"You look amazing Violet, your parents are looking down at you and have the happiest smiles on their faces." Mrs. Smith said admiring me from the mirror that showed a whole different kind of girl. This girl didnt even look like me, better yet it's not even me.
"Thank you Mrs. Smith...for everything you've done for me." I said staring at myself in the mirror taking in the dress I was wearing. Not a lot of people know this, but this was my moms dress that I found in our old house.
"We better hurry up, everyone's already downstairs waiting for us." A gruff voice coming from the door interrupted our girl talk as Mr. Smith came in with a big smile on his face. He's happy because he would be the one to walk me down the aisle instead of my Dad. I was a bit sad that my Dad wasn't able to be here when I actually get married, but Mr. Smith was a close second.
"Shall we?" Mr. Smith asked holding up his arm for me to loop mine in.
"We shall" I said giving him a fake smile as we went to the church that was across from the Hotel we were staying in.
This day would be one of the days I will never forget.

"Do you, Justin Dean Smith, take Violet Collins as you lawfully wedded wife?" We were at the point of the marriage where it was finally going to be official. Where are they?
"I do." Justin said giving me a sly smile and mouthing 'it's okay' and I knew why. He knew that our parents wanted us together and there's nothing we can do unless we marry each other.
"And do you, Violet Lydia Collins, take Justin Dean Smith as your lawfully wedded Husband?" The pressure was now on me, there wasnt any more chances to stall. Everyone's eyes were on me waiting for my response.
"I-I do." I said nodding my head in a rushing manner. This wasnt how I dreamed my wedding to be, to look, and how it was supposed to happen.
"Now if there's anyone out there who dont believe these two shall be wedded, speak now of forever hold your peace." The Priest asked as Justin and I faced the crowd that was in deep silence. Come on, come on where are they?
"No one? Then by the power vested in me... I now pronouce you Hus-"
"NO! THEY SHOULDNT BE MARRIED!" At last the four Aussie boys I met at the coffee shop finally showed up wearing tuxedos and walking down the church aisle towards us. Making their way down to the alter, and collection of gasps and whispers could be heard from the crowd.
"I'm sorry but it's too late to speak" The Priest said giving them an apologetic look.
"They cant be married because...be-because I'm in love with Violet Connor-"
"Collins" I correct.
"Collins, I'm in love with Violet Collins more that this man before me!" Calum said in a dramatic manly voice. Looking at Justin I noticed he tried to hide his smile by coughing a couple of times.
"Then there's nothing more I can do than to end the ceremony right now." The Priest said closing his book and just walking out leaving Justin and I with four Austrailian boys and an angry Smith family.
"YOU! You ruined my son and daughter-in-laws wedding! How dare you interrupt Violet's Dad last wishes before he passed." Mrs. Smith exclaimed getting up from her seat along side her with Mr. Smith who tried to calm her down.
"I'm sorry but Violet is the love of my life and I will not stand here and watch her get married to a friend of mine." Calum said looking at me and giving me a slick wink before returning to face Mrs. Smith with a dead serious face.
"You dont realize what you've done! Everything I planned for these two went down the drain!' She sobbed pointing a finger at Calum who looked like he would shit his pants any minute.
"Mom relax it's okay..." Justin said grabbing my hand and walking towards his family.
"Okay? You think it's okay for one of your friends to stop the wedding because he's in love with Violet? You two were meant to be like what Violet's Dad wanted." She continued wiping a couple of tears from her face.
"No Mom YOU GUYS thought we were meant for each other, but I love Violet-"
"See you do love her!' She interjected
"MOM! I LOVE HER AS A SISTER! NO OFFENSE TO VIOLET'S DAD AND YOU BUT DID YOU EVEN ASK OUR PERMISSIONS IF WE EVEN WANTED TO GET MARRIED? NO! IT WAS ALWAYS UP TO YOU WHAT I DO IN MY LIFE. CANT YOU SEE IT'S MY LIFE AND NOT YOURS?" Justin shouted losing patience over his Mom who stared at him with a horrified expression.
"I..I...I never did.."
"Exactly Mom." Justin said trying to calm himself down as I rubbed little circle on his hands with my thumb.
"Relax Justin" I whispered in his ear as I walked towards Mrs. Smith who was holding onto Mr. Smith's arm for support.
"Look Mrs. Smith, what Justin is trying to say is that maybe it's time that we actually make our own decisions in our own lives. I know it was my Father's last wish that I would be married to Justin, but he didnt realize that I wasnt happy. That's what he wanted from me, he wanted me to be happy and getting married to a guy that's like a big brother to you is...gross." I said wiping a few tears away from her cheeks.
"And it's not your fault or Calum's fault for stopping the Wedding. I'm actually relieved that the wedding isnt happening or else I wouldnt have been happy at all. To make you happy Mrs. Smith, I will always be a daughter to you and you will always be a 2nd mother to me." And that's when the water works came back from Mrs. Smith as she grabbed me from Justin's grasp and gave me a hug that had a feeling of secure and warmth.
"I never knew that was how you and Justin felt about the wedding and I'm sorry." She said fixing the veil that was draped around my face.
"It's fine, it should be our fault for not telling you guys how we felt about the wedding instead of watching you pay so much money for this 'not so happy wedding'." I said feeling bad for how much she went through just for us.
"Oh Sweetie it's fine we can just celebrate the happiness for you and Justin becoming friend!" She squealed grabbing mine and Justin's hand his each of hers and lifting them up in the air for everyone to see.
"Attention everyone! Altough this was supposed to be a wedding, we decided that these rings I present to you would not be a symbol of marriage but a symbol of friendship for my son a lovely daughter in law." She said placing the rings on our ring fingers as everyone applauded and cheered as well as the 5SOS boys who cheered the loudest, well all except for Calum who had a smile that could be detected as fake and his clapping wasnt as cheerful as the others.

"What are we waiting for? LET'S PARTY!" Justin exclaimed as the crowd whooped in excitement and went to the reception area that was outside and let me tell you... it looked absolutely amazing. (Picture on the side)
"This is amazing!" I said mesmorized by the chandeliers hanging on every table shining bright with the dark sky.
"All for you Sweetie, now come on have fun with your friends!' Mrs. Smith said pushing me towards the group of guys sharing a couple of beers.
"Thank you, for everything" I mouthed to her as I walked over to the guys and gave them a smile.
"Thank you guys so much for saving Justin and I from getting married." I said running up to them and collecting them into a group hug. When I meant run I mean trying not to break my ankles with these killer heels.
"No problem, besides the food here is delicious!" Michael said stuffing himself with Chicken Alfredo and French bread. As they were eating I couldn't help but keep the smile I had on my face. If it wasn't for me running away from Rob I wouldn't have met Calum and the guys, I wouldn't have had a little cut on my face, and I wouldn't have been married to the person that's like a big brother to me. Which reminds me...
"Calum!" I exclaimed going up to him and giving him a hug.
"Oi! Violet you almost made me spill my beer" He said placing his drink on the table and bringing his attention to me.
"Sorry I just wanted to say thank you for what you said back there in Church. You made it so believable for people to actually think you're in love with me." I said giving him a smile. I couldn't help but admire his appearance, he looked so handsome in the tuxedo he was wearing. His cheekbones were so easy to be seen when he laughs and his smile just gives me butterflies in my stomach.
"It's what I do for a friend like you." Calum said smiling back at me which made his eyes twinkle under the night sky.
It felt like the world stopped when we locked eyes on each other and didn't have the urge to look away. He just looks so cute and I only met him yesterday, was us meeting each other meant to be?
"Smile!" Our stare was interrupted by a flash blinding us in the eyes as we both saw Ashton, Luke, Michael and even Justin looking at a picture on someone's phone.
"Dont you dare post that Ash, you know how they'll react." Calum warned.
"Oops, sorry?" He said giving us his phone and you wouldn't believe what we saw.

Attached to that tweet was a picture of Calum and I looking at each other as if we were a couple, like we've known each other since birth. To be honest it felt like I could tell him anything.
If only I didn't have that one problem that could ruin what we may have in the future.
