In 23rd Century America, slavery has been reintroduced as the primary form of labor. The slaves are selected from candidates of an ongoing project called the Revival, where individuals from past eras are sifted through until a group is found that meets the criteria.
These slaves, and other individuals brought from these eras are known as Outmodes.The Silvertower family is made up of both Outmodes and present day civilians, and when the family is dragged into a timeline that eventually leads to a reincarnation of one of the biggest events in history, the humanity, strength, and control of the powers that be are called into question.
