A child's voice drifts into her ears.
In her clouded mind, she can feel her soul been pulled from her body. She looks at the hand in front of her, she can't see it clearly but the pair of soft hands belongs to a child. But......they are cold.
Something feels sad. She feels like she's tangled in some sort of nightmare and subconsciously follows the child. In the air, there are faint sounds of crying.
Who's crying........?
She stops in front of a blue gate.
The gate has complicated patterns. Where is this place?
Behind the gate, there is a thick screen of fog. Out of instinct, she just wants to run away from here. But, what lies behind the gate?!
This place is so familiar, how come she can't remember anything???
Suddenly, a blue light burst behind her.
His unexpected arrival interrupted her dream.
He saw her soul been pulled away by a child, away from her body. At that instance, he reaches out, sending her soul back to her body.
If he was a step late, her soul would be taken away by this child......She's still not awake yet. He reaches out his hand again, gripping the child spirit by the neck. Eyes flashing with danger.
"Who are you, why are you after her?!!"
That child is just a normal spirit. He started to cry out of fear.
"Someone.....someone wants to meet her........he said that if he calls out her name, even under the great sage's protection......she must respond to that call...."
That child spirit looks at the man in front of him in fear.
His eyes darken.
So, the barrier couldn't protect her?? Because there's a contract???
But she.........
"You go and tell that person, if he doesn't want to vanish from this world, then never call Jin Seon Mi's name ever again." His eyes narrow.
"If he has any contracts with Jin Seon Mi, under acceptable circumstances, he can transfer them to the great sage Son Oh Gong."
"HHmmph!!!.................This is not for you to decide!!!!"
A creepy voice boomed from the scared spirit. His face starts to twist. In the next instance, as if the spirit was pulled by some force, his spirit exploded right in front of him........

There's no time!!!
At that exact moment, a stream of dark smoke breaks through the barrier and enters the house. It smashed into the bookcase, breaking it into pieces. It then aimed for her who is sleeping deeply on the bed. He flies toward her, parrying the force. The stream of black smoke was knocked out of the house. He takes out his weapon--- the staff. It emits a strong blue light and shots towards the smoke.
Boom!!
That thing crosses the barrier and dashed away.
It escaped......
What is that thing?! If it was just a normal spirit, how can it be so powerful?
An evil spirit.......?
His eyes glow with danger.
Summoning and responding.......besides him, when did she enter into a contract with someone else? Was it.......during THAT period?
He finally remembers the file he read.
There wasn't much in the folder, but there was a news report.
It stated that the orphanage was burnt down by fire.
If he doesn't find out what happened to her and what contract she made with other people............this is dangerous.......DANGEROUS !!
