Okay
So most of you probably don't know
But my parents don't exactly know I have Wattpad
Or kik for that matter
I was talking to some friends (I won't mention them here)
They were all in video chat
I accidentaly clicked the video chat button
WHENEVER I turned on my phone, you could hear them talking
I quickly retreated to my room
I thought I was going to be found out and grounded for life
I wasn't
But the anxiety and fear that I earned was enough to make me visibly quiver/shake
Yeah
I shake when I'm anxious, nervous, or scared
It's not fun
Funny story
Okay, so I was in gym, and we were playing kickball
I liked the version we were playing, and I was so ready for it to be my turn
Before I could though, I changed my mind. I didn't want to play anymore (even though I had to play anyways [I normally try to stay near the back])
But guess what
I was next in line
I was shaking until 6th period
Gym is my 2nd period
At least 4-5 hours of shaking
Not counting passing periods
It was awful
Although one of my friends found it adorable. Her actual words we're "OMG THAT'S SO KAWAII"
Yup
So, that was the first time anxiety shaking happened to me
