{ Nami's P.O.V }
"It's been a long time hasn't it?"
I sniffed and started to weep. I've been crying too much lately. But not seeing your best friend for a long time, who wouldn't cry. How dare she though?! How can she just knock on my door and just say that?! Hug me for pete's sake! I pulled the adult to my chest and my grip tighten the more the memories started to form in my head. I stared straight at her eyes wondering why was she even here in the first place.
She hugged me back and said, "I miss you, Nami."
I couldn't help but smile. "I miss you. I miss you so much, Lauren."
"Hey Nami who's at the door..." Law stood there and murmured something to Namis. He squinted his eyes and nodded his head in reply.
That's when I noticed a familiar face going up to Lauren with heart-shaped eyes. "Oh, Nami-swan! Who's this sweet amazing pearl~!" I rolled my eyes as Lauren confusingly cringed. Sanji held her hand while praising her on one knee. I giggled and told Sanji to leave her alone.
I noticed that everyone was staring at her with shocked expressions which I thought it felt like she was unwelcome. I gave the boys that glare I usually give them and right away they knew what to do. The boys all formed two lines at the sides of the door and Lauren walked right in. Everyone introduced themselves and greeted her. Right in the middle was Robin with a bouquet of flowers. "Welcome dear." Robin gave her usual smile and gave the roses to Lauren. I mouthed 'thank you' to Robin as she gave me a genuine smile.
"So....." I tried to start the conversation. "How do you like the boys?" I know, I know. Bad start. But hey, I was really curious.
"I mean it's crazy that you and Robin live with mostly guys. I mean isn't it bothersome?" She questioned.
Robin laughed as she stared at the boys who were being quiet. "You see, we girls have some control over guys you know." Lauren's eyes started to sparkle asking her 'how Robin and I do it.'
Luffy stood up. "You don't control us! I'm your captain so you need to listen to m-" I slammed my hands on the table giving him a look saying, "What did you say!" He sat back down and pouted, "Hmph!" I laughed and sat next to him.
I played with his hair and said, "Without Robin and I, they wouldn't know what to do at all." Luffy smiled and agreed with me. "But they're still troublesome."
Zoro crossed his arms and scowled. "Just be happy that we listen to you." I giggled and said 'yeah, yeah.' Lauren stared at me and grinned. I've been knowing that girl for a long time, when that girl grins something is definitely on her mind.
"Do you always listen to her?" Lauren said in curiousity. Zoro scowled hating how he always listens to me, even when he doesn't want to do it.
Lauren and I tried to catch up on stuff we missed. The crew - mostly Usopp and Luffy - talked about the adventures we had on board. Brook played his guitar and Lauren sang along while Franky and Chopper danced away. Robin read her book quietly enjoying the fun the crew made. What really caught my attention was when Law stared at her in amazement. And when I mean 'her', I mean 'Lauren'. But what caught my attention even more, was when she was staring at him with awe, too! When they both realized this, they shook their heads, continuing what they were doing before. They were acting like that never happened. Lastly, Namis and Zoro were drinking booze and talking all night. I wonder what they're talking about?

{ Zoro's P.O.V }
All I was doing was trying to enjoy some booze, until Nami's lookalike came toward me.
"Cmon don't get so mad." Namis chuckled as he let himself sit next to me. I squinted. What did this idiot want? He shifted his position looking at a picture. It was like he was trying to show me something. And that's exactly what he was trying to do. He glanced at me, put down his beer and said, "Look." I wasn't sure what he was trying to say so I stared at several of the pictures.
What the images shown was horrific. If you really looked at the picture you can see something completely different than what it looked like in a distance. It was Nami, Nojiko, and Bellemere picking tangerines together. The story Nojiko had told us, made us look at Nami differently. We realized she was in such stress, pain, frustration, and confusion. But before the crew knew this she was always happy in every way. The next picture showed......him. Arlong. The heartless guy who killed Nami's foster mom. The guy who made her life miserable. The guy who lied to her for 10 years. The guy we killed for her sake. The image showed his disgusting sharp teeth as he was laughing. The last photo showed Arlong shooting Bellemere in the......head. I slammed my drink on the table. It didn't catch the crew's attention fortunately. I couldn't help but to start getting angrier and angrier the second. What. The. Hell. I couldn't believe my eyes. Why the hell would he show me this and why the hell is it hanging on the walls!
I wanted to grab his collar so bad. I was just so confused and mad at the same time. I mean why is he showing me this in the first place. I looked at him seriously expecting an answer. "You have a lot of explaining to do."

{ Normal P.O.V }
"Hey Nami?" Lauren called the girl's name wanting to ask her a question. "Can I ask you something."
Nami smiled as she winked. "Of course you can!" She stared at the brown haired girl's wide eyes. The brunette can see the interest in her best friend. Lauren took a quick glance at Zoro. She saw the swordsman glaring at Namis but she chose to ignore it. Instead the girl smirked at Nami.
"Do you love Zoro?"
Nami zoned out. W-why would she think that.... Nami shook her head and somewhat blushed.
'I don't love Zoro like that.'
Nami always said those same words to herself every time she would look at Zoro. She admired him. She loves his green mossy hair. She loves the scowl that's always on his face when Nami irritated him. She loves his tone muscles whenever he would train. She secretly watched as he lifted his weights. But she'll never tell that idiot. She loves everything about him. But that doesn't mean she loves him....right? She hated how she would stick her tongue out whenever the swordsman caught her staring. Sticking her tongue out makes Zoro think that she was glaring at him instead of admiring his whole self.
The navigator then remembered how the ladies from around here would always look at Zoro with lustful eyes. But of course that idiot is dense, he doesn't even know the girls that are checking him out. Her heart slowly started to tear whenever that happened. But there are other reasons for her breaking heart. Like how he never looks her way. How he always calls her a money loving witch. The list can go on and on. But the first thing that made her slowly tear apart is how she thinks he'll never love her. They are two complete opposites. One who can't find his way out of a paper bag. And one who knows where she's going. Their relationship would never work out. If they even have one.
But Lauren was patiently waiting for her best friend's answer. "Do you love Zoro or not?"
Nami chugged on her drink and put it down on the glass table. She murmured it to the point where she's not making a single noise.
"Cmon. Just tell me."
She laid on Lauren's lap and sighed. She's been lying to herself a lot lately and now she is going to be honest. "M-maybe." Her best friend still kept looking at her as if she is waiting for more. "Maybe I do like him."
Lauren then made the tangerine lover stand up as she squeezed her tight. Her best friend couldn't be any more happier. Nami tried to calm her down so she wouldn't catch attention. Nami's best friend then stared at her, giving her look that said, 'did you tell him.' The navigator whispered a 'no' but then grinned. She looked at Lauren with an eager expression. She'll tell the swordsman how she feels about him. She's going to tell him now. She needs to tell him now. If she doesn't, she's going to hate herself for eternity. She heard her whisper a 'Go get him Nami.' She started to sweat nervously as she approached Namis and Zoro.
Oh gosh. She repeated when her eyes met with his. She gulped.
This is going to go really well.

I apologize for writing so late. When I mean so late I meant REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY late. I've had epic writer's block on this story. You have no idea. But I decided that it will MAYBE end after 5 more chapters. So you never know this story could end after 30 chapters. It might happen but it might not happen. Anyways I hope you like my Sasusaku story. I've been working on that more than this. But don't worry more chapters of this will come. I hope this fits your needs.
