All the memories came flooding back to me.
That face, meant so much to me but yet now it's just a faded memory.
My mother, had the same grey eyes as me, my hair and the same features as me, it was like I was staring into a mirror of an older version of myself.
As I appeared closer to my phone, I saw her with my father smiling and my father looked happy too.
What went wrong?
I thought, it seems like once we were the perfect family and then in the blink of an eye one of them is dead and the other abuses their children.
There is definitely more to the story than Jacob and I know.

Rubbing my forehead I wanted something to take my mind of everything so I decided to head the office to work on what I missed.
Leaving to the office I wore the dress that Ryder had bought me before putting on my trench coat on and heels on before tying my thick hair up in a medium ponytail and then reapplying my makeup before steeping out of the room.
Sighing a breath of relief when Ryder was nowhere, I pressed my hand on the door knob and was about to open it when I heard his voice.
"Where are you going?" he asks me before pinning me to the door.
"Just to the office, I will be back" I say before placing my phone in my bag and then loosening his grip on me and then slowly steeping out.
"Be careful" he says before letting go of my hand.
"I will, stop worrying about me I'm fine" I say before shutting the door behind me and walking out.
Once I am finally out I let out a breath before hailing a taxi to get to work.
As I step into the building, I remove my coat before waving at Cindy before walking into the elevator and pressing the top floor.
As I get to the office, I open it while wondering it was unlocked.
Flicking the lights on, I shut the door behind me before freezing as I see Tessa in the office.
She was literally in very revealing clothes while destroying Ryder's office.
"What the hell are you doing?" I ask while clenching my jaw, she looks at me surprisingly before quickly straightening up herself and coming up to me.
Since I was taller than her because she wasn't wearing heals, I towered over her giving me slight satisfaction.
"What does it look like I am doing? You're nothing but a slut so if you think you are ever going to replace me than you are wrong" she says before I try my hardest not to slap her ugly face.
"You're right I am never going to replace you because no one can be a bigger bitch than you" I say before death staring her.
Tessa steps on my foot before walking back over to Ryder's desk.
Rolling my eyes I didn't care, the pain was nothing.
"You think that hurt? Wait until Ryder finds out about this?" I ask while holding up my phone before trying to ring him.
She death stares me before grabbing my arm to get the phone.
"Um no, go now otherwise I will blackmail you" I say making her death stare me again before yelling at me.
"I HATE YOU, I WILL GET REVENGE DOES JACK SNOW RING A BELL!" she shouts making my jaw drop as I watch her walk out angrily.
What... the... fuck?
How the hell did you know my father? Eager to know I followed her and gripped her arm once I caught up to her.
"How do you know that man you slut" I ask anger burning through me.
"Oh sweetie trust me I know him, but the question is how do you know him?" she asks me making me lose it.
I slapped her across the face making her stumble back and fall.
"Don't say his name again, he is venom in my mouth and you are the dirt underneath my feet, dare come back here and say that again you will regret it" I say every word, cold and dark even surprising me.
Tessa looks at me before smirking a little.
"Is Isabell Snow also venom in your mouth?" she asks me as she stands up.
Oh no she didn't.
No one speaks about my dead mother.
"THAT'S IT just fuck off don't speak of her either or you will regret it" I say while thinking of all the self-defence I have been taking these past nineteen years.
"Regret what?" she asks before I hit her again, not scared.
I know what others would be thinking but I was done with all this bullshit a long time ago.
Tessa stumbles back before shouting something but not so loud that others here.
"I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU, WAIT UNTIL JACK FINDS ABOUT ALL THIS YOU WILL BE DEAD ADDISON SNOW, the free soul's mafia has never been stronger" she says before leaving quickly.
I stumble a little taken back.
Flashbacks run through my mind about the free Soul's mafia, the world's strongest and undefeated gang in history.
*flashback*
12 years ago...
"Jacob GIVE ME BACK MY DOLL!!!!!!" An innocent seven year old spoke.
"NO, not until you-"Jacob stops talking once we hear our parents fighting.
"Jacob I-"Jacob's hand flew to Addison's hand to quiet her down.
"Yes" she whispered when she snuck her doll back with her.
Both of their smiles vanished when the fighting got louder and louder.
"JACK, SERIOUSLY YOU'RE A FATHER NOW YOU CANT KEEP THIS SHIT UP!" Isabel shouts before angrily stomping her foot.
Jacob and Addison look at each other scared and confused before walking down a few steps of the stairs to hear a bit better.
"BEING A FATHER DOSENT CHANGE ANYTHING, I WILL BE A GANG LEADER IF I WANT TO FUCKING BE I LOVE IT MORE THAN YOU OR THOSE DUMB KIDS!" Jack screams even louder making Addison wince and hug Jacob's arm.
"MARRYING YOU WAS THE WORSE MISTAKE I EVER MADE I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU!" Isabel says before they heard a slap.
A loud, unforgiving slap that made everything change.
Addison cried in Jacob's arm as Jacob sat still, tears in his eyes.
"I HATE YOU TOO, GO KILL YOURSELF THIS CONVERSATION IS DONE"
"THE FREE SOULS MAFIA IS BETTER WITHOUT YOU ANYWAY" he shouts before grabbing a large bottle of wine and slamming the front door behind him.
Addison sobbed in fear while Jacob held her tight.
Once they heard loud crying coming from downstairs Addison couldn't keep quiet.
"Go see if mummy is ok" she manages to say before clutches her doll tight, Jacob nods before running downstairs.
*End of flashback*
The free soul's mafia, all the memories came flooding back to me.
Between the screaming, my mother's horrified expression and my father's raging anger that flashback brought back a nightmare.
What was very suspicious was that month of the fight my mother, dies in a car accident how weird.
"No, Tessa's wrong" I say but no matter how hard I try I couldn't help but feel that maybe Tessa was right.
Sighing I rub my forehead before walking back into the office and cleaning it up.
Once I finish I pick up all the work I need to do before stuffing it in my bag and nearly running down the stairs and out of the office.
Well so much for taking my mind off everything, I thought annoyed

I slowly knock on the Ryder's door and wait, as the door flows open, I walk in saying nothing.
"Your back early" he says as he moves closer to me.
"I-I have to get back to work" I say before walking into the study in the guest room.
Shutting the door behind me, I couldn't help but panic, how the fuck does Tessa know everything?
Sighing a little I got back to work, praying that this will take my mind of everything.
"Seriously?" I say annoyed.
Why do I need to plan the whole Gala?
Rubbing my forehead I jump a little when I get an alert on my phone.
To Addison:
Meet me in the living room in thirty minutes, wear the dress I got you have something planned.
From Ryder
Great what did he want?
"Whatever" I groan before ducking my head back into the work, I only missed a day and it feels like I missed a month.
I had a quick shower before drying my hair and then applying some makeup, straightening my hair, and then wearing the dress I bought.
It's time to tease him a little.
Smirking In the mirror, I walked out in my heels and the blue dress I wore the night of the party.
This night should be fun.
