Soon we were busy in a game of Monopoly because Netflix had literally nothing new.
"Yes! I got the Paris tower!" She exclaimed clapping her hands,
"What! Do you have forty-five dollars for that?" I asked hoping she didn't. "Uh, yes!" She said checking and flipping it to show me,
"Whatever." I sighed,
Now, it was my turn. I rolled the dice and it came to chance. My card read, 'Go directly to jail.' What luck.
"Show me?" she said peeking into my card. I showed her and she was engaged in a teasing laugh, I rolled my eyes.
That's when I heard the telephone ring. "I'll be right back." I said and headed toward the landline, "D'Costa Residence," I said,
"The desk." I heard a girl's voice,
"Excuse me?"
"The desk." She repeated and this time I recognized the voice,
"What is it?" Rosa walked out of the room,
I explained the whole thing to her,
"What desk?" she asked,
"I don't know. It was the same girl from before."
"Oh come on Abby, it's just some kid messing around,"
"I don't feel quite right with this."
"Maybe there's one way to find out,"
"And that is?"
"To find out who that girl is, and what the desk story is."
