Ellinor Rasmussen lived a shitty life. Shitty things happened to her, she did shitty things.
The damage had been done, by the hand of her father.
Damage that would ruin relationships and wear her stability down to the ground.
Christoffer Schistad couldn't help the woman he loved, she was far from helping. She couldn't accept that things ever went well for her. She couldn't deal with intimacy.
See, the problem here is that you've read a story from one perspective. A perspective that could only comprehend so much. Ellinor wasn't a perfect victim, she and Chris did not have a perfect relationship.
They had problems. She had problems. That's not dramatic though, because everyone has problems. Every single person on the earth has bad days. Mistakes, imperfections. Flaws.
That's what makes us human.
