The last sentence repeats in my head, as I find it easy to believe. He wasn't lying. I knew he wasn't lying.

That was the last time I heard from him." He said before I could look down and let a tear drop.
"Pops died." I cried as he pulled me into a hug. "Ma, tortured me. Took advantage of me. Got me raped. All of that. I jus' wish I died wit' him"
"Aye don't wish dat." He said as everyone sat it silence, and the only thang you could hear . Was me sobbing.
"I came back ta' revenge his death." He said pulling me away. "Dats why I'm here, I ain't expect ta' find yhu."
