The Queen of Air and Darkness, future Queen of the Seelie court, though acts more like Queen of the Unseelie court. Nerissa is not sympathetic, she's dark and cold unless she's with a plan.
She can change her form at her will, she can look like anyone and anything, though she usually keeps dark hair and pale skin, sometimes red hair seems appealing during official meetings
She rarely wears her proper robes and official garb
She will be queen one day, and she knows that, her mother, The Seelie Queen, is no better than she, she teaches her her tricks and uses of magic, good and bad.
Her limbs are thin and long, her fingers skinny and bony, while she is enhanced in strength and speed as well
With her mother at her back, she is very powerful, she does her mother's dirty work and doesn't mind it, in fact she likes getting blood on her hands, it brings out her eyes.
