and that's how I spent the rest of my night, convincing myself everything would eventually be okay, until around 7 when I got a text from zach.
Zach; hey.
Maddie; wyd?
Zach; studying for that test, wbu?
Maddie; oh yeah, same haha
I lied.
Zach; you wanna come too mine tomorrow and we can study together?
Maddie; yeah sure. sounds good.
Zach; right, see you tomorrow
Maddie; bye.
Zach seemed nice. I wanted too hangout with him. Maybe he could be the one?
I decided I'd actually start to soft for our test next week, so I wasn't completely lost tomorrow. and that's what I spent the rest of the night doing.

Maddie; ughhh. What the time.
Ethan; let's just say, you've got 15 minutes until we're leaving.
Maddie; crap!
He chuckled before closing my door, I got up out of bad and didn't even make an effort. I didn't put on any make up, and I threw on a sweatshirt and pair of leggings. I tied my hair in a messy bun and washed my face. I didn't look good at all, but who cares. I walked out too the main room where both Ethan and Grayson were sat
Maddie; Ethan, is this alright too wear?
Grayson; you look great, now come on.
He said without even looking at me. He clearly wanted too get going. But at least he wasn't in such a mood with me.

Maddie; I'm going too study at a friends house tonight, so I won't be needing a ride home.
Ethan; cool.

Maddie; none of your business.
He huffed and eventually we were at school.
I met with zach again and the day went so slowly as always. finally the bell went and we could go home. me and zach had the same last lesson so we walked back too his car together and of course he parked next too Grayson.
Zach; uh crap! I've left my math book.
He ran off back into school, when Grayson walked out towards me.
Grayson; so you need a lift now?
Maddie; actually, no. I'm going too zachs house.
I pointed at the car the next to his.
Grayson; Maddie, I've told you. He's bad news.
He said half pissed off and half concerned
Maddie; I can be friends with whoever I want Grayson.
Zach walked back.

Maddie; oh, he was just asking wether you wanted too come too the party with me this weekend.
