At evening everyone got ready and as it's a couple's entry so they decided to come along with their respective partners and directly meet at the party.
As usual, Manik and Nandu got ready and were on their way to the party. This time she allowed Manik to drive the car. Manik noticed that she is unusually silent and looking out of her window.

They reach the party and join their friends. They have their mutual complementing sessions while Nandini ignoring Cabir.
Cabir: Why do you always ignore me? Matlab kabhi tho mujhe bhi compliment diya kar.
Nandu: Cabir understand. I am saving the best for last.
Cabir: Is it? Ok now say? How am I looking?
Nandu: You are looking like Isaac Hawking.
Everyone looks confused.
Cabir: Who is he?
Nandu: I don't know.
Cabir makes a bad face while others laugh at his expense.
Cabir: Dude, I can't see Nandu ka ex? Where is he? I seriously want to see his facing-a-vampire wala shakal.
Manik: Cabir, I told you yesterday right, iske dimag main kuch McDonald's pak raha hai? Usi ke burger bech raha hoga, yahi kahi.
Suddenly Nandu goes towards Manik and holds him by his elbow and winks at everyone indicating someone behind. Everyone notices that Harshad is coming towards them along with some random girl.
Harshad: Hi Manik
Manik: Hi.
Nandu:(with a fake sadness) Harshad, won't you even say hello to me?
Harshad gives a fake smile. Everyone notices his discomfort and tries hard not to laugh.
Harshad: Hi Nandini. I hope you are fine. (Says the last line looking at Manik but instead Nandu answers)
Nandu: Of course, we are fine. Haina, baby. (Looks at Manik)
Manik: Yes. (Nandu elbows him) sweety.
Harshad: I can see you are very happy with Manik.
Nandu: (dramatically) All thanks to you Harshad. I found my one true love.
Harshad: Ya ya. I can see that. Would you like to tell me your love story, Manik?
Manik: It was love at first sight, Harshad.
Harshad: But I guess, you know each other since childhood.
Manik: oh...You know that too? It's love at first sight in the hospital then.

Nandu: Last year after coming back from Mangalore, we were doing something when Manik had cut his finger and I happened to drink his you know what. Bas tabse mujhe Manik se beintehaan Ishq hogaya hai. (says the last line aloud)
Harshad gulps in fear. While Nandu smirks.
Nandu: Darling, would you like to join me for a dance.
Manik: I was waiting for that, sweetheart. Let's go. (eagerness clearly visible in his voice)
Nandu: Bye, guys. Excuse us. (Looking at Manik) Baby, let's go and fall in love all over again.
With that, they both go to the dance floor and stand in a corner.
Manik: Oh god. That was so cheesy man.
Nandu:(with a sad expression) I know right. Woh mujhse itne cheesy names bulwata tha, baby, babu, shona. Seriously, I tho stopped having extra cheese on my pizza too.
With that, both burst out laughing earning weird glares from nearby couples. They mutter a sorry to everyone.
Nandu: Manik, what the hell is this. Yeh gaana itna slow kyun hai?
Manik: Nandu, yeh romantic song hai. Of course, slow hi hoga na. Aur waise bhi uss chewing gum ke cheesy names se yeh much better hain.
They finish their dance and join their friends.
Nandu: yaar, this dress? (says a bit sadly)
Manik: Nandu, is it uncomfortable? Are you fine? (Remember the dress is selected by Manik)
Nandu: No, I am not uncomfortable. But why do we have to wear such dresses? We can also wear some jeans right or rather why can't we have a pajama party?
Manik:(with a sarcastic smile) because this is college. Apna ghar nahi hai.
Alya: But Nandu, you are looking very cute in this. It really suited you a lot. Manik you really have a very good choice.
Nandu: Why are you praising him. Matlab dress pehnu main. Isse sambhalu main. Aur tareefe isko? (A bit irritated since she isn't in a mood to wear any party dress.)
Cabir opens his mouth to say something sarcastic but Nandu cuts him off,
Nandu: You better say something good, otherwise I will announce that you are gay and will also set you up with a partner in this party.

Saying this she was all ready to punch Cabir when Manik pulls her from behind.

Manik: Nandu I am feeling hungry. Let's eat.
Nandu looks at him to which he makes an innocent face so, Nandu agrees. Manik leaves from there taking Nandu along. While Cabir takes a deep breath and others have tears due to laughter. Soon they too join Nandu and Manik and have their dinner.
After some time, Manik talks with everyone ignoring Nandu, but holds her hand tightly.
Nandu: Manik. (Ignores)
Nandu: Mani suno na. (Ignores)
Nandu: Manik. Pakka mujhe washroom jaana hai.
Cabir: Waah. kya dosti hai. Washroom jaane ke liye bhi permission le rahi hai. And you, girlfriend hokar bhi mujhe bhaav nahi deti. (Says last line looking at Navya.)
Navni glares.
Nandu: Manik, please.
Manik: Stop being stubborn. I know what exactly you want to...(His mobile rings) Guys, Mom ka call hai. I will be back. (looking at Nandu with a stern face ) And you will stay here.
Nandu: ok.
Manik leaves.
Nandu: Guys, let's go to the dance floor.
Cabir: But, Manik said...
Nandu: Cabir, do you want me to announce that...
Cabir: Na. Who can even stop you? But your partner?
Nandu: Main akeli hi kaafi hun.
Cabir: (mutters) True
Everyone goes towards the place where ball dance is going on and couples were dancing to a Tum hi ho song, creating a slow romantic atmosphere. Soon the group joins them except Nandu.

Manik comes inside but doesn't find Nandini, nor anyone else. Listening to continuous change of songs he guessed what might have happened and went there. Nandini who was enjoying people's plight was suddenly dragged by Manik. People glare her, while Manik says sorry and asks their friends to come out.
Outside -
Manik:(Shouting) I asked you not to leave her. Why didn't you listen to me? Paanch minute ke liye apne andar ke Michael Jackson ko sambhal nahi paya kya?
Cabir: Yaar kaam vo kar thi aur daant mujhe pad rahi hai?
Manik: kyunki vo bachi hai. It was your responsibility to take care.
Cabir: I didn't know that bache bhi iss college mein pad rahe hain. Uff..pata hota tho ache wale college mein admission leta.
Manik : shut up. (turns towards Nandu) And you.
Nandu: Don't scold me. I was feeling bored.(and pouts)
Manik: So, you decided to entertain people.
Nandu nods her head cutely to which Manik couldn't stop smiling and side hugs her.
Manik: Aage se mat karna.
Nandu: ok.
Cabir: What? Bas itna hi? Aur mere par itna chillaya? That's not fair Manik.
Mukti: Cabir, stop being a kid.
Nandu looks at her watch.
Nandu: Guys, it's late. Let's go home.
And everyone disperses to their homes.
