"Oh no... At first I only wanted to travel." May replied. "I only got into contests after travelling with Ash for a bit.".
"You sure seem to talk about Ash a lot." Solidad replied with a mischievous smirk. "You don't like him by any chance, do you?".

Unfortunately , the little girl's eyes widened at the recognize his Cap from old days from the Kanto days. " You're Ash Ketchum the Champion from Kanto!" " Yes, Now keep it down." Ash hushed. The little girl asked Ash to take a picture with him and Pikachu. He put on a fake smile for the little girl. "Sure sweetie." The raven hair trainer took the picture with the small honey blonde hair and jog off because she reminds him of Serena when she was younger. This depress him because she chose Calem over him. "Hi, May. You finally came down from your room." Norman said as he hugged his daughter.
May smiled and hugged back.
"It's good to see you to, Dad." May replied with tears of laughter.
When they parted, Norman just stared at his daughter for several seconds. May's expression turned to confusion.
"Dad, is there something wrong?" May asked.
"You seem more mature for some reason. I can't put my finger on it, but it seems like you've grown up." He explained.
'More than you know.' May thought as her mind raced with the wonderful memories of her and Ash's actions of the past three weeks.
Norman noticed May in deep thought.
"Are you okay, May." Norman asked with worry.
May snapped out of her train of thought.
"No, nothing. Just thinking." She answered, hoping he would drop the subject of questions.
Norman smiled.
"Is it about Ash?" He said with a chuckle.
May's heart almost stopped.
"What do you mean?" She asked nervously.
"I mean, do you still have feelings for him?" He asked.
"Well, maybe a little." She said with a pretended shyness.
Norman smiled and replied
"You better act fast than. Misty and Dawn really like him. If you two do start going out, tell Ash he better keep his hands to himself." He ended with a laugh as he walked out of the room.
'Phew, that was a close one. Maybe later in the week I'll tell him.' She thought to herself as she yawned. Ash enters the gym and the last thing that Ash saw before a certain brunette threw herself at him. May gave him a tight hug and started to cry. Ash hugged her back and stroked her head slightly. They were standing like that for about two minutes, no one said a word, even Solidad, who was standing next to her friend.
May eventually broke the hug and looked at her raven-haired friend with bloodshot, but happy eyes. He sure has changed a lot. His body was more muscular, and his face became very handsome. The only thing that was still exactly the same were his auburn eyes.
They were silent for some time, until May decided to break this silence.
"You can't imagine how much I missed you, Ash and why were you being cold towards me Ashly!!" Ash hates lying to his friends but I has to say something to May. "May.... there was this girl I'll like when I was younger and ... I find out that she has same feelings. But she loves someone else!" Ash was cry on May chest. We all deal problems differently, some of us better than others.
