Chapter 36: Somethings Up

Quavious POV

Royalty been acting some type of way ever since I told her no for the hundredth time about taking in her sister. I get what she's trying to do but she really needs to understand that this isn't going to be easy with me being on tour and her home alone.. I know we have family and friends but I don't want to have them watching my kids 24/7 when their our responsibility.

I sat back on the couch watching the game while Royal avoided me the whole time. Her attitude now was becoming aggravating.. ion know what else to do to get her to realize I'm not changing my answer

"If you gon have this attitude I can leave" I sighed

"I don't have a attitude"

"The shit is evident in your voice, your body language! I mean what the hell is wrong wit you now?"

"What's wrong wit me now?" She raised her brow looking over at me

"Yeah because there's always sum wrong witchu! You give me attitude damn near everyday and I'm so sick of it!!"

"Just leave it alone"

"No I'm not! I already know this is about that damn baby situation" I rolled my eyes

"Baby situation? You're not even taking it seriously, but if it was you the whole damn world would have to stop!" She got up going into the kitchen with me following

"But I wouldn't be acting the way you are that's for sure!!"

"And how am I acting?"

"Like a bitch" I shrugged

"A bitch.. let me tell you something right now. I am not about to stand here and let you call me out my name! I am not one of your lil hoes out in the street" She stared me dead in my eyes

"Hoes out on the street don't even act the way you acting!" I scoffed

"Maybe I should go.."

She walked around me going upstairs I wasn't even gonna try and stop her maybe some time apart is the best thing. I heard the front door shut and I immediately grabbed my phone making a phone call.. I just needed to talk to somebody.

I spent some time wit the bros in the studio just trying to take my mind off of what happened earlier.. I was still pissed off and didn't want to talk about the situation I knew she wasn't going to let it go unfortunately

"So... Royalty left today?" Set looked over at me

"Huh?"

"Huh? Nigga if you can 'Huh' you can here"

"Look, it ain't what you think.. she brought it on herself" I shrugged

"Why don't you just let her keep the baby? I mean what harm can come from that" Take looked up at me

"I'm not ready for it.. why can't y'all understand that?"

"I understand.. but I know your black ass.. you can be real mean about shit and quick to catch a attitude"

"If y'all say so"

"All I'm saying is make it right.. she staying at my house and you know how Zay is. I had to make sure her ass don't pop up here and beat your ass" Take shook his head

"Crazy ass females bruhh" I groaned leaning back

Royalty POV

I played with my wedding ring while Zay went on about how she should beat Qua's ass! Which I couldn't blame her.. I just don't get what his problem has been lately it's like he's a whole different person now especially anytime he goes out which has been a lot lately..

"Zay..."

"What?" She sighed

"Do you think Qua is cheating on me?" I asked curiously

"What?! God, no!" She yelled. "Where the hell did you get that idea from?"

"Zay.. he's been going out a lot lately.. he comes home late, he's acting brand new all of a sudden.. I mean how do you explain that?"

"He's not cheating.. I know that for sure. He's just trying to blow off some steam" She reassured me

I wanted to believe her I really did but I just couldn't for some odd reason..

"Okay" I sighed

Soon the front door open and in walked Take and Qua.. I rolled my eyes and got up going outside to the backyard sitting by the pool. I didn't want to be around him or look at him right now

"Running don't solve shit" I heard him behind me

"Quavious.. go away"

"Royalty I'm sorry! You know I would never try to compare you to any of these hoes out in the street"

"Qua, I don't think you understand that I want my sister to be safe and the safest place she can be is with me"

"I understand that.. but you have to understand I'm a rapper.. I'm in the studio, I'm on tour being here and there and the last thing I want is you being bombarded with two babies by yourself.. I can make sure she gets a loving home and we can see her whenever we want, but you have to see this from my point of view and what can happen" He sat next to me

"You sure you can find her a home?" I looked over at him

"I promise I will"

"Okay.." I nodded

"Now.. can daddy get a kiss?" I laughed and pecked his lips smiling. "I love you"

"I love you too"

I still didn't like the fact that she wouldn't be with me but knowing I would be able to see her whenever I wanted to was a bonus! And the fact Qua apologized and said he loved me confirms that he isn't cheating but something strange was going on and I wanted to know exactly what or who it was..
