Mermaid's tear part 2

The wave gently beats onto the sand. A woman arrives onto the island, well, more accurately, a mermaid.

This island is protected with barriers, normal people or people with corrupted mind cannot enter. It was rare to see a mermaid. But she no longer have her tail. She walks with a pair of human legs. She stand infront of their house, begging The great sage for a favor.

Seon Mi welcomes her inside. On the second night, The great sage is still deep asleep. The mermaid's tears falls onto ground like pearls.

Ma Wang told the mermaid that she can get help here.

It's an old cliché story. A mermaid, fell in love with a human. She asked for a pill from the third dragon prince to turn her tail into legs. After that, she remained in the human world.

After staying with the human for many many years, the human become old and is about to die.

The mermaid wants to approach the third dragon prince again to beg for the pill of immortality.

Rumour says, that the third prince has strange personality, but is best friend with The great sage Son Oh Gong. Willing to do anything for her lover, the mermaid took the risk to come here to ask for help.

The rumours about The great sage Son Oh Gong were wildly spoken throughout the three realms.

Rumour says that recently, he went to the underworld for a woman.

The mermaid looks at Seon Mi with disbelief and shock but doesn't dare to step out of boundary. At this point, if there is any hope, she's willing to take it for her lover.

Since that day, Son Oh Gong slept for 2 days straight and she could do nothing about it.

At the beginning when she first came back, he's afraid that she might get worried and would always force himself to stay awake to have atleast one meal with her each day and then sleep. But recently, he would just sleep for several days straight.

The mermaid weeps sadly. The mermaid looks to Seon Mi desperately and asks : "Would you mind helping me instead?"

Seon Mi could not bear to see the sea of pearls on the round.

"Would I be enough?"

The mermaid told her, she doesn't have much left, if she doesn't mind, the mermaid is willing to give her the 'mermaid's tears' for exchange.

"What is that?"

"That.......is something that you can make a wish to. It can make anything come true in the dream. Every mermaid is only born with one bottle of 'mermaid's tears'. Everyone knows that you are The great sage Son Oh Gong's bride. Maybe, the third prince can do us favour if you come along."

That might work, Seon Mi thinks.

She, really wants to have that bottle of 'mermaid's tears'.

"How long would it take to go back and forth?"

"It might perhaps take one night."

She nods.

Even then, she still left him a note.

In her remaining life, she does not want him to worry again.
