Ryder POV
I woke up feeling happy, I'm his. Officially. Today is the day of my announcement, I sighed through my nose. Am I ready for this? Am I ready to become a mother to this pack? I got up and took a quick shower, I went to Kayden's walk-In closet and wore his basketball shorts and Big hoodie. The hoodie was way too big on me, the end of the sweater was to my knees and the shorts were way to big also. Luckily there were strings so I can tie them so it won't fall. Then an bitter scent went inside my nose.
"Rouges" I growled, I ran to his balcony and saw a rouge on Kayden's backyard. I jumped off his balcony and landed perfectly on my feet
"What do you want rouge?" I said coldly
"Master said to join him or else" he said
"Or else what?" I spat
"He'll drug your precious little mate of yours" He said
"You wouldnt" I said
"I wouldn't but he would" the rouge pointed another rouge on the balcony. When did he get up there? He must have snuck in when I was sleeping, he had a needle in his hand and I knew what was in that needle. Sliver. My eyes widen, I heard the pack of rouges surrounding me. I can't fight them off, but once I yell for Kayden, it'll be too late. That rouge would have injected him. The rouge walked inside and I panicked
"No! Leave him alone, I'll go. Just don't touch him" I said
"I thought we would have put up a fight, how disappointing" the rouge said he did a hand motion and two rouges grab my arms and carried me all the way there. I was trying to remember the way they were taking me, because they weren't smart enough to blind me. I put on a scared innocent expression on my face, I was trying to think of a plan to get out of this problem. I elbowed one of the rouges and they let go of my arm, I punch the other one that was grabbing my arm. I ran forward and I got punched in the jaw until blood came out my mouth. I spit the blood on the ground, They grab hold of me again decided to blind me and I heard a door creak open in the direction I spit out my blood but I didn't see a house when I wasn't blind folded. Could this place be underground? I felt myself descending. It was under ground, they carried me to a room and I heard sobbing and whimpering. All different sounds but one thing alike about it. They were all girls.
Kayden POV
I woke up alone on my bed, I smiled she's probably looking around the house. I got up and put shorts on, I walked around the house, it was empty. My heart sank, did she leave me again? She told me she love me! was she lying? I felt a pain in my chest, I didn't want to feel again, I grab my phone and dial Samuel's number
"Go for Sam" he said
"Ryder left me again!" I said immediately
"Whoa! wait how do you know?" he asked
"I mated her last night and I fell asleep with her and I woke up and she's gone! How can she do this to me!" I said I ran my hand through my hair, I was pacing back and forth in my kitchen.
"Calm down, you call Demi and i'll check if she's around the area" he said
"Alright" I said and hung up I dial Demi's number and she answers
"Kayden?" she said
"Is Ryder there?!" I said frantically
"No why?"
"She not here! she left me" I said
"Alright. I'll wait for her to see if she's on her way, don't worry she's not hurt" she reassured me I hung up. I couldn't take it, I got out and went to the pack house that wasn't to far from here.
Once I got here, the protectors and warriors were there doing there work. I walked to my office and called the head of the protector. Stanley Morris.
"Yes, Alpha" he said as he walked in with all his sons
"Find my mate, she's missing" I demanded
"What?! What do you mean missing?!" Raymond said
"I fell asleep with her last night, when I woke up, she was gone" I said feeling the pain in my chest again
"We have to find her" I demanded again and they looked at eachother.
"She wouldn't just leave, unless there's a reason to" Rylan said
"No she had to be protecting some one to-"
"Kevin" I growled
"She must have been protecting Hazel" Richard said the fact she tried to protect a member of a pack was such a luna act. I sighed in relief that she didn't reject me again but grief was in me to see her gone.
"Get all she-wolves and pups take them to the pack house, and get half the Male-wolves to protect the them and the other half to find Ryder. " I said and they nodded, they walk out and did what they were told to do. I will find my Ryder, even if it means to move heaven and earth to find her. I will get my mate back, i'll promise you that
Ryder POV
I see other women sob and whimper. They were all beat up and in a jail cell like the one I'm in. I am chain up to a wall, the chain was burning my skin because it was made of sliver. I tried to ignore it, but my main concern were the girls, were they hiding in here the whole time? What are they going to do with me?
"H-Hey miss?" a she-wolf said she had blonde hair that was filled with dirt and blood, she was bruised and cut up.
"Yes?" I said
"Where did you come from?" she asked
"I'm from the sliver blood pack" I said and her eye lit up with hope she didn't say another word because some one walked into my cell. I turned to see Kevin standing in front of me.
"Ah, my luna" he said and looked mad, he slapped me hard on the face.
"Who told you to mate someone?!" he said
"My freewill!"i shouted at him which gave me a punch to the face, I move which made the chain burn my skin. I yell in pain, I hate him. I can't wait to get out of these chains so I can kill him.
"Don't ever do anything without my permission again, I am your master now" he said and walked out
"Wait!" I shouted and he stop walking "Why do you want revenge?" I asked him, he walked toward me
"How do you know about that?" he said
"I know a lot of things, I know why you got kick out a pack, I know why you have me here, why you have these women here and much more" I didn't know why he need the women but I was trying to scared him at least
"Really then why ask?" he said as he was grinning
"I want to know if it's going to be worth, messing with the Sliver Blood Pack. I want to know if it's worth risking your life for revenge you want all because that alpha kick you out of the pack?" I said his grin disappeared, I saw a quick glance of nervousness in his eyes. Then It changed to anger.
"You know way too much, so I suggest you shut it before I kill you" he threaten I laughed
"You can't becauseYou need me and you know it" I said and he looked pissed "so if you really want my help then don't harass any of the she-wolves" I sighed out. He stormed out of the cell, I sighed. I need to find a way to get out of this hell hole. Then something came to mind, I must not be that far from my town. I think I can mind link My brothers
'Mondi?' I said mentally 'Ardy? Ren? Lala?' Please work!
'DeeDee?' Rylan said I guess I can only talk to him
'Lala! oh thank goodness! I thought I was in this alone' I said
'do you know were you are?' he asked
'Yeah, go to Alpha's back yard and walk for about four to three miles north, this place is under ground. The door is where you can smell my blood, now hurry and find me!' I said
'I will don't worry' he said and I knew I was going to be okay, I moved and felt the pain of the chains. I bit my lip to hold the scream, why did he get kick out of his pack? why did he need all these women? I closed my eyes and sat there patiently until help comes.
