I woke up with a start. It was the day of the potluck!! I was so excited!! I jumped out of bed and picked out my cutest outfit (which I ended up changing like 10 times!) I had to look my best. I curled my hair and put on a lot of makeup. I was perfect! I couldn't wait to see Evan!
The time flew by and eventually it was time to leave for the potluck. When I arrived at the bowling alley, at first he was no where to be seen. I went to put the food I had brought in the banquet room and there he was, standing across the room. Tall, handsome, and that wonderful smile he wore so well. He looked at me, head to toe, and his smile only got bigger.
"Here let me help you with that" he said as he took the food from me and placed it on the table.
He then walked over to me and embraced me in a long tight hug...he smelled so good. I didn't want him to let go! But he did, and so I went off giggling and got my stuff ready for bowling.
For three hours we bowled and ate food and laughed...I couldn't have had a better time!
I went home that night so happy and thinking this was the best thing ever! I was falling so hard for this guy and it seemed to me as if he felt the same way!
