Narrator's POV
Like every other school day morning, Marco Diaz, a fourteen-year-old teenager, is going to Echo Creek Highschool. But all of a sudden he bumps into the new girl, Star Butterfly, a rich fourteen-year-old, that was touring around the campus until she bumped into Marco, making him drop all of his things to the floor including his art project, breaking it into a million pieces.
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry! Are you okay?"
Star said while picking up the pieces of his art project that was completely destroyed.
"Nooo no no no no no"
Marco said while panicking and pulling his hair.
"I'm really sorry. Hi, I'm Star by the way"
She said handing him some of the pieces of his broken project.
"I don't care who you are! You ruined my project! I worked hard on this!"
"I'm really sorry, I really do. I'm just new here and it's my first day."
"Wait, you're the foreign exchange from Mooni?"
"Uh it's Mewni"
"I dont care! Just stay out of my way"
He said while walking away furiously.
"I'm sorry! Uhh that was a bad first impression"
She said still holding one of Marco's books, looking at his name.
"Marco Diaz..."
"Hey new kid"
Janna, a weird teenage girl, popped out of no where scarring Star.
"Whatcha readin'"
"Uhh nothing ummm?"
"Oh it's Janna"
"Janna...Hi I'm Star, Star butterfly."
"Hey Star why don't I show you around"
"No uh it's okay I've seen enough"
She said remembering her first impression with Marco.
"Hey if you don't mind me asking but why are you so upset?"
Star showed Janna Marco's book specifically his name.
"Do you know him?"
"Oh Marco yeah. Why'd you ask?"
"We did'nt really get a good first impression. You see, I kinda, sorta broke his project by smashing it to the ground"
"You did? That's terrible"
"Yeah he did'nt seem happy. Is he like that most of the time?"
"Marco? Oh no he's not. But I'm telling you if you mess with one of his straight-As trust me he will get mad."
"Nice going Star I will never fit in"
"Hey don't sweat it. After all it is you're first day of school."
Then all of a sudden the bell rang.
"Oh no, I gotta go. See ya around"
She said beginning to walk away.
"Oh ok bye new kid! I mean Star!"
Star went running of to her first period, Spanish Class. But little did she know that was also Marco's first class.
