Yue Gu Zai's Mercedes-Benz parked at McDonald's.
In Xiao Jiang's dad's car, Xiao Jiang pushed the window down button.
'Dad, I want to eat McDonald's,' Xiao Jiang said.
Xiao Jiang's dad stopped talking on the phone, instructed the driver to go to McDonald's and resumed talking on the phone.
'Uncle Chen, I want to go to the McDonald's Zhen Wu's dad's car drove to,' Xiao Jiang said.
'Yes young master,' the driver said.
A while later the driver parked at McDonald's.
The moment Xiao Jiang walked into McDonald's, he saw Zhen Wu. Although Xiao Jiang's dad wasn't handsome as Zhen Wu's dad, he thought at least his dad was richer than Zhen Wu's dad.
'Dad, I want to sit over there,' Xiao Jiang said and pointed at the table next to Zhen Wu's table.
'Xiao Jiang, I have to meet a client,' Xiao Jiang's dad said. 'I called your mum already. Uncle Chen will stay here with you and your mum will come here later.'
'Dad...' Xiao Jiang sulked and watched his dad leave.
Xiao Jiang stopped himself from crying after he saw Zhen Wu was looking at him.
'Uncle Chen I want to eat a chicken burger, fries and drink coke,' Xiao Jiang said.
'Young master, sit down first and I'll order food for you,' Mr Chen said.
Zhen Wu wasn't impressed with his surroundings, but he saw Xiao Jiang sit on the table next to his table and acted excited.
'Dad, look at this toy,' Zhen Wu said. 'It's a fun toy.'
Zhen Wu inwardly berated himself, toys didn't interest him, he preferred his computer.
'Dad, try the delicious fries,' Zhen Wu urged.
Yue Gu Zai frowned. He didn't like eating junk food. He could see his son hated eating junk food too, but they both forced themselves to eat junk food.
Zhen Zhen spotted Xiao Jiang and waved to him. 'Xiao Jiang, you're here too.'
'Hello aunty Zhen,' Xiao Jiang greeted.
Mr Chen brought the food Xiao Jiang ordered to Xiao Jiang's table.
'Uncle Chen, I want the same toy as Zhen Wu,' Xiao Jiang said.
'Zhen Wu, you don't like this kind of toy,' Zhen Zhen said. 'Why don't you give your toy to Xiao Jiang?'
Zhen Zhen knew her son hated figurines. She didn't want to waste money on something her son didn't like so she suggested her son give the figurine to Xiao Jiang.
'Who said I didn't like this toy?' Zhen Wu asked. 'Mum can't you see I'm having fun playing with it?'
Zhen Wu forced himself to play with the toy aeroplane. 'Fly, fly.'
Zhen Zhen understood Zhen Wu was purposely showing off in front of Xiao Jiang. She was about to lecture Zhen Wu to play nice with his friends, but was startled by a loud voice from behind her.
'Xiao Jiang, sorry for making you wait,' Xiao Jiang's mum said. 'I ran here after I received your dad's call.'
Xiao Jiang's mum was dressed in expensive clothes, but she couldn't fit properly on the chair and made the table shake after she sat down.
'Mum, don't pinch my cheeks,' an embarrassed Xiao Jiang said.
Zhen Wu pitied Xiao Jiang's cheeks. He thought their teacher pinching their cheeks didn't look as painful as Xiao Jiang's mum pinching Xiao Jiang's cheeks.
Xiao Jiang's mum noticed Zhen Wu was sitting on the table next to her son's table.
'Isn't that Zhen Wu?' Xiao Jiang's mum asked. 'The boy who has a mum but no dad?'
Yue Gu Zai glared dangerously at Xiao Jiang's mum.
Although Xiao Jiang's mum was frightened by Yue Gu Zai's glare, she thought Yue Gu Zai was a model.
Zhen Zhen was impressed Yue Gu Zai could silence Xiao Jiang's loud mum with a deadly glare.
'Hello I'm Jin Mei Li,' Jin Mei Li greeted Yue Gu Zai. 'I'm Xiao Jiang's mum. Who are you?'
Zhen Zhen thought there was something wrong with Jin Mei Li's eyes, because Jin Mei Li was blinking fast.
'I'm Zhen Wu's dad,' Yue Gu Zai said.
'No wonder Zhen Wu is such an adorable boy,' Jin Mei Li said. 'He inherited his looks from his dad. It's a pleasure to meet you.'
Zhen Zhen was taken back how quickly her son turned from a boy who had a mum and no dad to an adorable boy. She silently ate one of the burgers her husband and son ordered, but she was the only one eating.
'Mum...' Xiao Jiang called.
Xiao Jiang knew his mum was distracted by Zhen Wu's dad's looks.
'Do you want to drink coffee with me tonight?' Jin Mei Li asked and winked.
Zhen Zhen noticed Jin Mei Li was showing off cleavage that was more impressive than Da Tu Li's cleavage. While Jin Mei Li's chest was almost popping out of a tight top, Zhen Zhen silently finish eating a burger.
'I'm busy,' Yue Gu Zai said coldly to Jin Mei Li. He looked suspiciously at Zhen Wu who was enjoying his displeasure. 'Son, have you finished eating?'
'Yes,' Zhen Wu said.
Zhen Wu had seen enough of Jin Mei Li's tactless flirting.
'Let's go,' Yue Gu Zai said.
Yue Gu Zai led his wife and son to the car.
Jin Mei Li didn't want to part with a handsome man so soon.
'Xiao Jiang's let's go,' Jin Mei Li said.
'Mum, I haven't finish eating,' Xiao Jiang said.
'You can wrap up the food and take it to the car,' Jin Mei Li said.
Mr Chen walked to the car first and Xiao Jiang reluctantly followed his mum to the car.
At the carpark, Yue Gu Zai was opening the door for his wife and son when suddenly a bearded man grabbed Xiao Jiang hostage, and police cars surrounded the carpark.
'Xiao Jiang!' Jin Mei Li cried out and fainted at the sight of a stranger holding her son at gun point.
'Mum...' Xiao Jiang said in a panicked voice and cried.
'Don't come here,' the bearded man said. 'Or I'll shoot.'
The cops were worried the bearded man would shoot Xiao Jiang so they didn't dare step toward the bearded man.
'Mum... mum...' Xiao Jiang called and cried louder.
'Little boy, I'll shoot you if you don't stop crying,' the bearded man threatened.
