Noora Sætre sat in front of her laptop, attempting to hear what the girls in the Skype call she had just entered were saying above the loud music escaping the realm of her roommate Eskild's room. The girls (Eva, Sana, Vilde, Chris) seemed to be in the middle of a conversation about 'Penetrator Chris' and his friends.
'I don't even know what his deal is-' Eva was beginning to say, but was soon cut off by Noora;
'Why are we even talking about the Penetrators? They're drittsekker! All of them!' Noora scoffed, fed up with the unwarranted obsession everyone had with the particular group of Nissen '97-ers, 'Especially William.'
Vilde gasped, 'Oh! Speaking of William-' Noora groaned and lay back in her bed in defeat, 'Eva, do you know if he and Ellinor Rasmussen had- or, or have a thing?' she asked hesitantly.
'Uhh...' Eva mumbled distractedly, fumbling with her phone, 'I'll, uh, text Isak...'
'Oh ja, ask him...' pitched Chris.
'Uh, Isak says nei. "They're just really good friends, Festtrioen ja?"' Eva recited from her phone, frowning at the unfamiliar term, 'Festtrioen? What the fuck is that?'
'The Party trio... What, that would be Ellinor, William and Penetrator Chris, right?' Sana concluded, 'So they party a lot together, we knew that. But if she is not fucking William, she'd be fucking Chris.'
Eva began typing on her phone, '... Uh... Isak says...' Eva looked down at her device, awaiting a reply, '"Nei. Just friends too. That whole obsession thing is a joke too."'
'But she's known for sleeping around, surely she's been there.' reasoned Vilde, earning nods from her fellow bus mates.
  'But,' Eva began, her eyes still glued to her screen, ' she has hooked up with Penetrator Erik before, on multiple occasions. As well as an Elvebakken third year... And some tertiary guy.'
  'Erik is pretty hot, I mean not William hot but...'
