*3 weeks later, Maya and Lucas's apartment*
It was early on a saturday morning Maya was still fast asleep and Lucas was up making breakfast
"I need to check my e-mails" Lucas talks to himself
Lucas logs on the computer and reads through the emails, One caught his eye
"Congratulations Lucas Friar! You and a partner have won the free trip to paris!" Lucas's eyes widened in shock
He kept reading on "You board your plane at 2:00pm Sunday the 12th of August, Kind regards your local pharmacy" Lucas grew a smile on his face
"I didn't actually think that these pharmacy things were real" Lucas decides to stop talking to himself and tell Maya
"Maya! Maya! Maya! Maya! Maya!" Lucas shouts and jumps on top of his girlfriend to wake her up and lays there until she has to move from the weight
"What" Maya tries to open her eyes but everything is a bit blurry still
Lucas pulls the blanket tight around her body then rolls over pulling Maya on top of him
She giggles a bit
Lucas kisses Maya "We" he kisses her again "Are" kiss again "Going" once again he kisses her "To" He squeezes her tight and places one last kiss on her lips "PARIS!" He excitedly told Maya and a smile grew across her face
"What?! How?!" she was excited
"I won the pharmacy thing" He released his tight squeeze a bit
"I didn't actually think those pharmacy things were real" Maya laughs
"That's what I thought" Lucas turns Maya back over so he is on top of her again caressing her from her lips to neck
"When is it?" Maya asks sitting up
"Sunday 12th August" Lucas scoops Maya up and carries her bridal style to the kitchen so they can eat breakfast
"Wait" Maya get's up and grabs her phone from the bedroom
"Do you mean Sunday 12th August as in tomorrow?" Maya shows Lucas today's date
"Wow, what a good heads up they gave us" Lucas chuckles a bit
"Better get packing then" He holds her hand and walks to the bedroom as they pack ready for the trip
*Next day*
The trip was only short 2 nights and 3 days but it was sure one to remember
"You ready" Maya smiles to Lucas as they finish packing their suitcases into the cab
"Ready as i'll ever be"
They get into the cab and Lucas intertwines their fingers
"Maya"
"Lucas"
"There's no one else in the world I would rather have than you, remember that"
"Aw babes, There's no one else i'd rather be with either" Maya places a delicate kiss on his lips
*40 min later*
"Could I get you anything" the air hostess walked down the aisle with the drink traveller thing
"Just some water" Maya smiled and the air hostess gave her and Lucas a bottle of water
Maya cuddled into Lucas's side as the plane took off, she was soon asleep
Lucas watched a movie and looked away from the screen to see that most passengers had gone to sleep as it was approaching night
He kissed Maya's head then rested his head on her head that was on his shoulder
The rest of the flight was peaceful
"We have now landed in Paris, France" the pilot calls through the voice over
"Maya honey" Lucas nudged Maya to try and awaken her
"Are we there yet?" Maya opens her eyes and yawns
"Yep" he smiles and Maya turns to face the window
*20 min later*
"This hotel is amazing" Maya walks into the room and takes in the scenery
"This bed is bigger than our apartment" Lucas jokes while stroking the white silk sheets covered in rose petals
"Hey i was thinking tomorrow we could to the tower" Lucas walks out to the balcony
"Sure, it sounds great" Maya continued to look around the hotel room
"Let's go out for dinner" Maya goes to join Lucas outside
"Yum, i'm starving" Lucas grabs his coat and Mayas
Maya turned around and put her arm through the sleeve of the jacket that Lucas was holding for her
They went to a fancy restaurant a couple minutes down the road
When it was night they got ready for bed, Maya tied up her hair and laid on the Left side
Lucas jumped in onto the Right side and they both tried to sleep
"I don't like this bed" Maya put her hand behind her back to try and find Lucas but the bed was so big she couldn't reach him
Lucas moved a bit closer to maya then reached out to find Maya's waist, Once he found it he wrapped his arm around her stomach and pulled her back to his chest their fingers intertwined and their feet were dancing with each other
"How bout now?" Lucas says in a low raspy voice that sends Maya heart into overdrive
"Yea I think I could get used to it" She giggles a bit and fell asleep soon after
*Just before sunset the next day*
"That was the nicest ice cream i have ever had" Maya puts the paper bowl in the bin and intertwines their fingers again
"It was amazing" Lucas rolls his eyes in a joking manner
"Ready to go to the tower?" Lucas asks her and Maya nods
The Eiffel tower had a few people on it, not as much as they expected
They got to as high as they could go and there was one other couple standing in a corner away from them
The sun was setting and Maya faced towards the colourful sun
"Maya" Lucas held her hand and Maya turned away from the sun to her partner
"Maya I love you"
"I love you too" Maya replied
Lucas took in some sharp breaths
"Ever since the 7th grade you have found a way to my heart and I don't want that to ever end,
So here we are on top of the Eiffel tower, Our troubles melting away like Lemon drops, The clouds are far behind us.." Lucas still holds Maya's hand in his
Lucas drops to one knee and reaches into his back pocket
Maya's eyes fill with tears and she starts shaking
"And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true, Maya Penelope Hunter Will you Marry me?" Lucas smiles opening the blue velvet box with a square diamond ring in it that glistened from every view
"Yes! Of course!" Maya smiles through her tears of happiness
Lucas takes her shaking hand and slides the ring onto her finger, he stands up and gives Maya the most heart warming hug
From behind his neck she picks her hand up and stares at the ring causing tears to jump her body at every sob
Lucas pulls her in tighter to try and stop the tears
"Lucas I love you so much, with or without the ring" Maya kisses onto Lucas causing him to step back and gain his balance
"I love you so much, My soon to be wife!" He giggles a bit now that he can finally say that aloud
"How long have you had this planned?" Maya asks as she sits on the hotel bed holding her left hand
"I've had the ring for a couple weeks, planned on actually proposing to you when I found out that we were coming here" Lucas smiled
"Wanna celebrate" Lucas winked at Maya
"I sure do!" she giggled a bit
The moonlight shone through the balcony windows as a mood light
Lucas crawled onto the bed next to her and started Caressing down her neck
Maya searched for the bottom of his shirt and pulled it over his shoulders and head, Maya placed her hand on his muscular stomach and pushed him flat on the bed
She put one leg on either side of his body and leant forward they met lips, Her hands ran through his blond hair and his hands were pulling her closer to him from the small of her back
They celebrated for a while longer till they were practically falling asleep
