Jinyoung arrived at school early morning. He woke up happy and determined. He was ready to put 'Hyejin' to the test, to see if she was worth his time. He did admit he was a little sad for doing this, but Yeji was right, maybe Hyejin wasn't the one. Maybe he just liked the idea of her.

After going to his locker he made his way down the hall to meet a certain someone.

"Hey Yeji!"

Jinyoung smiled at the girl who was by her locker, in the midst of talking to a now annoyed looking Woojin.

"Oh, hey Jinyoung." She says while closing her locker. She slyly looked down, making sure her hair covered her nametag.

"So I thought about your advice last night and I think I'm ready to put her to the test, wish me luck!" He said, waving to her before making his way to his classroom.

Woojin looked at him walking away, "What was that all about?"

She sighed, "He asked me advice about his Hyejin."

"Why would he ask you? When was this?" He looked at her.

"Yesterday, he saw me at the mall and we were talking." Woojin couldn't help but feel jealous knowing that they interacted. If you thought Jinyoung hated Woojin, well now the tables have turned.

"Wow and you didn't cry?" He teased her, trying to hide his jealous feelings.

She lightly hit his arm, "Shut up, I guess I got used to him talking to me. He doesn't know who I am so its okay."

Woojin hopes it'll be a long time until Jinyoung gets to know the truth.

✧── ✧── ✧

It was the start of lunch, everyone was sitting at their usual tables eating and socializing. Except for one person.

Jinyoung stood by the side, lunch tray in his hands, looking at 'Hyejin'.

"Lets see what happens." He whispered to himself, moving over to her table.

Son Hyejin was sitting with her group of friends and was too distracted to see Jinyoung approach her.

"Hey Hyejin," He called to her, yet she didn't turn around. Instead she laughed with her friends about an uninteresting joke being said earlier. It wasn't until her friend in front of her told her of his presence.

"Oh hey Jinyoung, didn't see you there." She said, she was surprised seeing him at her table as he hadn't done so in a while.

"Want to come sit with my friends? They were really happy to see you at the dance, I'm sure they wouldn't mind you sitting with us." He asked, although he knew it was a lie. He could tell some of the guys weren't fond of her for some reason. The main reason? Because it didn't even seem like it was her to begin with.

"Oh umm.... No thank you, I was actually about to leave right now for... um... something..." She gave him an awkward smile, not knowing a good enough excuse to reject him without getting hurt.

She was suddenly getting tired of him, bored even. Sure he was good looking, but she didn't understand him half the time, and he acted strangely around her. Either way, she tends to jump from one person to another, and his time was almost up.

Despite the rejection, he kept his smile up, "No worries, want to hang out after school atleast? Or I can walk you home too—"

She cut him off, "Thank Jinyoung, but its fine. I have this hugeee project to complete and I'm meeting up with someone to work on it with, I hope you can understand." Lies.

His smile still remained, "I understand, its alright. I'll talk to you later!" With that he turned and walked away, but what he didn't notice was Son Hyejin rolling her eyes in annoyance, ugh he's finally gone.

On the other side of the cafeteria, Woojin and Song Hyejin were happily eating their lunches alone. They decided to sit by themselves while Youngmin and Jiyeon sat with another group for the day.

"So you're telling me you can eat an entire pizza by yourself? I don't believe that." Hyejin scoffed, letting out a laugh.

"I mean if you don't believe me then I guess you're going to have to see it for yourself. We could even race to see who could eat the most slices." He smirked at her.

"So like we would have to meet up... and like hang out.. and eat food together..." She slowly realized where this was headed.

"So like a date?" Woojin slyly said.

She blinked at him, "I guess?"

"Good, its a date then." He smiled at her, making her blush in response.

"Hey Yeji!"

Woojin and Hyejin looked over to see Jinyoung approaching their table. In a flash the two charged for Hyejin's nametag, struggling to unclip it from her uniform. Luckily Jinyoung didn't notice them since he had to pass a few students that was blocking his way.

"Hi Jinyoung," She said once he arrived, fixing her hair.

"So I tried to test the waters with Hyejin, just to see where her head was at."

She nodded her head, "So what happened?"

"She didn't seem interested, honestly. It kinda sucks but like you said, she probably wasn't meant for me anyways." He shrugged.

Woojin and Hyejin awkwardly looked at each other before turning back at the boy. "Uh I'm glad you got your answer, but isn't it too soon? Wouldn't you want to test her a bit longer?" She asked.

"Nah, I don't have time to run after her if she won't even take two seconds to acknowledge me. I got the result I wanted so it doesn't matter anyways." He was almost happy that he finally let Hyejin go. Even though it hurt him on the inside, there was more of a relief then sadness.

I got the result I wanted...

Woojin and Hyejin replayed his words in their head. While Hyejin was confused, Woojin was furious. That feeling inside of him telling him that Jinyoung was slowly falling for 'Yeji' was slowly becoming true.

"You guys mind if I sit here? My table is allll the way over there but I'm too lazy to walk over." Without even waiting for their permission, Jinyoung set his lunch tray down and sat infront of the two.

"I mind." Woojin mumbled, soon earning a hard elbow in the gut from Hyejin.

"Be nice." She whispered to him, Woojin only rolled his eyes, rubbing his stomach as he tried to hide the pain he was currently in.

"Sure you can sit here." She gave Jinyoung a small smile. He kindly returned one back and started eating his lunch.

Seongwoo was by his locker, getting out his books for his next class. A lot was going on in his head, he hadn't been himself for so long. But he had no one to talk to, he didn't want to risk anything, didn't want to risk losing their friendship.

Once he was done, he closed his locker and turned around.

"Hey there sexy," Son Hyejin was behind him, hands on her hips as she leaned on one leg, in her attempted to look seductive. Her skirt higher than it should have been, her shirt buttoned to the lowest, showing more than one needed to see.

Seongwoo gasped in shock, the air caught in his throat. She was the last person he wanted to see. She was the reason for his non-stop nightmares and for not paying attention in class.

He slowly walked backwards, trying to get away from her. But to his luck, his back hit the lockers. He was trapped.

She smirked, "Whats wrong? I just came over to say hi." She took a step forward, moving her hand to his arm, moving it slowly up causing him to shiver once again.

"Why are you doing this?" Was the only thing he could say. He was in disbelief, why was the kind, innocent Hyejin from the chat doing this to him?

Well, cause it wasn't her.

"Oh come on, I know you want me. I see you staring at me all the time. Just admit it." She moved even closer to him, if it was even possible, pressing her body onto his. His heart was racing, this was not what he wanted. This was not what he was expecting.

"Hey Seongwoo the teacher is calling for you!" A voice called out in the hall. But to Seongwoo, it was the voice of an angel.

The two turned around to see 'Yeji' a little far from them, but they could both easily see her facial expression. She was not amused.

"Gotta go." Seongwoo squeezed his way out her grasp, running towards his saving grace. Son Hyejin stared at him, mouth open in shock. I'll get you soon, Ong Seongwoo.

"Thank you so fucking much Yeji." He said to her once they turned the corner. They walked into the stairwell where she let him relax and catch his breath from what happened moments ago. Even she needed time to process what just happened. He sat on the steps as Hyejin leaned on the railing beside him.

He ran his hands through his hair, sighing in frustration. "I don't know whats wrong with her. She's so nice online but shes like a completely different person in real life! She even made a move on me at the dance." He spilled out everything, assuming Woojin told her all about 'Hyejin'.

"I know... I saw." Her voice was soft, a sound he wished 'Hyejin' would have sounded like.

"How could she do that to Jinyoung? Does she not care about his feelings for her? She's literally flirting with everyone, I've seen it many times. Right in front of my fucking salad too." He buried his head in his hands, groaning.

His words hit Hyejin in the heart. Even though he was talking about the other Hyejin, it felt like it was directed towards her. Because it was true. How could she do that to the boys, to Jinyoung? How could she lie to them like that, how could she walk around letting some skank play those boys... the same way she was doing to them.

"I don't like her, I really thought I did. But no, she's disgusting. I never want Jinyoung to like someone like her. He deserves much better than that. But of course I can't tell him that unless I want to get my ass whooped." She couldn't do anything but stay silent.

"I swear I thought I was going to go insane if I didn't tell anyone. Thank you so much for saving me, Yeji. Woojin is so lucky to have someone like you." He looked at her meaningfully.

As if her heart couldn't take much more, it broke. She wanted to tell him so bad, it was bursting out inside of her.

But as always, something inside of her stopped her.

"You can always talk to me Seongwoo, I'm always here for you." She patted his shoulder, giving him a sincere smile.

The two sat in the stairwell, letting the silence engulf them until the bell rang signalling the next class was to start.
