I dusted my summer dress which had huge flowers on it. I wore my flats and applied lip gloss and smiled at my look. I looked perfect.
I was really excited for this holiday seeing 'holiday' itself cheers me up. The last time we went on a holiday was two years ago to California. It was fun.
"Alison" Marie called me as she entered my room. "Yes?" I answered meeting her halfway.
"Mr.Cullen is downstairs" she said and exited the room and I followed her behind.
"Will" I said with a bright smile. His blue eyes landed on me and lit up in recognisation. He opened his arms and I immediately ran into them. Will is like my second father. He always looked out for me whenever dad was not around. Though he was out for 2 months he always called to check on me whenever he had time.
"How are you Ali?" he asked looking into ny eyes.
"I'm fine. How are you?" I asked to which he smiled broadly showing his white pearly teeth. Ian looks just like his father though a but younger. William has blue eyes just like baby, never ageing a day with dark brown, almost black hair with few silver hair and wrinkles on his feature which didn't show his age but the experiences and struggle in life. He always dresses neatly and professionally. If you are not in his family you may think he also sleeps in his suit.
"I'm young as always" he winked. I laughed at that. Typical William.
"Shall we leave?" Ian asked as he came down looking gorgeous as always. He was dressed in simple plain white button up with two buttons open giving a clear view of his hard chest, the hands of the shirt rolled up till his elbows and ocher brown tight pants with brown converse.
"Yes" I said and quickly turned around before he could notice me checking him out. William and I walked towards the black TUV that was parked in front of our house with our luggage already loaded.
Before I could open the door of the back seat Ian beat me to it smiling when I gave him a confused look. I shrugged and got inside. He closed the door when I settled in and jogged to the other side, sliding in beside me. Will took the shotgun and put on his glasses and going back to his phone probably doing business.
I turned sideways and saw Ian looking out of the window but not actually looking. He was deep in his thoughts.
"What are you thinking?" I asked him in a low voice. He looked at me and mummered a nothing before going back to staring out of the window. I'll talk to him later when we are alone.
Rest of the ride was quite. Everyone minding their own business.
As soon as I saw Emily I gave a huge smile but as she was about to hug me I slapped her arm really hard.
"Ow! What the heck Ali?" She exclaimed rubbing her arm which by now had a red fingerprints on it.
"You and Drake? Why didn't you tell me? I thought we were best friends and where is Jake?" I exclaimed a bit dramatically. Em rolled her eyes in reply.
"Stop being a drama queen and he'll be there with us by noon." she said.
"I want all the details as soon as we settle down" I fake glared at her and walked away swaying my hips towards my dad who was standing there with Ashley and talking to Will.
"Hey sis" Ashley said and hugged me. I returned the hug gently.
"Where's mom?" I asked as I looked around for her.
"She was sick princess. So she's resting" dad said. I frowned in concern. "Do you want me to stay here? I can take care of her" I said.
"Oh no sis. She wouldn't want you to miss the fun because of her" Ashley said a little too quickly. "Yes princess. Ashley's right" dad said and patted my shoulder, going back to talking with Will. I looked around to find the fimiliar blue eyes and found him talking to Drake and the pilot.
After few moments we aboarded the plan and were off in the sky.
"So tell me" I said to Emily and popped my elbow on the arm rest between us. Emily sighed a heavy breathe and kept the magazine down.
"Okay. As you know we were almost on each other's throats during the time when we met at your wedding but now things changed. I had that intership which happens to be in his company. At first he literally annoyed me to death which he still does but he kind of grew on me" she said with a small smile on her lips.
"But.....?" I trailed off as I know there's a but in her story. She sighed again and looked at me vulnerably.
"You know he's a womaniser and I don't want to get my heart broken" she said. I awed and pulled her in a hug.
"I know heartbreaks are worst Em, but its worth it if you have the one you love by your side." She just smiled at me sadly.
"And Em if its easy to get then that's not a love story" I continued and turned to look out of the window. Actually it was nothing to see as clouds were everywhere but the blue sky looked lovely. I always wished to touch those clouds. I wonder how will they feel under my touch? Will it be soft or will it be like I never touched anything.
Soon we landed in Miami. The hot morning air of Miami hit me as I stepped out of the plane seeing as it took only 3 hours max to reach us. I smiled as I remember the last time I came to Miami.
It was almost 7 years back. When Ashley and I recently turned 18 and we decided to come to Miami to show of our bodies wearing bikinis and goofing all day on the beach. To say it was fun was an understatement.
Seeing how much Ashley and I both loved this place dad bought a house on a beach side but later we never got time to come as we got busy in Uni and then me helping dad in his business but today I'm back but not alone. With my old and new family.
"Let's get going kids" Dad shouted from near the cars. There were two BMW cars were waiting for us.
"We adults will go in one and the kids can come in one" Will said.
"We are adults too" we all echoed together which made us laugh except Ian who just chuckled. I miss seeing him laugh.
We looked at Will but found his car already running off in distance. We all started at it with dropped jaws. That intelligent old man ran off while we were busy laughing.
Emily, Drake me and Ashley looked at each other and then the passenger door of the car. It was pretty far but good for racing. I looked again and found Drake already started running.
"Oh no you didn't" I said under my breathe and started running just a little behind him. Come on Alison you can do it. I said to myself and increased my pace. As I passed Drake his pace slowed down as he couldn't believe I just beat him to it.
"Yes, shoutgun" I screamed and jumped as I reached the passenger door of the car and opened it and stuck my tongue at Drake and Emily who were huffing and puffing before sliding in.
Soon Ian slide inside the passenger seat and Emily, Drake and Ashley in the backseat. Drake still digging holes in my head. Ian looked at me with amusement dancing in his eyes.
Feeling uncomfortable from his gaze I turned towards him and said "What? Nobody takes what's mine" I puffed out my chest a little and dramatically turned my head to look outside the window. As realisation sunk in what I just said I stiffened.
I looked in the rearview mirror at Emily and Drake looking at me with a 'really?' look and Ian just had this frown om his face. He began driving and the silence in the car was beginning to suffocate me now so I turned up the music Shape of you by Ed Sheeran started blasting through the speakers.
"Oh I love that song!" I exclaimed and started singing along the lines.
And I was singing like,
Girl you know I want your love,
Your love was handmade for somebody like me,
Come on now follow my lead.
I may be crazy don't mind me.

Grab on my waist and pull that body on me,
Come on now follow my lead.
Emily too joined me and we sang at the top of our lungs.
By the time song got over we reached our guest house.
It was small but beautiful house made out if white and black wood and glass. It really gave a beautiful view of the beach. The sound of the waves crashing and the salty smell can be smelt till hear. That really calms me down.
We entered the house and saw Will and dad already waiting for us on the porch.
"About time" Will said as he guided us inside.
The inside of the house was huge. Blood red couch sat in the middle with white cushions on it. A chandelier hanging of the top in the between the house. A 72" TV hung on the wall. The dinning table was set on the balcony as it gave clear view of the beach.
We had 6 rooms upstairs and 4 downstairs so it was plenty of room for a single person.
"Go take the room whichever you like" dad said and we rushed towards the rooms.
Everyone took their room upstairs but I took the one dowstairs that had and sliding door that opens towards the beach. I love having night walks on the beach so I always choose the downstairs room. I know Will and dad will ask about me and Ian not sharing a room but I think it's better we start giving them the idea that we two will separate one day.
I know I showed dad yesterday something else but I'll make some excuse or something.
Honestly I myself can't figure out what exactly to do? I promised Ian that I will bring Ashley and him together but what will I tell my parents? What will I tell Will? I need to start thinking about it from now. There's hardly anytime left for that.
I sighed and put my luggage on top of my white fluffy bed. The room which I selected was simple. It's décor had brown furnitures and white garments like curtains, bedsheet and pillows etc. It only had a wardrobe, a bed, a bathroom and a painting of some unicorns above the headrest of my bed.
I opened the door and welcomed the hot winds blowing my hair. I love Miami.
"Kids" dad's voice called us from outside. Will that man stop calling us kids? I'm married now for heaven's sake. I exited my room and went and stood beside Em who was busy eating Lays. Where did she find them? I snatched it away from her and began munching on them. Emily scowled at me but I remained unfazed.
"So we can go shopping for now but then later in the noon we old men will be out till late night. So you kids can have some of your fun time" Will said waving his hand nonchalantly.
"Where are you guys going?" Ashley asked.
"That's for us to know and for you to mind your own business" Will sassed leaving Ashley dumbstruck. Will never liked Ashley for some unknown reason. I don't know what he will do when he will come to know that Ashley will be his soon-to-be-daughter-in-law. I guess he will have a heart attack right then and there.
"Dad" Ian called his dad in a scolding tone. It really looked like Ian is the dad and Will is the kid. Will just rolled his eyes and got out of the house, dad following him suit.
"What are you guys waiting for? Let's go shopping" Ashley yelled excitedly. I cringed at her high pitched voice and the word 'shopping'. For me it's not shopping. It's torture.
I was about to decline but a great idea struck me. I pulled Emily in the side and told her my idea which made her scowl at me. I know she hates doing such things.
"Please Em. I don't have much time left" I pleaded. She finally gave up and agreed grudgingly.
"Yippe.. so come on. We have a date to plan" I exclaimed and pulled her out of the house in the car waiting for us.

I know it's a short chapter and not that good but I promise next chapter will be big and interesting too.
So Ian's and Ashley's date is coming who are all excited? Let's see what Alison plans for them in the next chapter.
