Quavious POV
We had finally landed back in Atl and we were tired! We hated to leave but we had to get back due to the baby shower and me getting back in the studio. We were gonna be going on tour soon and I was gonna be gone for a couple of months before the baby came. I just prayed I make it back in time.
I drove to our new crib Set and Take told me yesterday everything was moved in and set! I appreciate they help it saved me and Royalty both from having to worry about all of that.
"What time is that baby shower tomorrow?" Royalty asked
"3.. you should know it's your baby shower" I chuckled
"Our baby shower. And I'm tired.. I just need to know how long I can sleep in tomorrow"
I nodded and continued driving. I was ready to find out if I was having a boy or girl.. I was really rooting for a boy! I needed a little mini me so he could have my swag, and be a little dread head like his daddy.. I think I was a little more excited than Royalty to be honest
We got home Royalty unlocked the door and walked upstairs with me following behind her with the bags. I set the down and jumped on the bed.. it felt good to be back in my own bed
"Move!" Royalty smacked my ass
"Aye! I ain't wit that fruity gay shit!"
"What? Dat ass fat tho!" She squeezed it smirking
"Ayee!" I smacked her hand. "My ass ain't fat.. I ain't got no ass"
"You ass-less" She laughed crawling on top of me
"Nahh get off me..you trynna be on that gay shit"
"I'm sorry" She played in my hair
"Mhmm" I turned over making sure she didn't fall off
"What?" She smiled
"Nun baby.. you ready to find out what we having?" I smiled rubbing her stomach
"Yes! I'm ready to start shopping"
"Of course" I chuckled rubbing her stomach. I never thought I would be a husband or a dad at this age but I didn't care.. I had the most amazing girl in the world and I couldn't think about leaving her side..
"I'm going to take a shower" She pecked my lips getting off me and walking into the bathroom
"Can I join?" I asked already knowing her answer
"Uhh.. no!" She yelled
"Wait.. Did you say no?" I got up walking into the bathroom. "You can't tell Huncho no"
"I just did"
"Come on baby.. I ain gon do nun" I shrugged
"Get out!" She pushed me out shutting the door behind me and locking it
"Imma remember dis!" I yelled taking off my shirt getting into bed
Royalty POV
I rubbed my eyes straightening my hair. The baby shower was today and I was excited to finally find out what I was having! Zay had already informed me everyone was there and waiting for our arrival.. I had to get dressed and I would be ready! Qua was already ready and rushing me every five minutes and he was working my last nerve honestly
I went into the bedroom taking off my silk robe and putting on my Suede romper. My back was out and my belly was on full display! I smiled a little putting on my sandals and grabbing my purse
"Royalty I swear if you ain't ready" Qua walked in the room
"I'm ready" I laughed turning around
"Wow... you look amazing" He bit his lip looking me up and down
"Thanks baby" I pecked his lips a couple of times
"Lets go.."
We left the house heading to Ashley's house.. She was nice enough to let us have her baby shower there which was pretty random because Qua's mom wanted us to have it at her place but Ash wanted to host it so we figured why not..
Once we got there everyone was outside having a good time. I got out with the help of Qua of course and greeted everyone.. They were all excited about the arrival of our precious little angel and that made me happy everybody getting along
"Wassup fat girl" Set smiled opening his arms for a hug
"Wassup scarecrow" I walked past his open arms giving Take a hug
"Ion get no love? Aight.. I see how it is" He nodded
"Yeah, yeah" I laughed
"You look beautiful" Take smiled
"Thank you.. where's your girlfriend?"
"In the house working my last nerve" He sighed
"Alright" I laughed walking into the house seeing her in the living room
"Hey Zay bae" I smiled
"Awwww!! You look so cuuuuttee" She hugged me
"Thanks baby" I hugged her back. "So, when do I find out what I'm having?"
"Soon" She smiled
I socialized a bit more and then it was time to find out exactly what I was having! My heart started to race with anticipation.. this was really happening!
"Okay, so we all know Quavious was a quarterback in high school so we're going to make this interesting.. Qua your gonna run to the end of the driveway and Royalty is going to throw you the football" Ash smiled
"And when you catch it it'll pop and pink or blue graffiti will come out" Zay finished explaining
"Okay" I grabbed the football. "Go long!"
I waited until Qua was at the end of the driveway and threw the ball when he caught it the ball popped and blue graffiti came out
"It's a boy!!!" Set yelled jumping up and down
Qua jumped up and down running back to me hugging me tightly while everybody took pictures and videos of the moment
"We got a lil Huncho on the way!" Take smiled
"You getting your baby boy" I smiled pecking Qua's lips
"Lil Qua" He smiled rubbing my belly
Once the baby shower was over everybody left including us heading back home. Set and Take help bring in our gifts taking them upstairs to the baby's room. I was having a little boy! I was thrilled and so was Qua.. he couldn't stop talking about it
"Okay since were all talking about lil Huncho.. I have a little announcement to make" I smiled
"Wassup?"
"Take.. I know how much you want kids and a family of your own and that's why you're going to be Qua's honorary uncle!" I smiled
"Fa' real? Don't be on that bullshit!" He smiled
"I'm dead serious" I gave him a hug before turning my attention to Set. "Set.. I know that me and you are very close and we've been friends for a long time.. and I just wanted to let you know that not only will you be Qua's uncle you'll be his godfather also"
"Hell yeah!!" He smiled hugging me almost breaking my back
"Okay.. I get it" I pulled away laughing
I knew they were both shocked and surprised.. even Qua was shocked because none of them knew anything about this
"Well, you guys we got some planning to do we'll see y'all tomorrow" Qua stood behind me wrapping his arms around my waist
"Aight.. see ya! And once again congrats" They walked out shutting the door behind them
"Time to start baby shopping!" He picked me up taking me upstairs
"Yeah.. I love both my boys" I kissed his cheek
"And we love you too"
ITS A BOY!!!! We got a lil Qua in the making.. what do you think would be some cute nicknames for him?🤔🤔 anyway let me know what y'all thinking
