It had been so weird this week, Sami hasn't been in the office at all! I felt kinda bad about what I had said to her. Now I feel like I'm treating her like shit. I'm forced to send all her meetings to her hotel room each time! She didn't come to her own office not one time, not even to check on me. No emails, texts, calls not anything. And on top of that it's my birthday and she didn't even text or email happy birthday to me.
What did I expect from her, she was taken back by me, I was something she wasn't use to at all, and when she was nice to me she was nice. Ugh whatever
"Wassup birthday girl" June walked in the office with balloons and a rose
"Shit, bruh look at you being all romantic to a nigga" I stood up
"Well shit I give all the checks I'm fucking a rose" she laughed

"Yet, but it's cool ma you can deny it all you want, you and Sami just wait on it" she walked out as Sami dad walked in

"Well the past couple months that you have been here I haven't gotten anything complaints from Sami at all
"Shit I'm surprised about that she's been..." I cut my self off as I mumbled

"Oh nothing I was saying WOW, because I've been trying to do such a good job for her!" I smiled
"Well you have you been working 6 days a a week, almost 13 hours a day, and even come in earlier than Sami, where is she?" He asked
"Umm I'm not sure!" I stood up
"Hmhm, okay well since it's your birthday, I do approve vacation time, if you would like to use some or take some, it would all be on me in or out the country" he smiled
"Shut up, no way" I hugged him
"Yes, since your aren't fried yet means Sami likes you so it's not a problem" he laughed
"Well, I don't have no passport, I never even been anywhere out of Compton, this is crazy" I was excited
"Well, just let me or Sami know and I will make it happen okay, happy birthday sweetie" he walked out the office and I followed him locking the door since it's time to go home
That was the best gift yet, shit Mr Sam is my nigga. But I wonder if he thinks Sami like me like me or if he just thinks she knows I'm good at my job, I'm pretty sure he don't think we fucking or was fucking. I miss her. What I miss Sami? I questioned myself. Well shit, nope can't think about that right now. Well I'm gonna just text her to tell her that her dad came by to see her.

I didn't even text her back, she didn't even try to have a conversation with me fuck it, just fuck it. I bumped into chase on my way to get something to eat before heading home for the night and weekend I have no bday plans for tonight I kinda just wanna chill out.
"Damn, ma that's how it is?" Chase said
"Mybad bro I didn't even see you, I was texting" I waved my phone
"Yeah I can see, that's dangerous ya know" she joked ad we stood in line to get food at the hotel restaurant
"So what have you been up to" she asked as I noticed Sami walking towards us
"Well, just working alot in the office" I stared at Sami, she looked calm, but sexy at the same time, she looked dead at me
"That's wassup up, I been working to nothing much" I wasn't even listening to chase, I just kept eye contact with Sami as she walked right by us with some girl hand in hand
"I see your girl finally moved on hub" chase joked
"Yeah, I guess so, look I'll hit you up later okay" I just left without food and just went home
The drive back home was like ten minutes but it felt like forever. I was so annoyed that I had saw Sami with someone else, and then why did she even leave.
I get in the house and all the lights off I cut the kitchen light on and everyone screaming.

I can't afford expensive gifts for y'all on y'all birthdays so y'all all will be getting dollar store gifts, I'm kidding but thank y'all so much" I said noticing another black big box behind keke

"Yeah she did" I didn't know how to feel about it
"Well okay, we got a party to get to so get that ass dressed and let's go" keke me said

I went to my room and showered while they cheated and waited for me. There is no way I could accept basically four thousand dollars in two gifts from Sami! I could not do that, maybe from real friends but we aren't friends we ain't lovers. I'm not rich like her at all, I'm not rich at all. I would be homeless if it wasn't for the twins. Id be sleeping in my Jeep, yes I work but I can't afford to live like they do there is no way!
I got myself out my thoughts about Sami, and that I decided to give it back to her since I already knew my party was at her hotel, so I'll just return them after the party I thought.

As we got to the party, I made sure we had the VIP section for tonight, nothing much to say but happy birthday to rye.
"Aye aye everyone I got a shout-out to do" the DJ yelled,everyone screamed
"I want y'all to give a happy birthday to Rye, she is the assistant here at the hotel and tonight is her mother fucking birthday, give it up to RYE"
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYE" the club yelled, I turned to see rye with a big smile on her face and then I turned back to look in the crowed and seen Sami, behind the bar serving and talking to people, don't don't do people, I just don't want rye to be annoyed on her birthday, I went down to the bar
"What you doing Sami?" I asked
"I came down to get a bottle and told the DJ that it was a birthday tonight and this girl wanted a shot so I just gave her one this my club I'm leaving back up anyways" she grabbed her Hennessy and left
"Well, mybad I was just asking Sami" I said walking back to the VIP section
" This is great for her" Rylie said
"I need to talk to you" I pulled her away to the corner
"Yeah" okay wassup" she asked
"I like you" I said looking away
"Yeah keke I like you you too" I just kissed her outta no where, and she kissed me back, and pulled away
"Like I said I like you too keke" she smiled and went back to rye
"Well damn" I said following her
I was so surprised that she kissed back, I thought she was going to slap the shit outta me. But I went for it anyways hahaha. I guess it's only up from here. And rye is about to get fucked up.
