Ryan Ross and Pete Wentz obviously had something between them that was like Ryden but maybe a bit more.
It's confussing, really, because in around the time of A Fever You Can't Sweat Out and Pretty. Odd., Ryan and Brendon were seeming to be in a relationship [of course they were because there's a lot, and I mean a lot, of proof that they could've been in a relationship] but what also happend at those times is that Pete Wentz, from Fall Out Boy, and Ryan Ross, that was in Panic! At The Disco, could've also been more just like Ryan and Brendon.
I'm not sure who said "So now you mention it, Pete, you do have a look of Curious George about you..." but if Ryan said it it sounds like he was being cute about to Pete (I mean, just look at how Ryan looks at him and how happy Pete looks like near Ryan)
Even though it's a handshake, it looks more than just a handshake. I'm pretty sure they both know how to give handshakes but their hands are looking like they're holding hands and their faces are so close to each other and you can just see how happy they are.
When Ryan and Pete started talking, Ryan texted this to Pete:
There's some obviously flirting from Ryan in the messages. Pete asked if the singer of Panic!, Brendon, look like and Ryan said that Bren was sexy but not as sexy as Pete, that's some flirting right there.

Now, in the video, Ryan looked at Spencer as if he was mad and blushing a bit, and Spencer laughed it off. Ryan hesitated when they asked the question, he didn't answer it quickly, like if someone said something that was false about you, you quickly answer it and don't hesitate when you know it's wrong because it's a reflix. But Ryan didn't do that, he simply blushed and stopped talking until Spencer talked for him.
They always smiled to each other like a damn couple!

In these meassages, you can see that Ryan was talking about how he thought he was more than what Pete, supposely, thought about him. He says that it was cold and said he would've liked a little bit of love from it. It sounds like he was broken, also sounds like a rough break up..
In this they're holding each other, they always smiled or touched each other anytime they were near each other.
And the last part is is that Pete said he would have sex with Ryan:
