[Aida POV]
I stood in my study dumbstruck. I'm all hot and bothered. She caused this so she's going to fix it. I hurriedly walked out of my study and caught up with her ."Ezra Miller" I basically shouted and she turned to me with that same sly smirk on her face. We'll see about that.
"What Ai-" I cut her off with a kiss , I snaked my arms around her waist and pulled away "stay" That's all she need before she basically dragged me to the study. She followed me and slammed the door locking it
"This is what you want?"She said walking up to me ever so slowly with an unreadable expression. As she did this she unbuttoned her shirt and tossed aside. Leaving her in her sports bra. She had gotten so close I felt my back hit the wall. She was so close it made my knees buckle. She had this aggressive look in her eyes that had me soaked
She leaned in, her lips inches away from mine and she took my bottom lip and tugged at it with her teeth slightly and pulled away "But not now." She finished her sentence.
"Why not?" A deep frown protruded my face . I was incredibly turned on
She looked me in my eyes and waited to answer "you can fuck me when you love me."
"But..but" I looked like a wounded puppy
"I should really get going Ms. Michelson. I'll see you another time" she successfully walked out of the study. You can't see her again
"Bestie" I overheard Jae say outside my door. By the sound of silence I could tell that everyone at the party had left. I was still a little shocked about the events that happened earlier with Ezra , was I really willing to sleep with her?
"Yes, come in and take a seat " I laughed shaking my thoughts away
She looked on edge , this has to do with Rena. Every time she gets like this it's about the one the only Ms. Rena Foster.
"Did you see Rena tonight?"Jae asked frowning. I don't understand why she married a woman that she is not in love with. Her heart belongs to Rena. Every one with 20/20 vision could see that.
So let me tell you the real story if what really happened.I was there that day Jae supposedly cheated. I can also tell you that it wasn't her fault. The day of their almost wedding a woman came in for her to wish her good luck. She gave her a glass of wine to take the edge off. Next thing you know Jae is temporarily paralyzed or something and Rena walks in and what she saw wasn't exactly what it seemed to be. Jae tried explaining that to Rena but Rena ran. She ran away from Jae. Leaving them both heartbroken. Jae got married to fill a gap that Rena left and Rena is a fuck girl.
I looked at her in her eyes " Why are you still married to that slut? That baby she had man was made not by a doctor but a grown ass man that lives in the next house down from you. The woman you married that molested you before you reached the alter had a baby by your next door neighbor. You know how insane that sounds " I was in a calm state so my voice was chill
"I didn't ask that" She gritted through her teeth
"What is brother bear getting angry? " I pressed
"You know nothing Aida. So shut it. I do not want to talk about what happened that day. It was years ago"She clenched her teeth
"You are so not over it. If you are so over it. How come you don't fuck her? You don't kiss her? and when she cheated on you ..you just sat there in silence and walked out. You overly clean. Like seriously you can get drop of of ketchup n hour hand and scrub yourself till you draw blood. Face it you're not over it. The closest I've seen you near anyone other than me was Rena or Ezra.
"Look I'll face the facts yeah not over it. But it's deeper than what you think you know. There's a reason I married. If I had a choice Ii wouldn't have but I was in a love or die situation. Fuck you Aida. "She started odf tiwards the door and I yanked ger back pinned her to the wall
I stared fir awhile"I swear if she hurts you more. Did she hurt you? Because for the love of me I thought you'd go after Rena but something stopped you."I looked at her and she averted her etes from mines
"God what'd you get into" I sighed pacing
"I wanna tell you but can't. But just know I did this for Rena" She teared up
I was now confused. What did she really get herself into. Like seriously, I haven't seen her cry or tear up since middle school. It has to be serious. I'll just hug her and let her sleep here.
Time to play Sherlock Holmes.
~Next Day~
I woke up to a FaceTime call from Rena. I rolled my eyes slightly then answered
I yawned "hello" I rubbed the eye gunk out my eyes
"Goodmorning. You texted me last night about Jae and I wanted to know what you were talking about. You high key confused me son" She yawned. She was wearing a bonet and what looks like a scarf underneath. I laughed at the sight
"Bitch what you laighing at?" She snapped. She has anger issues
"You must really hate doing your hair if you put that on your head to sleep" I laughed
She flicked me off "I dont like doing it in the morning so I wrap it up so it's not frizzy and hard to comb through"
"So it just falls naturally like that" and she nodded. She looked better without make-up
"Okay off my hair. What about Jae?"I could tell Jae talk was making her mad
"Something happened to her the day of y'all almost marriage." I sighed and she let a loud obnoxious breath
"The day she fucked that broad? Broke my heart? Eh skkrr Aida miss me with that-"
"Bitch if you fucking listen. You mighy get your bitch back" She got me speaking out tounge. She bringing the hood out in me. I do not like it one bit.
"Excuse m-"
"Shut yo ass up and listen damn it" I nearly yelled at her and she got so quiet. Thank you Jesus. Talk to fucking much
"She's in trouble. It has something to do with you. She was basically raped that day by that woman and she's married to her because of you. She's protecting YOU from something. When you two were together did y'all get into anything dangerous" Her face turned red ajd her eyes got glossy. She knows something
"Uhh I gotta g-"
"Oh no you don't. This is hurting her. She is in something big and so god help me if she gets hurt I'm coming for you Ms.Foster. You know how I am when I'm pissed. " I said calmly
She breathed in deeply "I might know something but it was years ago. It's insignificant. If it's to help Jae I'll do it. " She sighed rubbing her fingers through her hair
"Good" I said while she rolled her eyes.
"Is it drug related? Thug and gang related?" I asked
"Hell no. It's much more dangerous than that. Before I became a model. Just ask her. I'll figure this out. I'll handle the problem. For now come over and chill with Ezra. She's off work today and I have to be somewhere. " With that she hung up. Well damn I don't think she gave me much of a choice.
Since its a chill day. I'm going to just sweats and and dreads down. I needa do my hygiene though.
What's been up with Jae. Why was Rena so quiet and calm all of sudden? Is it that bad whatever they did? Ugh
[Ezra POV]
I got off my couch to go make me some popcorn. I was currently watching The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks ." Pop! Pop! Poppity Pop Pop!" I got so bored just standing there listening to the pop noises from the popcorn I started to mock the popping noise. I heard my phone ring and I looked at the caller I.D and it Read 'A.Michelson'. I picked it up slightly annoyed. Call me bipolar all you want. I love this hoe but she be having my nerves bad just by calling .
"Yes negro" I groaned and she laughed a little
"Why you always so mad? Well I mean when I come around or when I speak to you , You suddenly get annoyed . What's up with that" She chuckled. Reason being living with a bitter ass blunt Rena Foster will make you moody and bitchy all the time.
"Oh shut up . Why'd ya call" I looked at my hands as I waited for her answer
"Hoe just open the door" She groaned laughing. Last time I checked you were fucking one but that ain't my business
I went to open my door and Aida was staring back at me as I hung up the phone shocked. Suddenly I didn't know what to say. I let her in and I felt her embrace me I stood there not hugging back. I was shocked
"Uhm you know you're not obligated to do that right. We are friends. I barely hug my best friend. You weirdo" I Laughed
"You're weird I don't know many people who don't like hugs Miller even if its just a quickie hug"She laughed
"Oh fuck you" I said flicking her off heading to my living room to watch my movie
"I know you want to"She added and I looked at her like she grew three heads.
"You got the game messed up. I don't want to fuck you" I simply stated I want to make love to you. I thought to myself getting my popcorn and sitting on the couch
"As if" She waved me off and I shook my head
"What are we watching" She asked
"I'm watching The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks . I don't know what you doing" I stated coldly
she sighed"You're gonna make this incredibly hard aren't you"
"It ain't supposed to be easy" I pat her head as if she was a dog and she glared at me
