*Asiah's POV*
“Are you sure you wanna go to court?” Elijah asked me from the sixth time in the last five minutes
“Yes, I'm already dressed” I say grabbing my phone putting in my purse
“Okay, let's go”
We walk downstairs “I'm driving” I say taking the keys from his hand
He laughs “Okay” he opens up the front door and locks it while I get into Elijah's white 200 Audi A4
“I can't believe I'm letting you drive my car” he says getting in the passenger side
“Believe it cause it's happening” I say driving out of the driveway onto the street
“No matter what happens today you know I love you” he says
“I know”
“Oh, what you don't love me now?” he asks jokingly

“Good morning you guys ready for round two?” Rodney asks
“Yes” I say squeezing Eli's hand
“Are you okay, Asiah?” Rodney asks
“I'm fine” I say standing close to Elijah
“Okay let's go”
We all walk into the court and take our seats just like yesterday
A few minutes pass then Cassidy and Jermone enter I can't help but stare at Jermone he looks like some beat his ass...badly then I turn my gaze to Elijah before I could say anything Rodney was already on it
“Did you have anything do with that or know anything about that?” he asks motion towards Jermone
Elijah shakes his head “Naw, but I know probably deserved it”
I move my chair closer to Elijah “What did you do?” I whisper in his ear

“All rise the honorable Judge Richard is here”
Everyone in the courtroom stands up the Judge Richard come in his black robe then sits on the bench
“You may be seat” Judge Richard says
“Your honor my clients are excuse my language but they are tired of pussyfooting around they are two lovely people who want more then anything just to to get their daughter and continue on with here lives as seen from yesterday Alexis doesn't know that Miss. Hall is her mom and its it no away effect her in a negative way” Rodney says
“Thank you counselor”
“Your honor Miss. Hall would like this drop this case”
Elijah, Rodney, and I all look over at Cassidy who's has her hands fold on top of the table
“Okay..custody of Alexis Dominique Jackson goes to Elijah Jackson and Asiah Wright”
Elijah and I share a short sweet kiss “We get our baby back” I say
*Elijah's POV*
We leave the court room and Cassidy's outside waiting for us “I need to tell you something”
“Okay”
“I slept with Raheem--” I cut her off
“Okay” I say confused
“Back when we were together I slept with him so when I got pregnant I didn't know if you or Raheem--”
I cut her off again “You mean there is a possibility that Alexis isn't my daughter?”
Cassidy nods her head

“Don't worry I will call my brother, let's go” I say pulling Asiah out of the courthouse
When we got my mom's house Raheem's was there for some reason I open the door “Mama!” I call out
“Backyard” she yells
We walk to the backyard where everyone is

Raheem and I walk outside in front of my mama's house “We got full custody of Alexis today”

*Drake's POV*
“Kevin wants a DNA test” Nicki says
“I don't give a fuck what that nigga want!”
“Okay, you don't have to yell”

“I think we should have one”

“I'm going to take a swab of your cheek and we'll compare to the fetus's DNA” Dr. Thomas says
“How are you going to get the fetus' DNA and is it going to hurt the baby or Nicki?” I ask
“I'm going to stick needle into Nicki's stomach and take some fluid then compare to Mr. McCall's and your DNA and as for the pain its depend on the person's pain tolerance”
“You think you can take that”
“Yeah” Nicki says
“Okay, who's first?”
“Me” Kevin says looking irritated
Dr. Thomas take a q-tip and grazes in the inside of Kevin's cheek then does the same process for me and last but not least Nicki.
I hold her hand “You okay?” I ask
“Yes” she says
Dr. Thomas hooked up a bunch of wires to Nicki's chest and stomach
“You ready”
“Yes” Nicki says looking at the long ass needle the doctor was about poke her with
“Mrs. Graham just tell me if you feel any pain or discomfort”
“Okay”
He sticks her with the needle and take some fluids then he takes the needle and and puts the fluid into a test tube
“We can we get the results?”
“In the next few days”

Dr. Thomas leaves the room
“I just want to thank you guys from agreeing to this”
“I just want you out of my life” Nicki says
“Me too”
“A'ight I'm out”

“You need anything or want anything?” I ask her
“Naw, I'm good actually I'm kinda in the mood for tacos and strawberries”
