I finished my painting. When I started I was daunted by the complexity of the bouquet and the rate at which I must complete it before the flowers died. Regardless of the intimidation, I had faith enough in myself to start and, only five days later, finish. The painting is 16'' by 20'' and features 6 different types of flowers. It is a happy painting, brightly colored and vibrant. 

When you are facing a difficult and sad situation, such as losing someone you love, it is best to put your focus on something positive. Give yourself small goals to achieve and bigger goals to work toward. Come to terms with your feelings in a situation and focus on your goals. If you recognize your small accomplishments every day, you will begin to feel better about yourself and your situation.
