Chiron absolutely, without a doubt, loves babies. You ask him if he wants to hold your baby he already has his arms out like "Give me the fucking kid", when you put your baby down on the floor on that special little pillow-bed thing Chiron is laying down next to them and watching them to make sure they don't cry, he even has a special saddle bag that carry babies. So when Percy and the others started having babies, Chiron started screaming with joy and acting like a child in a candy store.
A lot of cute moments happens when Chiron comes into contact with babies. Once Percy asked Chiron if he wanted to hold Percy's baby daughter, Chiron's tail started moving like a dog when it's excited and his face lit up, another time Percy and Annabeth decided to take a one day break from raising a kid, so they left their daughter in Chiron's care, when they came back to get her, they found Chiron asleep on the floor with their daughter on the big-ass mattress, that was meant for Chiron, next to him, also asleep.
