It was 9: 00 pm. David had ordered us to go to bed, as usual. I layed in bed and texted Christina, while Jack was still sitting on the bed looking through some pictures.

Me: nothing really. Hbu.
Babe✨💍😘: Up editing some stuff for my video 2morrow.
Me: haha what's it about?
Babe✨💍😘: eyebrow routines.
Me: lol.
Babe✨💍😘: how's the boys?
Me: Every1's fine. Jack is still improving tho.
Babe✨💍😘: y what happened?
Me: remember the lays truck guy? Nd how he got in a accident?
Babe✨💍😘: yeah?
Me: well Jack's best friend, her dad was in the car that he hit.
Babe✨💍😘: but didn't that car fall off the highway?
Me: yeah.

Me: ik. I really feel bad for him tho.

I put my phone on my night stand and just layed in bed.
"Christina said hi." I turned to Jack.
"Oh tell her I said hi too." He said with a small smile on his face.
"Whatchu doin?" I asked.
"Oh I was just looking through some pics of me and Sarah when we were little." He said.
"Oh." I replied. "Well maybe you should get some rest. Don't stress to much about it."
"Okay."
He put all the pictures back into the box nicely and set it down on his night stand. He turned off his lamp and layed down.
There was a moment of silence.
"Corbyn?" Jack spoke.
"Yes?" I answered.
"Is it wrong to miss someone a little more than missing your own family?"
"No why?"
"I was just asking."
"Jack, if this is about Sarah," I paused. "It's completely fine. It's okay to miss someone like that. I remember coming home this one time and Christina had to go on a trip for her make up stuff and it made me kinda sad because I had just gotten home and there she leaves again. I missed her a lot."
"What did you do?"
"I waited for her." I replied. "I waited until she came back because I knew that there's going to be times when the person you love isn't going to be there with you all the time, but if you love them with all your heart, you'll wait for them. As long as it takes."
Jack nodded.
The door opened.
"Psst." It was Jonah. "Are you guys awake?"
"Yeah why?" I whispered back.
The door opened wider and all three walked in.
"We were bored." Daniel said.
"So we decided to treat our company with some of your guys' company." Zach laughed.
"Okay well keep it down." Jack sat up. "We don't want David to know we're all not sleeping."
We all nodded.
"So what's up?" Jonah asked.
"The sky." Zach laughed. "KNEE SLAPPER!!"
Daniel giggled. We all just shook our heads.
Jonah flicked Zach's ear.
"Shut up." Jonah said.
We all laughed as Zach rubbed his ear while trying not to laugh.
"What!?" Jonah said. "He's been at it with all his stupid jokes all NIGHT."
We all laughed.
"Cmon." Zach smiled. "Don't be a grandpa."
"That's it." Jonah tackled Zach.
"CHILD ABUSE!" Zach yelled.
We all laughed.
"Dude your gonna get us caught." Daniel said pulling Jonah off.
"How is that Child abuse!?" Jonah asked.
"Your almost 19." Zach got up dusting himself off. "I'm still 16."
"I hate you." Jonah rolled his eyes.
"You know you love me." Zach said poking at his leg.
"Stop it before I kick you." Jonah threatened.
We all laughed, well besides Jack.
We all looked over at Jack who was just staring at his phone.
"Are you okay bud?" Daniel asked getting up and sitting down on the bed.
"Uh yeah." He said.
"Don't lie to me." Daniel said.
Daniel slowly grabbed his phone from him. The case was half way off from when Jack was poking at it.
Daniel pulled off the case and something fell out. It was a picture. It was him and a girl with dark brown hair tied up in a ponytail. She was wearing a striped blue and white long sleeved shirt and blue jean shorts. He was carrying her. Her legs wrapped around his waist and arms around his neck. She looked like she was crying.
"Oooiiiissshhhh." Daniel said breaking the silence. "Who's that?"
Jack looked down.
"That's Sarah." He said quietly. "It was the day I was leaving."
"Damn Daniel." Zach whispered hitting Daniels feet. "Way to make it awkward."
(Throwing it back to the damn Daniel days😂)
"Sorry I didn't know." Daniel said.
"It's fine." Jack said. "No one ever did."
He lied back down on his pillow.
Daniel got up and left the room quietly.
"I'll be back guys." He whispered.
-Time skip-.
"And then the fan attacked me just for a picture." Jonah laughed.
We all started laughing.
"Picture." Jack said.
He sat up and looked around on the bed.
"What are u looking for?" I asked.
He just kept looking. He moved the pillows and blankets.
We all got up off of the bed.
"The picture." Jack said. "Daniel had it."
We all started looking.
The door started to open. Jonah and Zach jumped to the other side of the bed and hid while me and Jack lied onto the bed and pretended to be asleep.
The door opened. It was Daniel.
"Dang you scared us." I said.
Zach and Jonah sat up.
Jack opened one eye, then sat up.
"What's that?" Jonah asked.
He held a big picture frame thing turned around so that we don't see the picture.
"Nevermind that." Jack said. "Where's the picture."
"Which type?" Daniel said.
"What do you mean which type?"
Daniel turned the frame around. It was the picture of Jack and Sarah. Only way bigger.
Jack got up and grabbed it. .
A smile began to form on his face.
"Now you can hang it on your wall buddy." Daniel said. "And you can just think as if she was with you even when you're here in LA."
Jack hugged Daniel.
"Thanks Daniel." He said.
"Woah no need for A Janiel moment" Zach said covering his eyes.
Jack kicked Zach and laughed.
He went to his side of the bed and hung up the picture.
"You're just jealous it can't be a Jach moment." Jonah laughed.
Zach rolled his eyes.
"Wait but what made you to make the picture bigger?" I asked.
"Well, I saw how sad Jack was." Daniel said. "And that's when I remembered what Jack had told us when we first got here."
"And that was?" Jonah started.
"Not only are we band mates, but we're brothers." I said.
"I remember." Zach said.
"Yeah." Daniel continued. "And band mates nor brothers leave each other to sit around and mope."
Jack smiled as he sat back down on his side of the bed.
"Now we're gonna have the times of our lives tomorrow before we go back home to graduate." Daniel said.
"Besides me and Zach." Jonah said.
"Oh yeah. Zach's still in school." Jack laughed.
"And Jonah's not in school anymore." I laughed.
They both rolled their eyes.
"That means I'm still smarter." Jonah pointed out. "And-"
"And I'm still dumber." Zach said cutting him off. "That sounded way cooler in my head then out loud."
Jonah patted his shoulder.
"That's why you should've let me do all the talking."
Jack, Daniel, and I were all bursting out in laughter.
This is why I love these boys. Theyre always there to take on the pain for each other.
"Not only are we band mates, but we are brothers" I reminded myself.
