The ringing of my alarm clock start to buzz and waking me up from my dream. I can't do things that I really wanted to do. Sleep. If I do so, I believe some plates and frying pan would be thrown at me by my beloved mom. It's okay, I won't complain about it. But sometimes it's a little bit fun too. Oh no, don't get me wrong. I'm not a masochist. It's just that my mom is really cute when she tries to wake me up. So, don't want to tease my mom today, I decided to wake up, take a shower and prepared all of the things that I need for school.
I take my bagpack and went to the kitchen to have some breakfast. Breakfast is really important for me. I have stomach problem. If I dont take my meal regularly, my stomach will be killing me. So, I have to take my breakfast. Heavy breakfast actually. I have chicken with rice. In the morning. Yeah. Haha.
I usually walk to school. And that's what I'm doing right now.
"Cheyoung-a!"
Suddenly, I hear my mom's voice behind me. She runs to me while holding a big box of lunchbox.
Oh my god.
"Mom, thank you for bringing me this! Damn, I really forget about it!"
"Hey, watch your mouth little kid."
"What? Even kindergarten kids would say 'damn'."
"Well, but it's a no for you."
"Ugh, fine. Sorry."
My mom just smile and shrugged it off and she went back to our house. I hold my lunchbox in my left hand while my right hand just started to search on some music to accompany me while I'm walking. Yep, it's still early. My class started at 8 o'clock and now is 7.40 am which is I still have a plenty of time before the class started. From my house to the school just need about 5 minutes walking. After one song ended, it means I would arrive soon.
I enter the gate and started to walk to my class. Just when I about to step my foot to my class, I forgot that I have to go to my locker first to get some of my books for this first class. Its math. Well, I don't hate math. So, I stormed off my feet there and when I opened it, I found some envelopes inside it. Its really colorful. And yeah, it's a love letter. I don't want to brag myself but actually I'm popular here. Really popular. Even though I'm a girl, there are many my girl admirers. When I read their letter, they said that my looks is just so handsome that they can't take it. Haha. I don't think so, actually. So, I take my books and those envelopes and excited to read it. Somehow, reading those letters makes me feel excited and makes me realize that I'm being loved by other people. I feel great about it. But ofcourse, I can't show it to them. So, I just cooly take it while supressing my lips for forming a downward curve. I reach my class and sit on my seat. When my bestfriend Seulgi, comes to me and sit beside me.
"Hey, got more love letters from your admirers?"
"Um, yep."
"It must be nice for being popular. I wish I'm popular too."
"Not it's not. It's troublesome." yep, I'm lying here. Being popular is awesome actually. But...
"Whatever I'm doing, they would judge me. If I do something, those something will be spread to this whole school. I can't have my privacy."
Yeah, it's true. I've been a popular girl since middle school which is it's already 5 years for me for being a popular girl and girl crush for them. Since then, I rarely have my trueself out. I'm worried they will started hating me by real personality. So, I'm here being a cold person and a little bit arrogant when actually I'm a bubbly person. It's frustating sometimes, but I really want people to love me. I can't help it. I love being popular.
"Well, that part is hard too, but many people love you. So, that's why I'm jealous of it. Ugh."
"Relax, I may have fans but I also have haters."
Seulgi just shrugged it off and the class slowly filling in and the lesson begin...
