Kate Smith securely buckled her belt around her skirt before reaching for the latch on the bathroom stall door.

She was a small girl, a little under the average height for her age of sixteen, and had long black hair. She had worn it in a ponytail today so that when she went to her track meet it would easily be out of the way.

The pleated uniform skirt around her thighs made her legs look nice, showing off her previous summer tan.

The start of a new school year and a past summer was the blessing of her life. At least right now. She felt like she was finally becoming the woman she would stay until official adulthood.

She'd reached the level of maturity where people had stopped thinking of her as a kid. And if not that, her body had developed into something that looked completely new.

When she had left the previous school year her breasts had been small and perky, her body had been lanky as if she had not yet grown into her own limbs. She was skinny and not quite rounded around the edges. Her face had been plain and dull.

Now when she looked in the mirror this morning before school, she saw the girl she had always wanted to be.

Her lips were fuller and had more color to them, and most of all she had finally grown into her size 38 C breasts. She remembered the feeling of looking down and seeing pretty creamy cleavage from her bra.

Her body finally had curves that she had grown into, and her bottom now had made her skirt a little shorter with it's nice roundness.

She finally looked like a woman.

A sound coming from behind her surprised her and she quickly turned as a small gasp fell from her lips.

Eric Miller was climbing out of the ceiling tiles, his breath coming out in pants.

He made a small sound as he dropped to the floor and landed firmly on his feet.

What was he doing in here?

Kate's hand froze on the lock as well as the rest of her body, and she could only stare at the boy two years her senior.

He was a senior this year and eighteen. She didn't think she felt like such a woman now as she looked at the man that towered above her.

He had light stubble on his jaw, already coming on from a morning she knew had been spent shaving.

He was the Senior every girl talked about. The one who had won countless prom King's but also shared his time at the bars, rode a motorcycle, and went out on a hot date every night.

He was also a prankster, she remembered the time he put a love note in her locker in sixth grade and signed it by the boy she had had a crush on. After she had embarrassed herself and confessed her love to the boy, he had no idea what she was talking about.

Now Kate blinked up at his back and wondered just what the hell he was doing here.

Finally, he turned and a smile came to his lips. As well as surprise in his brown eyes.

"Well, well. Good thing I caught you with your skirt up, little girl. Or should I say down?"

His fingers reached out to grasp the hem of her skirt, knuckles brushing against her thigh.

She felt her skin heat automatically and felt her nipples hardening already under her blouse.

She jerked away, her face flaming.

"What are you doing in the ladies room? Can't you read?"

He chuckled and motioned to the wall.

"Sorry, girl," This made Kate pause when she realized that he didn't even remember who she was.

She didn't know why she felt down about it, hell she didn't actually expect him to remember a girl like her did she? He was far too busy with other girls and partying to remember a girl who stayed at home studying all night.

"Looks like I was one tile too close. One more and I would've been in the men's."

She didn't need his excuse, she felt embarrassed and low enough as it was.

How could he not remember her? They had been such good friends in elementary school. Before everything changed, before he started hanging with the wrong crowd, before he got hot.

She cringed and turned finally, grasping the lock again.

"Right. If you'll excuse me, my professor is probably wondering where I am. And so is yours."

His pink, full lips had tilted up in a devilish smile.

"And what business is it of yours what my professor is thinking? He'll hardly miss that I'm gone if I never showed up for class."

Kate didn't say anything. She couldn't, wouldn't. Her throat felt incredibly tight, and just looking at him made her wish that the words he wrote on the love note in sixth grade had been true.

She clenched her fist at her side. Since when did she think about him like that? Sure he was good looking and kind of dangerous, but she needed a stable man in her life.

"It's none of my business." She said softly and shrugged a shoulder, finally having the will to move.

She walked out of the stall and began washing her hands, watching as he leaned against the wall next to her, inquiry on his face.

"I feel like I know you, girl. I just can't place you..."

She ignored his remark. No way was she telling him she was the little girl he used to be good friends with when they were kids. They had both changed so much.

"You should probably leave the way you came in. A girl and a guy walking out together won't look good if anyone sees us."

"And what's the matter with that? Afraid of losing your reputation?"

She bit the inside of her cheek as she grabbed paper towels to dry her hands on.

"I-...Look, I don't need you ruining my reputation just because you don't care about yours."

She turned to face him defiantly, small rage in her eyes. She was getting so angry so quickly that it almost scared her.

He only smirked back, looking completely at ease. He reached forward and grabbed a lock of her hair.

"Yes, something's definitely familiar. You're feisty, and cute when you're angry. See you around, girl."

A growl stayed in her throat as the sound of his light laughing followed him out.

First he doesn't remember her, then he makes fun of her. She was so angry. And yet she felt her core heat when she thought of him in here with her alone.

A smile broke onto her face for a minute. She wondered what could've happened had she been a girl with a bad reputation already.

"I'm not so sure about this, Maggie. What if security actually does check our ID's?"

Kate's felt nervous as he friend waved a hand like it was no big deal. Kate was sure it wasn't a big deal, at least not to Maggie. She didn't know why she agreed to this kind of thing.

Her parents would yell at her if they ever found out she was going to a club underage, and worse be disappointed in her. Kate shuddered at the thought.

"Come on, let's go before you get in your matching pajamas and curl up with a stuffed animal. You need to learn to live a little, you'll never get anywhere in life by just being book smart."

Kate sighed to herself and mused for a moment.

"Fine, you're absolutely right. Let's just go."

"That's the spirit, kid."

Kate had the bad feeling rolling around in her stomach since she had gotten in with a fake ID. Her mother would not approve of this.

Now, sitting at the bar alone and sipping on a cherry coke, she felt more alone than she ever had. No matter how many drunk, high, or out of their minds people were surrounding her. She felt as though she had not one friend, and she wanted to go home.

Face it, She told herself. You're too scared to walk all the way home in the dark, and there's likely not one sober person here to drive you home.

She put her head in her hands and sighed deeply down at the cracking and scratched surface of the bar top. Why hadn't she played it safe and just said "no". That was the most important rule of peer pressure.

She spun her straw around in her glass and watched the ice cubes catch the reflections of the lights up ahead. She would've enjoyed the noise of them hitting the side of the glass if the music weren't violating her eardrums.

Hell, Maggie was probably off somewhere with God knows who, doing God knows what.

Kate jumped slightly when she felt a hand on her back, a large hand that had made her insides shrivel and turn to mush at the size. She was scared and uncomfortable. Until she saw the face it belonged to.

"Get her a drink, would you, Tom? She looks a little pale."

Kate snubbed her nose at Eric Miller who had just happened to sit down next to her with the annoying, yet sexy smirk on his face.

She brushed off his hand and pulled her coke closer to her. She didn't need to ask why Eric knew the bartender, or even why he was here. None of the answers would surprise her.

"I'm fine, thank you. I can tend to my own needs."

The glass of mystic amber liquid was set down in front of her anyways by the bartender named Tom.

"Can you, sweetie? What's a girl like you doing drinking coke at a bar? Shouldn't you be doing your makeup in a bathroom somewhere while out on a respectable date?"

She pushed the shot glass aside and gave him a hard stare. She didn't like the way he was smiling at her, or how he grabbed he coke so easily from her hands and bit the straw between his teeth. The same straw that had been pressed against her tongue minutes before. A shudder ran through her at the playful look in dark eyes.

"I can go to a bar and order a coke anytime I like, just as you could order a...whatever the hell that is!"

"You know, sweets, it's pretty bad when a girl who goes regularly to a bar doesn't even know what a shot of soft beer looks like."

Her hands were clenching into fists at her sides and she started while he let out a laugh and downed the "soft beer" in one gulp. His throat muscles moved easily in a strong neck.

He reached for her hand and pushed the coke into her other.

"Come on, I'll take you home." His voice didn't sound mean now, but almost hopeful to her, though she made no signs to show it.

Would she really get out of this place and somewhere more...respectful? What about her friend?

She jumped down from her stool and had to slightly jog through the crowd of people to catch up to him.

"But what about my friend?"

"I saw her leave with some guy about an hour ago."

An hour ago? Leave? Is that how long he had been here? Had he known she was here the whole time? And what of, Maggie? How could she have left her there without any clue how to get-

"I told your friend I'd take you back to whatever playground you came from. She was too messed up to drive anyways. You should be thankful a guy like me was here to help out."

As they stepped out into the cool night air, she crossed her arms.

"I'll not do or think any such things! Just take me home and don't say another word to me. I've had enough of you for one day."

He tisked his tongue at her in a way that made her blood run hot with arousal. She closed her mouth around the straw to focus on something, but could only remember the way his teeth had been clasped around it.

"You poor, sweet little sixth grader. If I didn't know any better I'd say you never wanted to come in the first place."

He stopped at a motorcycle and took a helmet off the back of the seat. She scowled at him as he put it gently over her head.

"I'm not a sixth grader, I'm a junior."

"Mm, still as I suspected. Much too young to be going into bars."

"I wasn't drinking."

"You were still breaking a rule."

Silence fell upon them and she didn't like the way he smiled at her when he swung a leg over the bike and patted the spot behind him.

"Feels pretty good, doesn't it? Come on, hop on and I'll give you the ride of your life."

Kate squeezed her thighs together and knew that she had to look stupid in her top and short skirt while wearing the big helmet. She also didn't want to think about how he would feel pressed against her open legs.

"But...what about my skirt?"

He glanced at it, and the length, and the legs that were tan and sprouting out from under it.

He shot a smirk back at her.

"I guess you have two options. Hold onto me, or that skirt. But don't worry, it's dark. And I'd be the only one to notice."

She bit the inside of her mouth. Great, just great. But she had no other choice.

As carefully as she could she swung a leg over the seat and watched him glance back while she did so. She prayed he hadn't seen the tiny pair of pink panties she wore underneath.

She was hesitant but when he fired up the engine she scooted closer and wrapped her arms around him.

"What about your helmet?"

"Eh, I don't need one. A guy like me only lives in the danger zone, remember?"

She shuddered as he sped out of the parking lot and he was laughing. Her arms tightened around him and she couldn't help but relax a little at their warm bodies pressed so close.

She closed her eyes, lost in thoughts revolving around her parents and Maggie when she realized he had been speaking.

"What did you say?"

"I said I'm low on gas. To be safe I think I might just have to take you back to mine. It's only a block away."

"No!"

He glanced back at her when they reached a stop light.

"And what would you suggest I do, sweetheart? Run out of gas on the way back into town and have both of us walk home, or take the safe way?"

She doubted his house was very safe at all, or him for that matter. She nearly wept. She wanted to be home, in her nice warm bed and matching pajamas.

She didn't say a word the rest of the short drive.
