that stuff but that what I would do if I were in your place"
"yeah, you are right." Damon stood up determination in his eyes. " I will go and talk to her before class starts."
"Good luck my boy." I nodded.
And now I am left all alone.

I rolled my eyes." What do you want?"

"The fuck! what the hell is wrong with you guys?" I snapped."can't you leave me alone"
"No can do!" Rick shook his head childishly.
"Are you seeking to get beaten up again?" I warned lifting a brow.
"So Ben how is the weather?" Rick cleared his throat trying to change the subject.
"Get lost jerk!" Ben said rolling his eyes annoyed by Rick.
"I am outta of here!" I stood up gathering my things and leaving this suffocated table.
"where are you going crispy, we didn't have fun yet!" Rick shouted after me but I was already gone.

I entered the class giving the teacher my detention pass and then I turned to take a seat.
that's when I saw 4 disgusting creatures.
"well hello, there crispy." Rick said playfully. wiggling his brows.
