The colors stopped spinning and they looks at the scene in front of them.
17 year old Frank was wearing an all black.
"Woah Frank,why are you so-" Piper tried to say,but stopped at Franks depressed expression.
"You ok man?" Jason asked his fellow comrad.
He nodded grimly,"yes"
"What memory is this?"Reyna asked concerned.
"The funeral " He said plainly.
Hazel and Percys eyes went wide .
"She was a good woman,that Emily. Always making sure Fei was safe from all harm. A caring mother ,an adorade daughter, a hero for the military. " The speaker said.
The backyard was filled with military soldiers, Emily's comrads and friends. Plus Grandmother Zhang and Frank. All looking saddened.
"A Hero so brave,she risked her own life to save many soldiers from death in Alfganastan . If anyone would like to say a few words ,please come up"
Frank stood up with confidence and walked to the front.
"This was my worst memory that I remember ,I still miss her" Frank told the seven.
They all hugged him ,a group hug .
"I remember the days where my mother would talk to me about her friends. About life working for the military, she love it. She made it seem so..heroic,which it was,she had me hope. She told me,when I said I wanted to be a soldier like her,but in a scared voice. She said,'You can be anything' . Out of Anything,... I want to be like her, no matter how scary ..no matter how dangerous. I'm proud to be her son." Frank walked down while the people applauded. His face bright pink.
"That was beautiful" Hazel spoke in a soft tone of voice. A tear slipped down her face . Frank smiled and pulled her in close.
Nico smiled at the couple.
He pulled Leo in close. Leo grinned and hugged him back.
"Come here Fei" Grandma Zhang spoke in a soft voice that didn't seem like herself .
Frank sat down next to her.
She wrapped an old arm around him. Frank layed his head on her shoulder and tears fell.
For once ,she didn't tell him to "Be a Man!" She too was sad.
"That's my strong man ,real men aren't afraid to show emotion unlike your father..."
Frank looked at her. But didn't say a thing.
"That was the first time she talked about me dad. She was very touchie on the subject. " Frank explained.
It was after the funeral. Grandmother Zhang looked grim. All the other guest had left .
"Grandma what's wrong?" Frank asked.
"Its Time" She said in a low whisper, but not to Frank,but to the wind who carried it to the dark oak trees. A pair of eyes were seen. Lupa.
But Frank did not see them ,"Time for what?"
"Time I sent you away,"
Frank looked shocked.
"Wha-why?"
Grandma Zhang looked down to her feet,"To protect you ,Fei"
"By sending your only family away?"
"Ok that was harsh Frank" Percy said.
Frank looked down, "yah I know ,I regret it"
Hazel wrapped her hand around him. (A/N:sorry for all the Frazel Randomness)
Grandmother Zhang looked up,"Fei,Listen to me. You don't belong here, you Belong with your kind, hurry pack some clothes,your bow and arrows, you've been training a lot with them. Over by the shadows is Lupa the roman wolf . she will take you somewhere new,but not after you are faced with some trials, Succeed you are accepted. Fail and die. I love you Fei,now go before I change my mind"
Frank didn't question her or stop himself from going up. The voice of his grandma seemed urgent ,fearful,and . . .regretful. But there was nothing she could do,Lupa got all Roman children. No matter what.
Frank was at the door.
"Goodbye Fei, remember that...I do love you,ok?"
Frank nodded .
"Now go"
"Bye" Frank croaked. And followed the wolf into the night.
"Well that makes 3 " Leo confirmed.
They all nodded. "Yah..." Frank said.
"I wonder whose next?" Reyna asked.
Then the colors came .
