IMPORTANT
¤ DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!!
¤ EXERCISE
¤ RELAX

EXERCISE IS THERE TO TONE YOUR BODY. FOOD IS WHAT KILLS YOU. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE GOOD DESISIONS AND CHOICES. WE ARE MOSTLY MADE UP OF WATER SO DRINK LOTS OF IT.

NOTE: THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT WAYS YOU CAN LOOSE WEIGHT. EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT. MANY DIETS ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET WHICH YOU CAN STUDY MORE ABOUT. DONT FORGET YOUR BODY IS DIFFERENT FROM EVERYONE ELSES, IT NEEDS ITS OWN ROUTINE.

NEVER GIVE UP.
KEEP GOING.
EVERYTHING WILL PAY OFF.
